Abstract

Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of livestock breeding equipment, and particularly relates to a transfer box with an interlocking drying control system.
Background
The main use at present is a steam box, which heats water by electric heating and sterilizes the turnover heat-insulating barrel by steam formed by water evaporation.
The currently used steam box equipment has high power which can reach more than ten kilowatts, and forms large load on a line, thereby easily causing potential safety hazard; the traditional water evaporation heating rate is slow, and the heating to 70 ℃ needs more than half an hour; meanwhile, the non-pestivirus has the best killing effect under the condition of high-temperature drying, and the water vapor creates an environment with higher humidity, so that the sterilizing effect is poor.

D. and (3) a shipment stage: after the forced drying is finished when the preset time is reached, the controller closes the drying equipment and opens the electromagnetic lock at the rear door, the rear door is manually opened to take out the goods and close the rear door, and the controller is in a standby state.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the transfer box with the interlocking drying control system provided by the invention performs heating air circulation in a ptc electric heating mode, has the characteristics of low power consumption (4 kw) and fast temperature rise (within 10 minutes at 70 ℃), can keep the environment in the box dry, and can finish one-time disinfection and transfer 6 heat-preservation barrels of 40L; and the controller can carry out a series of automation mechanized operations, reduces the amount of labour, increases work efficiency, uses the mode of just back door interlocking simultaneously, and cross infection when effectual two doors are opened simultaneously and cause personnel or article to contact.

D. and (3) a shipment stage: after the forced drying is finished when the preset time is reached, the controller 3 closes the drying equipment and opens the electromagnetic lock 6 at the rear door, and the rear door is manually opened to take out the goods and close the rear door, so that the controller 3 is in a standby state.
