step two, removing excessive water: the pre-washed cotton fabric is pulled to move forward under the action of a winding roller (15), and through a channel between a hot air nozzle (14) and a water containing groove (9), a hot air blower (13) supplies dry hot air to the hot air nozzle (14), and the hot air nozzle (14) blows out the dry hot air downwards to remove a large amount of adsorbed clear water on the cotton fabric; the concentration of the enzyme liquid in the subsequent padding treatment is favorably kept;
the clean water blown off by the hot air spray head (14) falls into the water containing tank (10) under the action of gravity, and is discharged by the water discharging pipe (10) for subsequent filtering treatment so as to recycle the clean water;
step three, padding enzyme solution: taking off the cotton fabric on the winding roller (15), putting the cotton fabric on a support frame (23), and putting the support frame (23) into a padding box (16) to completely dip the cotton fabric into enzyme liquid;
starting the ultrasonic generator (19), converting a high-frequency oscillation signal sent by the ultrasonic generator (19) into high-frequency mechanical oscillation by using an ultrasonic transducer, and transmitting the high-frequency mechanical oscillation to the enzyme liquid, wherein the enzyme rapidly acts with starch of the sizing agent under the synergistic action of ultrasonic waves, so that the catalytic efficiency of the enzyme is improved; the action time of the ultrasonic wave is kept for 4 min.
