Abstract
A construction method of a refractory ramming material for a burner channel of a roasting furnace is characterized by comprising the following steps: a. the manufacturing of a central line control device and a solid wood mold, and b, the concrete construction operation of the refractory ramming material of a burner channel of a roasting furnace, comprising the following steps: 1) installing a central line control device after the construction of the burner channel light castable and the light refractory bricks is finished; 2) ramming the refractory ramming material 3 around the first mould 1, then removing the buckle, dismantling the first mould 1, and roughening the surface of the refractory ramming material on the inner wall of the hole; 3) and (5) tamping the peripheral refractory ramming materials of the No. 2 mould to the No. 5 mould in sequence according to the operation of the step 2) until the construction of the refractory ramming materials of the burner channel of the roasting furnace is completed. The construction method for the refractory ramming material of the burner channel of the roasting furnace has the advantages that the center line and the aperture of the burner channel are accurately controlled, the construction quality of the refractory ramming material of the burner channel is guaranteed, the control method is simple and convenient, the construction efficiency is improved, the solid wood mold can be recycled, and the construction cost is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to construction of a refractory ramming material of a roasting furnace, in particular to a construction method of a refractory ramming material of a burner channel of the roasting furnace.
Background
The cold rolling acid regeneration station is generally provided with one or 2 spray roasting furnaces. The roasting furnace is a cylindrical steel structure cylinder. The baking furnace is lined with acid-resistant refractory bricks. The number of burner channels of the roasting furnace is generally three, and the burner channels are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction. The shape of the burner channel of the roasting furnace is complex, the burner channel is an irregular cylinder hole with the length of more than 2000mm, and the lining structure of the burner channel sequentially comprises light castable, light refractory bricks and corundum refractory ramming mass from a steel shell. The nozzle channel size requirement is strict, the permissible error of the center line is +/-1 mm, the permissible error of the aperture is +/-2 mm, the center line and the aperture of the hole are not well controlled during the construction of the refractory ramming material due to the complex channel shape, the construction quality problem of the refractory ramming material of the nozzle channel is caused, the construction efficiency is low, and the construction cost is improved.
The known construction methods of refractory ramming mass for burner channels of roasting furnaces therefore have the inconveniences and problems described above.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a construction method for a refractory ramming material of a burner channel of a roasting furnace, which can accurately control the center line and the aperture of the burner channel.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical solution of the invention is as follows:
a construction method of a refractory ramming material for a burner channel of a roasting furnace is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. central line control device and manufacturing of solid wood mold
1) The method comprises the following steps that a roasting furnace burner channel center line control device is manufactured, wherein the center line control device comprises a circular steel plate and a steel pipe, and the circular steel plate is fixed on a burner flange of a roasting furnace shell through bolts;
2) manufacturing a plurality of solid wood moulds, wherein the solid wood moulds comprise a 1 st mould, a 2 nd mould, a 3 rd mould, a 4 th mould and a 5 th mould according to design, and the solid wood moulds are sequentially sleeved on the steel pipe;
b. the specific construction operation of the refractory ramming material of the burner channel of the roasting furnace comprises the following steps:
1) installing a central line control device after the construction of the burner channel light castable and the light refractory bricks is finished;
2) ramming the refractory ramming material 3 around the first mould 1, then removing the buckle, dismantling the first mould 1, and roughening the surface of the refractory ramming material on the inner wall of the hole;
3) and (5) tamping the peripheral refractory ramming materials of the No. 2 mould to the No. 5 mould in sequence according to the operation of the step 2) until the construction of the refractory ramming materials of the burner channel of the roasting furnace is completed.
The construction method of the refractory ramming material for the burner channel of the roasting furnace can be further realized by adopting the following technical measures.
The method, wherein the circular center point of the circular steel plate is vertically welded with the steel pipe.
In the method, the center line of the steel pipe is consistent with the center line of the burner channel.

Example 1
The construction method of the refractory ramming material for the burner channel of the roasting furnace comprises the following construction processes:
the construction of the burner channel light castable and the light refractory brick is completed → the installation of a central line control device → the installation of a solid wood first mold → the ramming of the refractory ramming material around the first mold 1 → the removal of the first mold 1 → the installation of a solid wood mold 2 → the ramming of the refractory ramming material around the second mold → the removal of the solid wood 3 mold → the ramming of the refractory ramming material around the 3 rd mold → the removal of the 3 rd mold → the installation of the solid wood 4 th mold → the ramming of the refractory ramming material around the 4 th mold → the removal of the 4 th mold → the installation of 3 solid wood 5 th mold → the ramming of the refractory ramming material around the 5 th mold → the removal of the central line control measure.
The invention relates to a construction method of a refractory ramming material for a burner channel of a roasting furnace, which comprises the following steps:

A nozzle blind plate is manufactured by adopting a steel plate with the thickness of 5mm, the diameter of the circular steel plate is 1720mm, 4 holes with the diameter of 13mm are drilled on the periphery of the circular steel plate and are matched with nozzle flange bolt holes, so that M12 bolts are used for connection, the center of the steel plate is consistent with the center of a nozzle channel during installation, and a welding point 10 of the circular steel plate and a steel pipe is arranged. In addition, a round hole with the diameter of 100mm is cut at the position 40mm away from the steel pipe in the middle of the round steel plate, so that the wood pattern can be conveniently detached. And (3) vertically welding a steel pipe with the diameter of 48.3mm at the central point of the circular steel plate, wherein the length of the steel pipe is 2400mm, and keeping the central line of the steel pipe vertically penetrating through the central point of the circular steel plate. As shown, the solid wood mold is composed of 5 models of the 1 st mold 5, the 2 nd mold 6, the 3 rd mold 7, the 4 th mold 8 and the 5 th mold 9. The center of all models is drilled with a diameter phi of 49mm so as to be sleeved on a phi of 48.3mm steel pipe. The solid wood 3 rd die and the solid wood 4 th die are both composed of 4 parts, namely, a solid wood die cylinder is cut along the center line according to 4 equal parts so as to be detached. The solid wood 5 th mould 9 needs to manufacture 3 moulds with the same external dimension.
2. The installation of controlling means and wood mould includes following steps:
1) and (3) installing a central line control device, connecting a steel plate disc with the thickness of 5mm with a burner flange by adopting M12 bolts, and ensuring that the central line of the steel pipe is consistent with the center of a burner channel.
2) When the solid wood die is installed, the solid wood die is sleeved on the steel pipe, the die is tightly ejected and screwed up to be fixed on the steel pipe by the steel pipe fastener according to the solid wood die installation scale marks 11 marked on the steel pipe, and the die is guaranteed not to move. The solid wood No. 3 mould and the solid wood No. 4 mould are composed of four subsections, and are wound and fastened by using adhesive tapes during installation. 3. The specific construction operation of the refractory ramming material of the burner channel of the roasting furnace comprises the following steps:
1) and (3) mounting a central line control device after the construction of the burner channel light castable and the light refractory bricks is finished, then sleeving a solid wood 1 st die on a steel pipe of the central line control device, and positioning the die on the steel pipe 4 by using a steel pipe fastener according to the solid wood die mounting scale marks 11 marked on the steel pipe.
2) And (3) ramming the refractory ramming material 3 at the periphery of the 1 st mould, then detaching the buckle, dismantling the 1 st mould, and roughening the surface of the refractory ramming material on the inner wall of the hole.
3) Installing a solid wood 2 nd mould, installing a steel pipe fastener outside the 2 nd mould, positioning the 2 nd mould, ramming the peripheral fire-resistant ramming mass of the 2 nd mould, dismantling the 2 nd mould, and roughening the surface of the fire-resistant ramming mass on the inner wall of the hole.
4) Firstly, installing a steel pipe fastener on the inner side of a 3 rd die, then installing a solid wood 3 rd die, then installing the steel pipe fastener on the outer side of the 3 rd die, ramming refractory ramming materials on the periphery of the 3 rd die, removing the steel pipe fastener and a burner flange bolt on the outer side of the 3 rd die, moving out a center line control device, removing the 3 rd die, then removing the steel pipe fastener on the inner side of the 3 rd die, roughening the surface of the refractory ramming materials on the inner wall of a hole, and then installing the center line control device again.
5) The refractory ramming material mode of the periphery of the No. 4 die is the same as that of the No. 3 die.
6) And (3) simultaneously installing a solid wood 5 th mould, installing a steel pipe fastener on the outermost side, tightly jacking the 5 th mould, tamping the refractory ramming material at the periphery of the 5 th mould, dismantling the outer steel pipe fastener and the 5 th mould, dismantling a central line control device, roughening the surface of the refractory ramming material on the inner wall of the hole, and finishing the construction of the refractory ramming material of the burner channel of the roasting furnace. Fig. 10 is a schematic structural view of burner channels of a roasting furnace according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The construction method for the refractory ramming mass of the burner channel of the roasting furnace has the advantages that the center line and the aperture of the burner channel are accurately controlled, and the construction quality of the refractory ramming mass of the burner channel is guaranteed; the combined solid wood die can be recycled, so that the construction cost is reduced; the method is simple and convenient, and the construction efficiency is improved.
The construction method of the refractory ramming mass for the burner channel of the roasting furnace is applied to the roasting furnace of the acid regeneration station of Yichang thin plate Co., Ltd, has obvious effect and is determined by relevant departments and units.
