controlling the first user equipment to acquire the foreground running accumulated time of at least two target application programs in the second user equipment;
and controlling the first user equipment to send a control instruction to an air conditioner according to the relation between the foreground operation accumulated time length and the target time length so as to limit the air conditioner to carry out temperature adjustment.
2. The method for controlling the application program according to claim 1, wherein the sending a control instruction to an air conditioner to limit the air conditioner to perform temperature adjustment comprises:
under the condition that the air conditioner operates in a refrigeration mode, sending a control instruction to the air conditioner so as to limit the air conditioner to carry out temperature regulation by outputting cold energy in a mode of reducing the rotating speed of a fan of the air conditioner and/or reducing the frequency of a compressor of the air conditioner and/or increasing the set temperature of the air conditioner and/or changing the air supply angle of the air conditioner; and/or
Under the condition that the air conditioner runs in a heating mode, a control command is sent to the air conditioner, so that the air conditioner is limited to carry out temperature adjustment through output heat in a mode of reducing the rotating speed of a fan of the air conditioner and/or reducing the frequency of a compressor of the air conditioner and/or reducing the set temperature of the air conditioner and/or changing the air supply angle of the air conditioner.

The method for controlling the application program according to claim 1, wherein the target duration comprises a first target duration, and the controlling the first user equipment to send a control instruction to the air conditioner according to a relationship between the foreground operation accumulated duration and the target duration to limit the air conditioner from performing temperature adjustment comprises:
and under the condition that the accumulated foreground operation time length is greater than or equal to the first target time length, controlling the first user equipment to send a first control instruction to the air conditioner so as to limit the air conditioner to carry out temperature adjustment by reducing the air speed of the air conditioner to a first air speed.

under the condition that the foreground operation accumulated time length is greater than or equal to the second target time length, controlling the first user equipment to send a second control instruction to the air conditioner so as to limit the air conditioner to carry out temperature regulation by reducing the air speed of the air conditioner to a second air speed and adjusting the set temperature of the air conditioner;
wherein the second wind speed is less than the first wind speed.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the target time period further comprises a third target time period that is greater than the second target time period, and wherein after the controlling the first user equipment to send a second control command to the air conditioner, the method further comprises:
and under the condition that the accumulated foreground operation time length is greater than or equal to the third target time length, controlling the first user equipment to send a third control instruction to the air conditioner so as to limit the air conditioner to carry out temperature adjustment by closing the air conditioner.
6. The control method of an application program according to claim 5, wherein in a case where the control of the first user equipment transmits a third control instruction to the air conditioner, the control method further comprises:
and controlling the first user equipment to send a screen locking instruction to the second user equipment so as to lock the screen of the second user equipment within a target time range.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein when the first user equipment sends a control instruction to the air conditioner to limit the air conditioner from performing temperature adjustment, the method further comprises:
controlling the first user equipment to send a cut-off instruction to the air conditioner so as to cut off the communication connection between the air conditioner and a remote controller;
the cutting instruction and the control instruction are the same instruction, or the cutting instruction and the control instruction are different instructions.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein before the controlling the first user equipment to obtain the accumulated length of foreground operation of at least two target applications in the second user equipment, the method further comprises:

and under the condition that the use overtime times continuously accumulate to reach a time threshold, cutting off the communication connection between the air conditioner and the remote controller, and adjusting and locking the set temperature of the air conditioner so as to limit the air conditioner to carry out temperature regulation.

The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein after the controlling the first user equipment sends a control instruction to the air conditioner according to the relationship between the foreground operation accumulated time period and the target time period, the method further comprises:
controlling the first user device to turn on a remediation mode;
accepting and responding to a fourth input of the user, and setting a remediation mode of the remediation mode;
calculating the remediation time length corresponding to the remediation mode according to the remediation mode;
