Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with aspects of the invention as detailed in the accompanying claims.
It should be noted that, in general, washing machines are equipped with a detergent box for storing detergent, so as to automatically deliver the detergent during the washing process. The detergent can comprise a laundry detergent, a softener and the like, and the detergent box comprises a plurality of groove bodies, wherein each groove body is used for storing corresponding detergent. When a user pours a detergent into the detergent box, the user may pour the detergent into the wrong tank body by mistake, for example, pour the laundry detergent into the tank body for storing the softener by mistake. However, the erroneously poured detergent cannot be poured out for cleaning, which seriously affects the use of the washing machine by users.
In order to solve the problems, the disclosure provides a washing method and device for a detergent box of a washing machine and the washing machine.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a detergent box cleaning method of a washing machine according to an exemplary embodiment. It should be noted that the detergent box cleaning method of the washing machine in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be used for the detergent box cleaning device of the washing machine in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and the detergent box cleaning device of the washing machine in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be configured in the washing machine. As shown in fig. 1, a detergent box cleaning method of a washing machine in an embodiment of the present disclosure may include the steps of:
Step 101, controlling a throwing pump to throw the detergent in the detergent box into a washing barrel of the washing machine.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the execution subject of the method may be a washing machine equipped with a detergent box, such as a drum washing machine, pulsator washing machine, or the like. The washing machine can put the corresponding detergent in the washing box into the washing barrel through the automatic putting device when in operation so as to clean clothes. The detergent can comprise a detergent which is needed in the washing process of clothes such as a laundry detergent, a softener, a special agent and the like. In general, there may be a plurality of tanks in the detergent box, each tank is used for storing a corresponding detergent, for example, there are two tanks in the detergent box, namely a tank a and a tank B, where the tank a is used for storing a laundry detergent, and the tank B is used for storing a softener, so that the washing machine controls the delivery pump to deliver the laundry detergent in the tank a into the washing tub in a washing stage of laundry, and controls the delivery pump to deliver the softener in the tank B into the washing tub in a rinsing stage of laundry.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, when the dispensing pump is controlled to dispense the detergent in the detergent box into the washing tub of the washing machine, the detergent may be a certain detergent in the detergent box, may be several kinds of detergents in the detergent box, or may be all kinds of detergents in the detergent box, which is not limited in the present disclosure. The method can be triggered when a user erroneously pours the detergent into the wrong tank body, and is used for cleaning the detergent which is erroneously poured into the detergent box. Since the dosing process of the detergent is continuous, the end condition of the dosing process can be set based on actual requirements. For example, the total number of times of delivery may be preset, the total time of delivery may be preset, and the corresponding time of delivery may be preset for the tank body corresponding to the detergent.
As one embodiment, when the detergent is wrongly poured, a user triggers a detergent box cleaning function, the triggering operation comprises a tank body for indicating the detergent box to be cleaned, and when the washing machine receives the trigger operation for cleaning the detergent box, the throwing pump is controlled to continuously throw the detergent of the corresponding tank body in the detergent box into the washing barrel until the detergent in the tank body is thrown. The mode of determining whether the detergents in the tank body are all put in can be achieved by setting the target operation time of the putting pump, and if the operation time of the putting pump reaches the preset target operation time, the detergents in the tank body are considered to be all put in. In addition, the target throwing times of the throwing pump can be set, and if the throwing times of the throwing pump for throwing the corresponding detergent reach the target throwing times, the detergents in the task Cao body can be thrown.
As another embodiment, the washing machine may control the delivery pump to deliver the detergent in each tank of the detergent box to the washing tub of the washing machine, and if there are two tanks in the detergent box, the mode of delivering the detergent in tank a may be preset with a preset target delivery number N of the detergent in tank a and a preset target delivery number M of the detergent in tank B; firstly controlling a throwing pump to throw the detergent in the tank body A into a washing barrel, and when the throwing times reach N, controlling the throwing pump to throw the detergent in the tank body B into the washing barrel until the throwing times of the detergent in the tank body B reach M.
Step 102, controlling the opening of the water inlet valve and the water outlet valve of the washing machine so that the detergent in the washing barrel is flushed by the water flow of the water inlet valve until the water outlet valve is discharged.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the opening time of the water inlet valve and the water outlet valve of the washing machine may be identical to the first opening time of the dispensing pump, i.e., the water inlet valve and the water outlet valve are controlled to be opened while the detergent is dispensed into the washing tub, and the detergent dispensed into the washing tub is washed in time and discharged through the water outlet valve.
In other embodiments of the present disclosure, step 102 may also be performed after the detergent is initially dosed. As an example, after the step 101 is performed, step 102 may be performed, that is, after the detergent to be put in the detergent box has been put into the washing tub, the water inlet valve and the water outlet valve of the washing machine are controlled to be opened, so that the detergent in the washing tub is flushed by the water flow of the water inlet valve to the water outlet valve to be discharged.
Step 103, determining whether the detergent in the detergent box is washed cleanly according to the opening time of the water inlet valve.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the length of time the fill valve is open refers to the time difference from the time the fill valve is open to the current time. It will be appreciated that the longer the fill valve is open, the cleaner the detergent in the detergent box will be rinsed. If the opening time of the water inlet valve and the water outlet valve is consistent with the first opening time of the throwing pump, the opening time of the water inlet valve is required to be longer than or equal to the time of throwing the detergent in the detergent into the washing barrel in order to ensure that the detergent in the detergent box is washed clean. If the water inlet valve and the water outlet valve are opened after the detergent in the detergent box is put, the opening time of the water inlet valve needs to be satisfied to clean the detergent in the washed barrel.
As one implementation mode, the water inlet valve and the drain valve are simultaneously opened with the delivery pump, the opening time of the water inlet valve can be compared with the total delivery time of the detergent in the detergent box to the washing barrel, and if the opening time of the water inlet valve is longer than or equal to the total delivery time, the detergent in the detergent box can be determined to be washed cleanly.
As another embodiment, after the detergent to be put in the detergent box is put into the washing tub, the opening time of the water inlet valve and the opening time of the water outlet valve are controlled, the opening time of the water inlet valve can be set to be related to the tank body in the washed detergent box, the opening time of the water inlet valve is compared with the opening time of the water inlet valve, and if the opening time of the water inlet valve is greater than or equal to the opening time of the water inlet valve, the detergent in the detergent box is determined to be washed cleanly.
And 104, controlling the water inlet valve and the water outlet valve to be closed in response to the detergent in the detergent box being washed out.
In some embodiments of the present application, to ensure that the water in the tub is drained, the water inlet valve may be controlled to close when the detergent in the detergent box is washed clean, and the water outlet valve may be controlled to close after the water inlet valve is closed for a period of time. As an embodiment, the implementation procedure of step 104 may include: controlling the water inlet valve to be closed in response to the detergent in the detergent box being washed clean; and after the water inlet valve is closed for a first preset time period, controlling the water discharge valve to be closed. Wherein the first preset time period may be a value set based on an actual scene, for example, may be 60 seconds, that is, after the water inlet valve is closed for 60 seconds, the water discharge valve is controlled to be closed so that water in the washing tub is drained.
After controlling the water inlet valve and the water outlet valve to be closed, the washing process of the detergent box is finished, and then the washing machine can enter a standby state, so that a user can select to enter a clothes washing mode. In the washing machine, the user wants to end the washing process in the process of washing the detergent box, and the washing process can be ended through corresponding triggering operation. That is, in response to the end washing trigger operation of the detergent box, the washing machine will end the process and return to the standby state. In addition, the state display area of the washing machine may display the identification information for indicating that the washing of the detergent box is in progress during the washing process of the detergent box, and if the state display area of the washing machine may display the identification information for indicating that the washing of the corresponding groove of the detergent box is in progress during the washing process of the certain groove of the detergent box.
After the detergent box is cleaned in the above manner, the detergent box may not be completely cleaned, and detergent may remain in the dispensing line. In this case, after the washing machine has completed the above-mentioned process, the user may inject clean water into the detergent box, and trigger the washing machine again to execute the same process of washing the detergent box, so that the detergent box, i.e., the detergent remaining in the administration management, is diluted and discharged.
According to the method for cleaning the detergent box of the washing machine, the detergent in the detergent box is thrown into the washing barrel of the washing machine by controlling the throwing pump, and the water discharging valve and the water inlet valve of the washing machine are controlled to be opened, so that the detergent in the washing barrel is flushed by the water flow of the water inlet valve until the water discharging valve is discharged, and when the detergent in the detergent box is flushed completely, the water inlet valve and the water discharging valve are controlled to be closed, so that the cleaning of the detergent in the detergent box of the washing machine is completed. Therefore, after the user pours the detergent into the wrong groove body in the detergent box by mistake, the detergent poured by mistake can be cleaned by the method, so that not only can the effect of the washing machine on clothes cleaning be ensured, but also the influence of the detergent pouring by mistake on the use of the washing machine can be avoided, and the user experience is greatly improved.
To describe the detergent delivery process in detail, the present disclosure provides yet another embodiment.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a detergent box washing method of another washing machine according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the method may include the steps of:
in step 201, in response to a washing trigger operation of the detergent box, a target tub storing detergent in the detergent box is determined according to the washing trigger operation.
That is, when a user erroneously pours a detergent into the wrong tub, the user may trigger a detergent box washing function of the washing machine through a key or a touch screen of the washing machine. After receiving the washing trigger operation of the detergent box, the washing machine executes a corresponding washing process.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, a plurality of slots are included in the detergent box, each for storing a corresponding kind of detergent. The cleaning trigger operation of the detergent box may include identification information for indicating a target tub to be cleaned in the cleaning process, so that only the detergent in the corresponding tub can be cleaned when the cleaning process is performed. The target tank body refers to a tank body to be cleaned in the detergent box. As an example, the triggering operations corresponding to each tank body in the cleaning detergent box are different, if the tank body storing the laundry detergent is cleaned, the triggering operation can be long-pressing [ laundry detergent ] button 5s, and if the tank body storing the softener is cleaned, the triggering operation can be long-pressing [ softener ] button 5s; if the cleaning triggering operation of the detergent box is the cleaning triggering operation of cleaning the tank body for storing the laundry detergent, the tank body for storing the detergent can be determined to be a target tank body based on the cleaning triggering operation, so that the detergent in the target tank body can be controlled to be thrown into the washing barrel by the throwing pump during throwing.
Step 202, determining the cleaning time of the detergent according to the target tank body.
In some embodiments of the present application, the cleaning time period of the detergent refers to the operation time period required by the dispensing pump to dispense the detergent in the corresponding tank to the washing tub. Generally, the volume of each tank body in the detergent box is different, so that the operation time required by the feeding pump to feed the detergent in each tank body to the washing barrel can be preset based on the volume of each tank body, that is, the corresponding relation between the tank body and the washing time of the detergent in the corresponding tank body is preset. Thus, the cleaning time of the detergent in the tank body can be determined according to the target tank body.
Because the detergent in each tank body is poured manually, the capacity of the detergent in the tank body may be smaller than the volume of the tank body, and if the cleaning time of the detergent is determined according to the volume of the tank body, the condition that the delivery pump runs idle may exist, so that time and resources are wasted. To this end, the implementation of step 202 may include the steps of:
step 202-1, determining a capacity of the detergent within the detergent box.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, determining the capacity of the detergent within the detergent box refers to determining the capacity of the detergent stored within the target tank, which may be determined based on the mass of the detergent within the tank, or may be determined by the level of the detergent within the tank.
Step 202-2, determining the cleaning time of the detergent according to the target tank body and the capacity of the detergent.
As one embodiment, a preset cleaning duration of the tank may be determined based on the target tank; determining a corresponding tank volume based on the target tank; determining the proportion of the capacity of the detergent to the volume of the tank body according to the volume of the tank body and the capacity of the detergent; and determining the cleaning time of the detergent according to the preset cleaning time and the proportion of the capacity of the detergent to the volume of the tank body. For example, if the preset cleaning time period is 26 minutes and the ratio of the capacity of the detergent to the volume of the tank body is 0.5, the cleaning time period of the detergent=26×0.5=13 minutes.
Step 203, according to a preset operation period of the dispensing pump, the dispensing pump is controlled to intermittently operate to dispense the detergent into the washing tub based on the washing time.
It can be understood that the continuous running of the delivery pump can cause overheat of the delivery pump motor, so that the intermittent running of the delivery pump can be controlled in order to prevent overheat of the delivery pump motor and ensure stable running of the washing machine.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the preset operation period of the delivery pump includes an operation duration and a closing duration of each delivery pump, that is, how long the delivery pump is closed after each operation is started, and how long the delivery pump is opened again after each closing. Therefore, the opening times of the throwing pump can be determined based on the cleaning time and the throwing pump operation period, and the intermittent operation of the throwing pump is controlled according to the opening times according to the throwing pump operation period so as to throw the detergent into the washing barrel from the target tank body.
As an example, the preset dosing pump run period includes: the operation of the delivery pump after each time of opening is closed after 2 minutes, and the delivery pump is opened again after 10 seconds after each time of closing; if the cleaning time of the detergent is 26 minutes, the start times of the dosing pump during the dosing of the detergent are=26/2=13 times; as shown in the timing diagram of the control of the dispensing pump shown in fig. 3, the dispensing pump is controlled to be turned on to dispense the detergent in the tank into the washing tub, the dispensing pump is controlled to be turned off after 2 minutes of operation, the dispensing pump is controlled to be turned on again after 10 seconds of operation to dispense the detergent in the tank into the washing tub, the dispensing pump is controlled to be turned off after 2 minutes of operation, and the dispensing pump is controlled to be turned on again after 10 seconds of operation, so that the dispensing pump is turned off after 2 minutes of operation until 13 times of operation, and is not turned on.
Step 204, controlling the inlet valve and the drain valve of the washing machine to be opened so that the detergent in the washing barrel is flushed by the water flow of the inlet valve until the drain valve is discharged.
Step 205, determining whether the detergent in the detergent box is washed cleanly according to the opening time of the water inlet valve.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, a threshold of a water inlet valve opening duration corresponding to each tank may be preset, so that the threshold of the water inlet valve opening duration corresponding to the target tank may be determined based on the target tank; comparing the opening time of the water inlet valve with a threshold value of the opening time of the water inlet valve, and determining that the detergent in the detergent box is washed cleanly if the opening time of the water inlet valve is greater than or equal to the threshold value of the opening time of the water inlet valve.
In other embodiments of the present disclosure, since the washing time period may be related to the time required for the detergent to be put into the washing tub, whether the detergent in the detergent box is washed clean may be determined according to the washing time period of the detergent, the put pump operation period, and the opening time period of the water inlet valve. The specific implementation process can comprise the following steps:
step 205-1, determining a target opening duration of the water inlet valve according to the cleaning duration and the running period of the delivery pump.
That is, according to the washing time of the detergent and the running period of the throwing pump, the throwing time required by the throwing pump to throw the detergent in the corresponding tank into the washing barrel can be determined, and according to the throwing time, the target opening time of the water inlet valve is determined.
In some embodiments of the present application, the target opening duration of the water inlet valve refers to the opening duration of the water inlet valve when the corresponding detergent in the detergent box can be ensured to be cleaned. As an example, if the operation cycle of the delivery pump is 2 minutes after the operation of the delivery pump is started each time, the delivery pump is started again 10 seconds after each time; the washing time of the detergent is 26 minutes, and the target opening time of the water inlet valve= (120+10) ×26++2=1430 seconds can be determined.
In step 205-2, in response to the inlet valve opening time being greater than or equal to the target opening time, it is determined that the detergent within the detergent box is rinsed clean.
At step 206, the water inlet valve and the drain valve are controlled to close in response to the detergent in the detergent box being washed out.
For example, fig. 4 is a diagram illustrating an implementation example of controlling a dispensing pump, a drain valve, and a water inlet valve in an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4, the operation cycle of the delivery pump is that the delivery pump is closed after 2 minutes of operation after each time of opening, the delivery pump is opened again after 10 seconds of each time of closing, the opening time of the water discharge valve and the water inlet valve is consistent with the first opening time of the delivery pump, the closing time of the water inlet valve is consistent with the ending time of the last cycle of intermittent operation of the delivery pump, and the water discharge valve is closed after one minute of closing of the water inlet valve.
According to the washing method of the washing machine, based on the washing triggering operation of the washing machine, the target tank body of the washing agent stored in the washing machine is determined, the washing time of the washing agent is determined according to the target tank body, the intermittent operation of the feeding pump is controlled according to the running period of the feeding pump, the washing agent is fed into the washing barrel based on the washing time, the drain valve and the drain valve are controlled to be opened, whether the washing agent in the washing machine is washed cleanly is determined according to the opening time of the water inlet valve, and when the washing agent in the washing machine is washed cleanly, the water inlet valve and the drain valve are controlled to be closed, so that the washing of the washing machine is completed. The target tank body for storing the detergent is determined based on the cleaning triggering operation, so that the detergent in the corresponding tank body can be cleaned, and the requirements of users in different scenes can be met. The intermittent operation of the delivery pump is controlled, so that the situation that the motor of the delivery pump is overheated can be avoided, the stable operation of the delivery pump is ensured, and the stable operation of the washing machine can be ensured. In addition, according to the capacity of the target tank body and the detergent, the cleaning time of the detergent is determined, so that the condition that the delivery pump idles can be avoided, and the energy consumption can be saved. In addition, the target opening time of the water inlet valve is determined by combining the cleaning time of the detergent and the running period of the throwing pump, and the water inlet valve is closed in time, so that water can be saved.
In the cleaning process, the detergent put in the put pump may have residues on the door seals, door glass and the wall of the washing barrel of the washing machine, and the detergent cannot be completely cleaned. In this way, the user may be affected in washing the laundry after washing. To solve this problem, the present disclosure proposes yet another embodiment.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a detergent box washing method of yet another washing machine according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 5, the method may include:
in step 501, a dosing pump is controlled to dose detergent in a detergent box to a washing tub of a washing machine.
Step 502, controlling the opening of the water inlet valve and the water outlet valve of the washing machine, so that the detergent in the washing barrel is flushed by the water flow of the water inlet valve until the water outlet valve is discharged.
Step 503, determining whether the detergent in the detergent box is washed cleanly according to the opening time of the water inlet valve.
In step 504, the water inlet valve and the water outlet valve are controlled to close in response to the detergent in the detergent box being washed out.
And 505, controlling the water inlet valve to be opened until the water level of the washing barrel meets the preset condition, and controlling the water inlet valve to be closed.
That is, the water inlet valve is controlled to be opened and the water discharge valve is controlled to be closed to fill water into the washing tub, and the water inlet valve is controlled to be closed when the water level of the washing tub satisfies a preset condition. The preset condition may be a height value of the water level, for example, when the water level of the washing tub reaches 50cm, the water inlet valve is controlled to be closed, or when the water level of the washing tub is higher than the door seal by 2cm, the water inlet valve is controlled to be closed.
Step 506, controlling the motor of the washing machine to rotate in a preset manner.
That is, the washing machine is rotated by controlling the motor to wash the detergent remaining on the door seals, the door glass, and the wall of the washing tub.
As an example, the motor of the washing machine may be controlled to rotate counterclockwise at a rotation speed of 30PRM, and after 6 seconds of rotation, it is controlled to stop for 60 seconds and then again rotate in the same manner.
And 507, after the rotation time of the motor reaches a second preset time period, controlling the motor to stop rotating, and controlling the drain valve to be opened until the drain valve is controlled to be closed after the water in the washing barrel is emptied.
That is, after the motor rotates for a period of time, the motor is controlled to stop rotating, and then the drain valve is controlled to be opened to drain water in the washing barrel, so that the washing of the residual detergent in the washing barrel is completed.
According to the method for cleaning the detergent box of the washing machine, after the water inlet valve and the water outlet valve are closed, the water inlet valve is controlled to be opened so that the water level in the washing barrel reaches a preset condition, the motor of the washing machine is controlled to rotate for a period of time in a preset mode, and then the water outlet valve is opened to drain the water in the washing barrel. Therefore, the washing of the residual detergent in the washing barrel can be realized, the washing effect is improved, and the influence of the residual detergent in the washing barrel on the washing of clothes by a user is avoided.
