Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, the same numbers in different drawings refer to the same or similar elements, unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the following exemplary examples do not represent all implementations consistent with the invention. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with aspects of the invention as detailed in the accompanying claims.
Example 1
In a preferred embodiment 1 of the present invention, a control method of a refrigerator is provided, which can be directly applied to various refrigerators, and can be implemented by installing software, APP, or writing a corresponding program of a controller in the refrigerator when it is embodied. Specifically, FIG. 1 shows an alternative flow chart of the method, as shown in FIG. 1, comprising the steps S102-S106 of:
s102: when a user touches a handle of the refrigerator door body, acquiring a pressure signal at the handle;
s104: judging whether the user is executing automatic door opening action according to the pressure signal at the handle;
s106: if yes, the door body is controlled to automatically open, otherwise, the door body is not controlled to automatically open.
In the prior art, a user triggers automatic door opening by touching a handle of a refrigerator door body, however, sometimes the user may have misoperation to touch the handle, the user does not want to use automatic door opening, or the user wants to manually open the door, but at the moment, the sensing device senses that the user touches the handle to open the automatic door opening, the automatic door opening of the refrigerator is damaged in the simultaneous two modes, and great inconvenience is brought to the user. In the above embodiment, when the user touches the handle of the refrigerator door body, the user does not directly perform automatic door opening, but obtains the pressure signal at the handle, and judges whether the user is performing automatic door opening according to the pressure signal at the handle, so as to determine the intention of the user, avoid the misjudgment condition of automatic door opening in the prior art, reduce the generation of automatic door opening misoperations, improve the intelligence of automatic door opening control, and improve the use experience of the user.
In the triggering automatic door opening process, the pressure signal is judged, and whether the operation information of the user is correct operation or not is analyzed. Specifically, judging whether the user is performing an automatic door opening action according to the pressure signal at the handle includes: acquiring a pressure signal of an anti-false touch area; the anti-false touch area is positioned on the surface of the door body; comparing the pressure signal of the anti-false touch area with the pressure signal at the handle; and judging whether the user is executing automatic door opening action according to the comparison result. When the pressure at the handle is larger than the pressure of the false touch prevention area, determining that the user is executing automatic door opening action; otherwise, determining that the user does not execute the automatic door opening action. An alternative schematic of the refrigerator according to the present invention is shown in fig. 2, which includes a door 1 and a cabinet 2, and the door 1 has a corresponding handle 3. Fig. 3 shows the handle of the lower door body and the first sensor 4, where the sensing device, i.e. the first sensor, is arranged, and the sensing area of the first sensor is located on the inner surface of the refrigerator handle in the position of the handle grip for acquiring the pressure signal at the handle. Fig. 4 shows a second sensor 5 and a third sensor 6, the sensing area of the second sensor being located on the top surface of the refrigerator handle to sense the movement of a person's hand when the person is extended into the vicinity of the refrigerator handle. The third sensor is located on the surface of the door body, the sensing area is an anti-false touch area, the anti-false touch area is located on the surface of the door body, and the anti-false touch area at least comprises the position range of the thumb of the user. The third sensor senses the pressure of the user in the operation process, when the user prepares to pull the refrigerator door open, misoperation judgment is carried out, if the pressure at the handle is larger than the pressure of the mistaken touch prevention area, the user is slightly pulling the door body, and the refrigerator is automatically opened. If the pressure at the handle is less than or equal to the pressure of the false touch prevention area, the gesture of automatically opening the door is not executed by the user at the moment, or the user manually opens the door, so that the automatic door opening operation is not executed at the moment.
Before judging whether the user is executing the automatic door opening action according to the pressure signal at the handle, the method further comprises the following steps: judging whether a user is executing manual door opening or not according to the pressure signal at the handle; if yes, the automatic door opening function is canceled, and the manual door opening function is started; otherwise, triggering to judge whether the user is executing the automatic door opening action according to the pressure signal at the handle. Wherein, judge whether the user is carrying out manual opening door according to the pressure signal of handle department, include: acquiring a pressure threshold value, and judging whether the pressure at the handle is greater than the pressure threshold value; if the pressure threshold value is larger than the pressure threshold value, the user is determined to be executing the manual door opening, otherwise, the user is determined to not execute the manual door opening. In the misoperation judgment, logic judgment is also carried out on the door opening intention of the user. When the user opens the door, the door body is opened through the pulling of the handle, the maximum threshold of pressure is set, when the user opens the door and uses the strong gas, the pressure of the handle exceeds the maximum threshold, and then the sensor transmits a cancellation automatic door opening signal to the main control, and the cancellation of automatic door opening is performed.
Before the user touches the handle of the refrigerator door body, the refrigerator door further comprises: detecting whether a user stretches hands into a preset area of the handle; if yes, determining that a user touches a handle, controlling the door opening assisting mechanism to enter a preparation state, and prompting the user to execute automatic door opening action through a first voice signal and/or a first light signal; otherwise, it is determined that the user has not touched the handle. When the action that the hand stretches into the edge of the refrigerator handle is sensed, the refrigerator indicator lights breathe and flash, and meanwhile, the indicator lights are accompanied with the prompt sound of the sound device. The user is prompted by the light source and the sound, so that the user is guided to correctly trigger the induction action of automatically opening the door of the refrigerator, and the adverse phenomenon that the door body of the refrigerator is automatically opened due to unintentional invalid operation actions of the user is avoided to a great extent.
Meanwhile, after determining that the user touches the handle, further comprising: judging whether a pressure signal at the handle is acquired within a preset time; if yes, triggering to judge whether the user is executing automatic door opening action according to the pressure signal at the handle; otherwise, the door opening assisting mechanism is controlled to exit the preparation state, and the first voice signal and/or the first light signal are/is controlled to stop prompting. If the pressure signal at the handle is not obtained after the preset time is exceeded, false touch is considered, so that the door opening assisting mechanism is controlled to exit the preparation state, and the first voice signal and/or the first light signal are controlled to stop prompting. By the aid of the scheme, accuracy of misoperation judgment is further improved.
When the door body is controlled to perform automatic door opening operation, the door opening assisting mechanism is controlled to open the door body, and the refrigerator is prompted to perform the automatic door opening operation through the second voice signal and/or the second light signal. The location of the light is also shown in fig. 2, as shown, on the door of the refrigerator, and near the handle, so that the user can clearly receive the light signal cues.
Another method of controlling a refrigerator is also provided in the preferred embodiment 1 of the present invention, and specifically, fig. 5 shows an alternative flowchart of the method, as shown in fig. 5, which includes the following steps S501 to S510:
s501: the hand of the user extends to the handle;
s502: the handle sensing area A (the sensing area corresponding to the second sensor) receives a signal and transmits the signal to the main control to enter a preparation state; the user touches the handle sensing area, and intends to open the refrigerator door, and the sensing area senses that the user's hand stretches to the refrigerator handle to generate a sensing signal and transmits the sensing signal to the main control;
s503: the automatic door opening device enters a preparation state and sends a signal to the handle indicator lamp and the sound device, the light area breathes and flashes, and the sound device sends out a prompt sound; the main control is transmitted to the lamplight and voice device, the lamplight flashes to remind a user that the refrigerator door body is ready to be opened automatically;
s504: within T seconds, whether the sensing area B (the sensing area corresponding to the first sensor) receives a touch signal or not; in the triggering automatic door opening process, judging the received signal, analyzing whether the operation information of the user is correct operation, specifically, firstly judging whether the sensing area B in T seconds receives a touch signal, if so, entering step S507, otherwise, entering step S505;
s505: the master control releases the preparation state, the signal is transmitted to the light component, the indicator light is extinguished, and the sound device emits sound; if the B area signal is not received within T seconds, the main control cancels the preparation state, the handle indicator lamp is extinguished, the door opening assisting mechanism cancels the preparation state, the voice device prompts cancellation, a user is reminded of the failure of the automatic door opening process, and the signal is recognized as misoperation;
s506: the main control judges that the operation is misoperation and waits for the next restarting of the induction device;
s507: the sensing area B receives a signal and transmits the signal to the main control, and the automatic door opening and closing operation is started from the preparation state to the execution state;
s508: mishandling judgment, comparing signals of the sensing area B and the sensing area C (sensing areas corresponding to the third sensor) and judging; in the misoperation judgment, the sensing area of the sensing signal B has judgment logic of a mode of user operation, when a user opens a door body, the user contacts a refrigerator handle to generate certain pressure sense, and when the user wants to manually open the door, the user uses stronger force and generates larger pressure sense in the sensing area B. The pressure sensing of the sensing area B is used for judging whether the door is opened or closed in a manual mode or an automatic door opening mode. The sensing area B is provided with a maximum pressure sensing threshold G, when a user opens the door, the sensing area B generates pressure sensing G1, if G1 is larger than G, namely G1 exceeds the maximum threshold, an instruction for automatically opening and closing the door of the refrigerator is canceled, the executing process of automatically opening and closing the door is closed, and the door body of the refrigerator is opened manually. When G1 is smaller than or equal to G, namely, when the automatic door opening and closing execution logic is determined to run normally, pressure sense judgment is carried out on the sensing area B and the sensing area C, the sensing area C is positioned on the surface of the door body, pressure sense in the operation process is felt, and misoperation judgment is carried out when a user prepares to pull the refrigerator door open;
s509: main control judges misoperation, cancels a door opening instruction and waits for a next judging instruction;
s510: the signal accords with the automatic command of opening the door, and the lighting device is full bright, and the sound device reminds that the refrigerator door body is automatic to open the door. If the pressure in the sensing area B is greater than that in the sensing area C, the user is judged to be slightly pulling the door body, the door body is opened by the automatic door opening mechanism for correct operation of automatic door opening, and the voice device sounds to remind. When the sensor senses corresponding actions, the trigger signal is sent to the main control, after the execution signal is sent, the light source is fully lighted to prompt, the voice device is used for voice prompt, the refrigerator triggers the automatic door opening, and the refrigerator door automatically opens the door body according to the door opening signal.
In the process of executing the automatic door opening instruction, the voice prompt of the voice device has certain change, and different sounds are adopted for different commands, for example, the voice device reminds a user to avoid a door body of the refrigerator in the process of opening the door, and reminds the user to need to re-operate when in wrong operation.
The linear light source on the handle area plays an indication role, and each door body can be provided with the linear light source. When the user stretches hands to the handle, the preparation state is triggered, the lamp is lighted, the lamp is in a breathing flickering state, the next step of command of the main control is waited, the main control receives the B area induction signal within T seconds to judge that the operation is wrong, the area light source is always on, and if the light source is not received, the lamp light is extinguished. In the misoperation judgment, if the operation is correct, the lamplight continues to be normally on, and is extinguished after waiting for S seconds after the automatic door opening is finished; if the operation is wrong, the flash is turned off after S1S.
The main problem of automatic door opening control of the refrigerator at present is judgment of misoperation, the invention utilizes multi-point reminding and multi-signal triggering to avoid misoperation, thereby avoiding bad phenomenon of automatic opening of the refrigerator door body caused by unintentional invalid operation of a user to a great extent, eliminating interference capability, accurately executing automatic door opening action according to the requirement of the user and improving the use experience of the user.
