In one embodiment, the thrust reverser comprises at least one thrust reverser, the thrust reverser is arranged on the heavy door, and after the thrust reverser is started, the thrust reverser stretches out from the cabin body to press the heavy door in the direction of opening the heavy door. The second judging module 14 of the present invention can further judge whether the reverse pushing device is in place by judging the position information of the reverse pushing rod. If the thrust reverser has been fully extended or extended to a desired distance, the thrust reverser is deemed in place, otherwise the thrust reverser is deemed not in place.
And a third processing module 15, configured to activate a positioning device to extend the positioning device to support the heavy door if the thrust reverser is in place.
If the second determining module 14 determines that the thrust reverser is in place, for example, the thrust reverser has fully extended or extended to a desired distance, the third processing module 15 activates the positioning device. In an embodiment, the heavy door is connected with the bin body through the hinge, the hinge is provided with the positioning hole, the positioning device is arranged on the heavy door, the positioning device comprises a positioning rod, and when the third processing module 15 starts the positioning device, the positioning rod extends out of the positioning device and partially extends into the positioning hole so as to play a role in supporting the heavy door, and the problems of inconsistent up-down stress, inclination and the like of the heavy door are avoided.
A third judging module 16, configured to judge whether the positioning device is in place.
The third judging module 16 can judge the position of the positioning rod, thereby achieving the purpose of judging the position of the positioning device. If the positioning rod part extends into the positioning hole, the positioning device is regarded as in place, and if the positioning rod does not extend or does not partially extend into the positioning hole, the positioning device is regarded as not in place.
And a fourth processing module 17, if the positioning device is in place, retracting the second locking device to release the locking between the heavy door and the bin body.
The second locking device of the invention is used for locking the heavy door and the bin body, and particularly, the heavy door and the bin body are locked by a lock or a locking bolt. If the third determining module 16 determines that the positioning device is in place, the fourth processing module 17 may retract the second locking device, for example, unlock the lock or retract the locking bolt, etc., to unlock the heavy door from the bin.
As shown in fig. 3, the present invention further provides a computer device 21, including a memory 22 and a processor 23, where the memory 22 stores a computer program 24, and the processor 23 executes the computer program 24 to implement the steps of the method for opening the heavy door, the steps of the method for closing the heavy door, or the steps of the method for opening and closing the heavy door. As shown in fig. 4, the present invention further provides a computer readable storage medium 31, on which the computer program 24 is stored, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method for opening a heavy door described above, the steps of the method for closing a heavy door described above, or the steps of the method for opening and closing a heavy door described above.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the heavy door 4 of the present invention is connected to a cabin (not shown), the heavy door 4 includes a first locking device 41, a thrust device 42, a positioning device 43 and a second locking device 44, the heavy door 4 is connected to the cabin through a hinge 45, and the heavy door is provided with the computer device 21.
Referring to fig. 7, the computer device 21 is electrically connected to a power source 212 through a power circuit 211 to provide power supply to the computer device 21. The processor 23 is respectively connected with the memory 22, the display device 25 and the signal receiving/transmitting device 26, the display device 25 is used for displaying state information of the first locking device 41, the thrust reverser 42, the positioning device 43 and the second locking device 44, and the signal receiving/transmitting device 26 is used for receiving an operation instruction of opening or closing the heavy door or uploading the working state of the heavy door. The processor 23 is further electrically connected to the signal conversion circuit 27 and the actuator driving circuit 28, and the signal conversion circuit 27 and the actuator driving circuit 28 are electrically connected to the first locking device 41, the thrust reverser 42, the positioning device 43 and the second locking device 44, respectively. The signal conversion circuit 27 is configured to convert state information of the first locking device 41, the thrust reverser 42, the positioning device 43, and the second locking device 44, and transmit the converted state information to the processor 23 for display on the display device; after receiving the instruction sent by the signal receiving/transmitting device, the processor 23 executes the computer program stored in the memory 22, and operates the first locking device 41, the thrust reverser 42, the positioning device 43, and the second locking device 44 through the actuator driving circuit 28.
Of course, the present invention is capable of other various embodiments and its several details are capable of modification and variation in light of the present invention by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (12)

1. A method of opening a heavy door, wherein the heavy door is coupled to a bin, the heavy door including a first locking device, a thrust reverser, a positioning device, and a second locking device, the first locking device being configured to compress the heavy door to seal the bin, the method comprising:
receiving an indication of opening a heavy door and releasing the compression of the first locking device according to the indication;
judging whether the extrusion of the first locking device is released;
if yes, starting a thrust reverser to enable the thrust reverser to push the heavy door to move towards the opening direction;
judging whether the thrust reverser is in place or not;
if yes, starting a positioning device to extend the positioning device to support the heavy door;
judging whether the positioning device is in place or not;
if yes, the second locking device is retracted so as to release the locking between the heavy door and the bin body.
2. The method of opening a heavy door according to claim 1, further comprising the step of determining whether the heavy door is in a normal state after receiving an instruction to open the heavy door, and if so, releasing the pressing of the first locking means according to the instruction.
3. The method of opening a heavy door of claim 1, wherein the first locking device comprises a plurality of locking structures that retract simultaneously upon receiving the indication of opening the heavy door.
4. The method for opening a heavy door according to claim 1, wherein the heavy door is connected with the bin body through a hinge, the hinge is provided with a positioning hole, the positioning device is arranged on the heavy door, and judging whether the positioning device is in place refers to judging whether the positioning device partially stretches into the positioning hole.
5. The method of opening a heavy door according to claim 1, comprising, after determining whether the first locking device has been released from compression:
if not, generating first feedback information, and sending the first feedback information to the user terminal, wherein the first feedback information comprises the position information of the first locking device.
6. The method of opening a heavy door according to claim 1, comprising, after determining whether the thrust reverser is in place:
if not, generating second feedback information, and sending the second feedback information to the user terminal, wherein the second feedback information comprises the position information of the thrust reverser.
7. The method of opening a heavy door according to claim 1, further comprising, after determining whether the positioning device is in place:
if not, generating third feedback information, and sending the third feedback information to the user terminal, wherein the third feedback information comprises the position information of the positioning device.
8. A method of closing a heavy door, wherein the heavy door is coupled to a bin, the heavy door including a first locking device, a thrust reverser, a positioning device, and a second locking device, the first locking device being configured to compress the heavy door to seal the bin, the method comprising:
receiving an instruction of closing the heavy door, and starting a second locking device according to the instruction, so that the second locking device locks the heavy door and the bin body;
judging whether the second locking device is in place or not;
if yes, the positioning device is retracted so as to release the support of the heavy door by the positioning device; and the back-pushing device is retracted to release the pushing action of the back-pushing device on the heavy door in the opening direction;
judging whether the positioning device and the thrust reverser are in place or not;
if so, the first locking device is started to press the heavy door to seal the bin body.
9. The method for opening and closing the heavy door is characterized in that the heavy door is connected to a bin body and comprises a first locking device, a thrust reverser, a positioning device and a second locking device, wherein the first locking device is used for pressing the heavy door so as to enable the heavy door to seal the bin body;
the closing method comprises the following steps:
receiving an instruction of closing the heavy door, and starting a second locking device according to the instruction, so that the second locking device locks the heavy door and the bin body;
judging whether the second locking device is in place or not;
if yes, the positioning device is retracted so as to release the support of the heavy door by the positioning device; and the back-pushing device is retracted to release the pushing action of the back-pushing device on the heavy door in the opening direction;
judging whether the positioning device and the thrust reverser are in place or not;
if yes, a first locking device is started to squeeze the heavy door to seal the bin body;
the opening method comprises the following steps:
receiving an indication of opening a heavy door and releasing the compression of the first locking device according to the indication;
judging whether the extrusion of the first locking device is released;
if yes, starting a thrust reverser to enable the thrust reverser to push the heavy door to move towards the opening direction;
judging whether the thrust reverser is in place or not;
if yes, starting a positioning device to extend the positioning device to support the heavy door;
judging whether the positioning device is in place or not;
if yes, the second locking device is retracted so as to release the locking between the heavy door and the bin body.
10. An opening device for a heavy door, wherein the heavy door is connected to a bin, the heavy door comprising a first locking device, a thrust reverser, a positioning device and a second locking device, the first locking device being configured to squeeze the heavy door to seal the heavy door to the bin, the opening device comprising:
the first processing module is used for receiving an indication of opening the heavy door and releasing the extrusion of the first locking device according to the indication;
the first judging module is used for judging whether the extrusion of the first locking device is released or not;
the second processing module is used for starting a thrust reverser to extend the thrust reverser and push the heavy door to move towards the opening direction if the extrusion of the first locking device is released;
the second judging module is used for judging whether the thrust reverser is in place or not;
the third processing module is used for starting the positioning device to extend the positioning device to support the heavy door if the thrust reverser is in place;
the third judging module is used for judging whether the positioning device is in place or not;
and the fourth processing module is used for withdrawing the second locking device to release the locking between the heavy door and the bin body if the positioning device is in place.
11. Computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor executes the computer program to perform the steps of the method for opening a heavy door according to any one of claims 1-7, the method for closing a heavy door according to claim 8 or the method for opening and closing a heavy door according to claim 9.
12. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method for opening a heavy door according to any one of claims 1-7, the steps of the method for closing a heavy door according to claim 8 or the steps of the method for opening and closing a heavy door according to claim 9.
