The mounting seat 7 further has a supporting portion 74 protruding from the inner bottom wall of the inner mounting cavity 71 to support the main control board 4. In this embodiment, the mounting seat 7 has a plurality of supporting portions 74 disposed around the inner mounting cavity 71, and the supporting portions 74 are further connected to the inner side walls around the inner mounting cavity 71, so as to increase the structural strength of the supporting portions 74. The supporting portion 74 can be used for increasing the distance between the main control board 4 and the bottom wall of the inner mounting cavity 71, so that the condensation is prevented from contacting with the main control board 4 when the condensation occurs in the mounting seat 7, and the main control board 4 is ensured to work stably.
The mounting seat 7 is further provided with a buckle 75 protruding from the inner side wall of the inner mounting cavity 71, the buckle 75 is matched with the supporting part 74 to fix the main control board 4, and the buckle 75 is provided with a guide surface which is convenient for the upper and lower mounting of the main control board 4. In this embodiment, the other side walls of the inner mounting cavity 71 except the front wall are provided with elastic arms 76, the elastic arms 76 are part of the side walls of the inner mounting cavity 71, two sides of the elastic arms 76 are spaced from the side walls of the inner mounting cavity 71, and the buckles 75 are arranged on the elastic arms 76, so that the elastic arms 76 are easy to move close to the inner mounting cavity 71 or away from the inner mounting cavity 71, and the mounting and dismounting of the main control board 4 are simpler.
Of course, in other embodiments, the mounting base 7 may not have a front wall, and the main control board 4 may be mounted between the buckle 75 and the support portion 74 along the front-rear direction.
In this embodiment, the mounting base 7 further has a through hole 77 penetrating in the vertical direction to expose the bottom of the main control board 4, by providing the through hole 77, not only the material cost of the mounting base 7 can be reduced, but also the heat dissipation performance can be increased, and at the same time, the distance between the original main control board 4 and the inner bottom wall of the inner mounting cavity 71 can be further increased, and becomes the distance between the main control board 4 and the lower cover 33 of the mounting box 3, and even if condensation occurs, the condensation will flow from the through hole 77 into the mounting box 3, thereby further enhancing the waterproof performance.
The mounting seat 7 further comprises an outer mounting cavity 78 arranged beside the inner mounting cavity 71 to accommodate the wire harness, and a wire harness portion 781 protruding from the inner wall of the outer mounting cavity 78. In this embodiment, the outer mounting cavities 78 are formed on the left and right sides and the rear side of the inner mounting cavity 71, and the outer mounting cavities 78, that is, the lateral side walls of the mounting seat 7 and the outermost side walls of the front and rear directions, are formed with the side walls of the inner mounting cavity 71, so that more space arrangement is provided for arranging the wire harnesses, and the wire harness portions 781 are formed protruding from the inner walls of the outer mounting cavities 78.
Wherein the outer mounting cavity 78 near the side of the via 36 has a plurality of first wire grooves 782, and the side wall of the inner mounting cavity 71 has a plurality of second wire grooves 711 cooperating with the first wire grooves 782. In this embodiment, the outer mounting cavity 78 near the side of the via hole 36 has two left and right first wiring grooves 782 for setting different wiring harnesses, so as to avoid disordered wiring harnesses. The second wiring grooves 711 are formed through the side wall of the inner mounting cavity 71 and are respectively arranged at different positions so as to be orderly connected to corresponding positions on the main control board 4. In this embodiment, the wire harness portion 781 has a hook-shaped structure at the end, and the wire harness portion 781 protrudes outwards from the outer wall surface of the side wall of the inner mounting cavity 71, and when the wire harness is connected with the main control board 4 through the first wire harness groove 782 and the second wire harness groove 711, most of the wire harness is attached to the outer wall surface of the side wall of the inner mounting cavity 71, so that the wire harness portion 781 can more effectively arrange the wire harness, and the probability that the wire harness is separated from the wire harness portion 781 is reduced.
A positioning structure for mutual positioning is also arranged between the mounting seat 7 and the mounting box 3. In the present embodiment, the positioning structure includes a first elastic portion 79 provided on the mount 7 to elastically abut against the mounting case 3 in the up-down direction, and a second elastic portion 721 elastically abut against the mounting case 3 in the lateral direction. Of course, in other embodiments, the first elastic portion 79 and the second elastic portion 721 may be provided on the mounting box 3.
By providing the first elastic portion 79 abutting in the up-down direction and the second elastic portion 721 abutting in the lateral direction, on the one hand, the mount base 7 and the mount case 3 can be sufficiently fixed, and on the other hand, the resistance in the forward-backward movement of the mount base 7 is small, so that the disassembly and the assembly are facilitated.
Specifically, the mounting box 3 has a first abutting portion 312 and a second abutting portion 313 that protrude inward to abut against the first elastic portion 79 and the second elastic portion 721, respectively, and the first abutting portion 312 and the second abutting portion 313 are disposed at the rear side of the mounting box 3 and gradually extend obliquely from front to rear toward the inside of the mounting box 3, so as to form a guide slope 314 for the first elastic portion 79 and the second elastic portion 721 to move back and forth. Therefore, no matter when the installation seat 7 is installed or disassembled, the movable space of the front half section of the installation seat 7 in the installation box 3 is large, so that the installation and the disassembly are facilitated, and meanwhile, the heat dissipation is facilitated due to the large space.
In the present embodiment, the first abutting portion 312 and the second abutting portion 313 are provided at the rearmost end of the inside of the mounting box 3, and therefore, the movable space of the front half of the inside of the mounting box 3 can be maximized. The first elastic portion 79 is formed at the left and right sides of the rear end of the mounting seat 7, the first elastic portion 79 extends upward from the upper end of the outer sidewall of the outer mounting cavity 78 and is bent backward, and the mounting seat 7 further has a yielding space 722 located below the first elastic portion 79 so that the first elastic portion 79 is bent downward and deformed. Thereby facilitating the upward and downward movement of the first elastic portion 79 during the forward and backward movement of the mount 7.
The second elastic portion 721 protrudes from the outer side of the side wall of the mounting seat 7, and a relief space 722 for the second elastic portion 721 to deform inwards is also provided on the outer side of the side wall of the mounting seat 7. In the present embodiment, the second elastic parts 721 are provided on both left and right sides of the mount 7, and it is needless to say that the second elastic parts 721 may be provided on only one side in the lateral direction in other embodiments.
And the width of the second abutting portion 313 protruding in the lateral direction near the side of the through hole 36 of the mounting box 3 is larger than the width of the other second abutting portion 313 protruding, thereby ensuring that the mounting box 3 located at the side of the through hole 36 has a sufficient space layout harness.
Of course, in other embodiments, only one or all of the first abutting portion 312 and the second abutting portion 313 may be provided on the mounting box 3, and the mounting seat 7 may be directly in interference fit with the first abutting portion 312 and/or the second abutting portion 313.
The mounting seat 7 is further fixed to the mounting box 3 through another portion, specifically, the front wall of the mounting seat 7 further has a fixing portion 723 protruding outwards, a fixing hole 315 matched with the fixing portion 723 is formed in the rear inner wall of the second accommodating cavity 39, and the fixing portion 723 and the fixing hole 315 are fixed through a screw.
In this embodiment, one end of the second accommodating cavity 39 is aligned with the first accommodating cavity 38, so that the rear inner wall of the second accommodating cavity 39 is located on only one side in the transverse direction, and the rear inner wall of the second accommodating cavity 39 further has a recess recessed backward to accommodate the fixing portion 723, so that the front end surface of the fixing portion 723 is flush with the rear inner wall, and smooth installation of the display control assembly 6 is ensured.
Meanwhile, the via hole 36 of the mounting box 3 is disposed at the rear side of the second accommodating cavity 39 which is longer than the first accommodating cavity 38, so that the position of the via hole 72 is located at the middle position of the width of the second accommodating cavity 39 in the transverse direction, thereby being more convenient for connecting the wire harness with the display control circuit board 62, that is, the length difference between the wire harnesses connected with the display control circuit board 62 is smaller, the arrangement and arrangement are easier, and the selection of the display control circuit board 62 is wider.
The fixing portion 723 located at the other side in the lateral direction is engaged with the protruding portion 316 protruding from the mounting case 3, and the fixing hole 315 is also provided in the protruding portion 316, so that the fixing effect of the mounting base 7 can be effectively ensured by the first elastic portion 79, the second elastic portion 721, the fixing portion 723, and the fixing hole 315.
The refrigerator further comprises appearance pieces 8 arranged on the left side and the right side of the display control assembly 6, and the appearance pieces 8 are fixed on the reinforcing beams 22, so that the reinforcing beams 22 are prevented from being exposed, and the attractiveness is improved. And the sizes of the appearance pieces 8 on the left side and the right side are inconsistent, wherein the appearance piece 8 on the hinge side of the door body is smaller.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, a second embodiment of the refrigerator of the present invention is different from the first embodiment in that: the display control assembly 6 comprises a display control bracket 61 integrally formed at the front side of the mounting seat 7, a display control circuit board 62 fixed at the rear side of the display control bracket 61, and a display control panel 63 covered at the front side of the display control bracket 61.
That is, the front wall of the mounting seat 7 and the display control bracket 61 are of the same structure, so that not only is the main control board 4 convenient to fix, but also the display control circuit board 62 is convenient to fix, more materials are saved, and the cost is effectively reduced. In this embodiment, the display control circuit board 62 is disposed between the display control support 61 and the main control board 4 and is located in the inner mounting cavity 71, so that the display circuit board can be directly connected with the main control board 4 in the inner mounting cavity 71, the distance between the display circuit board and the main control board is shorter, and the wire harness for connecting the display control circuit board and the main control board does not need to pass through the mounting seat 7 forward, so that the difficulty in arranging the wire harness is reduced.
In addition, since the display control panel 63 and the display control bracket 61 are also fixed together, the fixing structure between the display control panel 63 and the mounting box 3 can be directly released when the display control panel 63 is detached for maintenance, and then the display control panel 63 can be directly pulled out. Therefore, the main control board 4 can be taken out in one step, and the maintenance steps are greatly simplified. It is needless to say that the mount 7 and the mount case 3 are fixed by the above-described positioning structure only, and the fixing portion 723 and the fixing hole 315 of the mount 7 are not fixed by screws, or the fixing portion 723 and the fixing hole 315 are not necessarily provided.

Meanwhile, during maintenance, the display control assembly 6 beside the mounting box 3 can be directly detached, and then the main control board 4 is pulled out, so that maintenance steps are greatly simplified, maintenance time is shortened, maintenance cost is reduced, meanwhile, the refrigerator or objects around the refrigerator are not easily damaged, and user experience is improved.
