The present embodiment provides a range hood, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, which includes a tank 1, a smoke collecting cover 2, and a flow rectification plate 3. A smoke exhaust channel 11 is formed in the box body 1, a fan (not shown) is arranged in the smoke exhaust channel 11, and after the fan is started, airflow can be formed in the smoke exhaust channel 11; the smoke collecting hood 2 is provided with an air inlet 21 and a turning plate 22 which can be opened and closed, when the turning plate 22 is opened, the smoke leaks out of the air inlet 21 hidden behind, and the oil smoke can enter a smoke collecting channel 23 through the air inlet 21 and then enter a smoke exhaust channel 11 through the smoke collecting channel 23; the flow regulating plate 3 is provided between the smoke exhaust passage 11 and the smoke collecting passage 23, and the flow regulating plate 3 is configured to restrict a flow route of the smoke.
Through setting up cowling panel 3, reduced the space that the oil smoke can reach when flowing in the range hood, reduced the diffusion area of oil smoke, reduced the risk of greasy dirt infiltration, reduced the problem that spare part causes unstable work and life weak point in the range hood because of being permeated by the oil smoke. In addition, the rectifying plate 3 limits the flow path of the oil smoke by reducing the space where the oil smoke can reach, so that the rectification of fluid in the range hood is realized, the turbulence degree of the fluid in the range hood is reduced, the oil smoke discharging efficiency is higher, the impact of the fluid on the interior of the range hood is smaller, and the noise is lower. Is particularly suitable for a range hood with a liftable smoke collecting hood 2, and can effectively reduce the space between the smoke exhaust channel 11 and the smoke collecting channel 23 after the smoke collecting hood 2 descends.
It should be noted that, in order to show the internal structure of the range hood more clearly, a part of the housing or the shielding object is removed in fig. 1 to 3, or the internal structure is represented in a perspective manner. Except for the technical improvement point, the structure is basically the same as that of the existing range hood.
There may be some differences in the types of fans provided in the range hood, such as axial flow fans, centrifugal fans, etc., and accordingly there may be some differences in the structure and operation principle of the smoke evacuation passageway 11. In order to meet the use requirements of various range hoods, the structure of the rectifying plate 3 can be changed correspondingly.
A preferred structure of the rectifying plate 3 is shown in fig. 1 and 2. The rectifying plate 3 is provided with an air through hole 31, the smoke exhaust channel 11 is arranged in the air through hole 31 in a penetrating mode, and the outer wall of the smoke exhaust channel 11 is connected with the air through hole 31 in a sealing mode. Preferably, the end of the smoke evacuation channel 11 is clamped in the air through hole 31 and is hermetically connected with the air through hole.
A limiting space 6 is formed between the rectifying plate 3 and the back plate of the box body 1, and oil smoke can only enter the limiting space 6 after passing through the smoke collecting channel 23 and cannot be diffused in the whole box body 1, so that the problem of oil stain permeation is reduced. The oil smoke entering the limited space 6 can only enter the smoke exhaust channel 11 from the air through hole 31, thereby limiting the flow path of the oil smoke, reducing the turbulence degree of the oil smoke when flowing and having higher efficiency of oil smoke exhaust.
In order to avoid the oil smoke from bypassing the edge of the baffle plate 3, it is preferable that the outer edge of the baffle plate 3 abuts and is hermetically connected to the inner wall of the case 1. The limiting space 6 is thoroughly isolated from other spaces in the box body 1 so as to reduce the range which can be reached by the oil smoke, limit the diffusion of the oil smoke and reduce the turbulence degree of the oil smoke.
Fig. 3 and 4 show another preferred structure of the current plate 3. The rectifying plate 3 is a flat plate structure, and a plurality of rectifying through holes 32 are formed in the rectifying plate, so that the oil smoke passing through the smoke collecting channel 23 can enter the smoke exhaust channel 11 only after passing through the rectifying through holes 32. The rectifying through holes 32 limit the flow path of the oil smoke, so that the moving range of the oil smoke is reduced, the opportunity of oil smoke diffusion is reduced, and the turbulence degree of the oil smoke is reduced.
When the structure and the working principle of the smoke exhaust channel 11 need, the air through hole 31 and the rectification through hole 32 can be arranged on the rectification plate 3 at the same time, one part of oil smoke gas flows through the air through hole 31, the other part of oil smoke gas flows through the rectification through hole 32, and the air through hole 31 and the rectification through hole 32 jointly realize the flow path for limiting the oil smoke.
On the basis of the structure, an oil guide groove 5 is further arranged in the box body 1, the oil guide groove 5 abuts against the bottom of the rectifying plate 3, and the oil guide groove 5 is located on the windward side of the rectifying plate 3. The windward side is the surface of the rectifying plate 3 facing the outlet end of the smoke collecting channel 23, the oil smoke flow can impact the windward side surface after passing through the rectifying plate 3, the oil smoke flow can exchange heat with the rectifying plate 3, and oil drops can be condensed in the cooled oil smoke flow. The oil drops slide down along the surface of the rectifying plate 3 and fall into the oil guide groove 5, and flow into the oil cup of the range hood along the oil guide groove 5.
In order to improve the smoothness of oil drop flowing, a rib 51 is formed on the oil guiding groove 5 along the oil smoke flowing direction, oil guiding outlets 52 are respectively arranged on two sides of the rib 51, and an oil guiding inclined plane 53 is connected between the rib 51 and the oil guiding outlets 52. That is, the oil guide groove 5 is inclined downward with respect to the front and rear surfaces (the surface closer to the user is the front surface, and the surface farther from the user is the rear surface) of the casing 1, and is in an "inverted V" shape with respect to the left and right sides (the two side surfaces respectively connected between the front and rear surfaces) of the casing 1. Since the oil outlet 52 is lower than the rib 51, the oil guiding slope 53 is inclined downward from the rib 51 to the oil outlet 52, and oil drops can smoothly slide down the oil guiding slope 53 to the oil outlet 52 by gravity.
Preferably, the two oil guide outlets 52 are respectively opposite to a left passage (not shown) and a right passage (not shown) at the rear side of the fume collecting hood 2, and the left passage and the right passage respectively extend towards the oil cup. Oil drops can directly or indirectly drop into the oil cup at the oil guide outlet 52, so that the centralized treatment of oil stains is realized, and the user experience is improved.
To simplify the machining and installation process, the oil guide ramp 53 is not generally too long and the oil guide outlet 52 typically rides on a mounting seat. The mounting seat can be a box body 1 or a fume collecting hood 2, and the mounting seat can be arranged according to the specific structure of the fume exhaust fan. The oil drops tend to fall at the end of the oil outlet 52, but because the oil drops are relatively viscous, they will not fall directly from the end of the oil outlet 52 into the channel or cup, but will instead slide down the wall below the end of the oil outlet 52. In this process, oil droplets may infiltrate into the gap between the oil outlet 52 and the mount.
To solve this problem, a guide vane (not shown) made of a flexible material having a certain length may be provided at the oil outlet 52. The deflector is clamped between the oil guide outlet 52 and the mounting seat, and the flexible material enables the deflector to fill the gap between the oil guide outlet 52 and the mounting seat, i.e. the deflector is equivalent to form a sealing structure between the oil guide outlet 52 and the mounting seat, and can avoid friction between the oil guide outlet 52 and the mounting seat. The deflector extends from the oil outlet 52 to the oil cup of the fume collecting hood 2, oil drops can slide until reaching the position right above the oil cup and then drop into the oil cup, so that the oil drops are prevented from being adhered to one or more side surfaces in the box body 1 and/or the fume collecting hood 2, and the fume exhaust is more thorough and efficient.
The specific installation mode of the oil guide groove 5 is not limited, preferably, the oil guide groove 5 is fixedly connected to the inner surface of the box body 1, and a sealing structure is arranged between the oil guide groove 5 and the inner surface of the box body 1 to prevent oil drops from permeating into a gap between the oil guide groove 5 and the inner surface of the box body 1.
On the basis of the above structure, the sound absorption cotton 4 is arranged on the box body 1. The sound absorption cotton 4 is preferably arranged on the inner wall of the front side plate of the box body 1 close to a user, so that the noise of the range hood during working can be effectively reduced, and the use is more comfortable. The setting of cowling panel 3 can reduce the oil smoke and inhale the cotton contact of sound 4, avoids inhaling the cotton 4 of sound and inefficacy because of being corroded by the greasy dirt, has prolonged the life who inhales the cotton 4 of sound.
It should be noted that the foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and the technical principles employed. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, although the present invention has been described in greater detail by the above embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and may include other equivalent embodiments without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is determined by the scope of the appended claims.
