Background
When the electroslag furnace crystallizer is installed in a smelting station, a return water inlet cooling water pipeline needs to be connected. The cooling water pipeline requires large water flow, and the pipe diameter of the cooling water pipeline for water inlet and outlet is large, so that the time and labor are wasted if the cooling water pipeline is connected by a flange. Therefore, a connecting device is needed, which can realize that when the crystallizer is installed in a smelting station, a cooling water pipeline interface of the crystallizer is automatically inserted into a water inlet and return pipeline joint of external circulating water in a centering way. Since the mold is loaded with a certain positional deviation, it is necessary to connect an automatic position compensation function.

The chute 11 is fixed in position at the bottom of the smelting station by a bracket 14.
The lower section of the seat body 5 is connected by a soft rubber pipe 12, and the soft rubber pipe 12 is fixed with the lower section of the seat body 5 by a clamp 13.
Referring to the attached figure 4, when the plug is installed into the smelting station along with the crystallizer, the plug is synchronously inserted into the socket, and due to the position deviation caused by the hoisting of the crystallizer and other reasons, under the combined action of the gap between the sliding chute 11 and the position compensation sliding plate 9 and the flexible rubber hose 12, the socket has freedom degree in any direction, so that the swing compensation of the plug in any direction when the plug is inserted into the socket is met, and the cooling water pipeline interface of the crystallizer can be automatically and centrally inserted into the water inlet and return pipeline joint of the external circulating water when the crystallizer is installed into the smelting station.
Referring to the attached figure 5, when the crystallizer water inlet and outlet pipe is used, the water inlet and outlet pipe of the crystallizer 15 is respectively connected with a plug, when the crystallizer is hoisted and loaded into the smelting station 16, the plug is synchronously inserted into a socket, and the water inlet and return hose 12 of the socket is connected with external water, so that the water of the crystallizer is quickly connected.
