The whole soaking mechanism 3 achieves the effects that by arranging the soaking mechanism 3, when the textiles are processed and antibacterial and peculiar smell removing are needed, the first electric telescopic rod 310 is used for controlling the connecting plate 308 to move left and right, the connecting plate 308 can drive the second electric telescopic rod 311 to move, the height of the adjusting roller 313 is adjusted by matching with the second electric telescopic rod 311, when the second electric telescopic rod 311 is started, the second electric telescopic rod 311 can drive the second connecting block 312 to move downwards, the second connecting block 312 can drive the adjusting roller 313 to move, so that the adjusting roller 313 can drive the textiles to move downwards and be soaked in the liquid storage tank 301, the processing work of the textiles is realized, meanwhile, the first electric telescopic rod 310 is started to adjust the distance between the two adjusting rollers 313, the length of the textiles in the liquid storage tank 301 can be adjusted, and the soaking time of the textiles with unit length in the liquid is further increased, thereby realizing the soaking work of different time according to different textiles, leading the soaking mechanism 3 to carry out different degrees of sterilization effect on different textiles, matching with the sliding block 307, leading the sliding block 307 to adopt a T-shaped structure, leading the connecting plate 308 to be capable of carrying out sterilization treatment on different textiles, the lifting work is performed to the connecting plate 308, the deviation of the connecting plate 308 during the work is avoided, thereby improving the working stability of the connecting plate 308, by starting the pneumatic telescopic rod 304, the pneumatic telescopic rod 304 drives the first connecting block 305 to move upwards, the first connecting block 305 drives the supporting roller 306 to move upwards, when the supporting roller 306 moves upwards, the horizontal supporting work of the textile is realized by matching with the limiting roller 317, the textile is prevented from being damaged due to the fact that the textile contacts with the stretching mechanism 5 when in work, the pneumatic telescopic rod 304 is YQL model, and the first electric telescopic rod 310 and the second electric telescopic rod 311 are both TFC-C4 model.
As shown in fig. 1-5 and 7, the drying mechanism 4 includes a heating box 401, the bottom of the heating box 401 is fixed on the top of the machine body 2, five drainage housings 402 and a baffle 406 are fixed on the top surface of the interior of the machine body 2, ten communicating pipes 403 are communicated with the outer surface of one side of the heating box 401 through flanges, one ends of the ten communicating pipes 403 are respectively communicated with the five drainage housings 402 through flanges, two second mounting through holes are formed in the bottom of the heating box 401, fans 404 are fixedly mounted in the two second mounting through holes through screws, heating plates 405 are fixedly mounted on the front and rear inner surface walls of the heating box 401 through screws, two hollow pipes 407 are fixed on the front and rear inner surface walls of the machine body 2, compression springs 408 are welded on the inner walls of the four hollow pipes 407, pushing blocks 409 are welded on one ends of the four compression springs 408, the four pushing blocks are divided into two groups, and an ultraviolet lamp tube 410 is arranged between the outer surfaces of the opposite sides of each group of two pushing blocks 409, a liquid storage tank 411 is fixed at the top of the base 1, a transfer pump 412 is fixed on the front surface of the machine body 2, the input end of the transfer pump 412 extends into the liquid storage tank 411, and the output end of the transfer pump 412 extends into the liquid storage tank 301.
The effect that its whole drying mechanism 4 reached does, in drying mechanism 4, increase the inside temperature of heating box 401 through starting hot plate 405, start fan 404 after the temperature risees, fan 404 drives the inside hot-air of heating box 401 and flows to drainage casing 402 through communicating pipe 403, drainage casing 402 guides the hot-air that flows, make hot-air flow to the fabrics top, through setting up five drainage casing 402, the realization is evenly dried to the fabrics, the drying efficiency of drying mechanism 4 has been improved greatly, simultaneously when hot-air flows to organism 2 inside, can get back to inside the heating box 401 through the work of fan 404, make heat energy reuse, the heat energy loss of drying mechanism 4 has been reduced.
In the invention, by arranging the drying mechanism 4, when the textile is dried, firstly, the heating plate 405 is started to raise the temperature of the normal temperature air in the heating box 401, then the fan 404 is started, the fan 404 drives the hot air in the heating box 401 to flow to the drainage shell 402 through the communicating pipeline 403, the drainage shell 402 guides the flowing hot air to enable the hot air to flow to the top of the textile, and by arranging the five drainage shells 402, the textile is uniformly dried, the drying efficiency of the drying mechanism 4 is greatly improved, meanwhile, when the hot air flows into the body 2, the hot air returns to the heating box 401 through the work of the fan 404, the heat energy is recycled, the heat energy loss of the drying mechanism 4 is reduced, when the textile is dried, the ultraviolet lamp tube 410 is started, the ultraviolet lamp 410 can sterilize the textile, the use comfort pole of textile after improving processing, when changing ultraviolet fluorescent tube 410, to ultraviolet fluorescent tube 410 about exerting pressure and drive one of them promotion piece 409 and exert pressure, when the one end of ultraviolet fluorescent tube 410 moved to one of them hollow tube 407 outside, realize dismantling the work to hollow tube 407, on the whole use, the dismouting is convenient, wherein, hot plate 405 adopts the DF model, ultraviolet fluorescent tube 410 adopts the UVA model, fan 404 adopts the DZ model.
As shown in fig. 1-4 and fig. 6-8, the stretching mechanism 5 includes two supporting blocks 501, the outer surfaces of the two supporting blocks 501 on the opposite sides are respectively fixed on the outer surfaces of the two supporting frames 316 on the opposite sides, the front and rear surfaces of the machine body 2 are respectively fixed with a fixing block 511 and a protection plate 512, the tops of the two supporting blocks 501 are respectively fixed with a driving motor 502, the output ends of the two driving motors 502 are respectively fixed with a threaded rod 503, one end of the two threaded rods 503 are respectively rotatably penetrated into the two fixing blocks 511, the insides of the two first sliding through holes on the machine body 2 are respectively provided with a sliding plate 504 in a sliding manner, the respective threads of the two sliding plates 504 are respectively sleeved on the outer surfaces of the two threaded rods 503, the outer surfaces of the two sliding plates 504 on the opposite sides are respectively fixed with a clamping housing 505, the insides of the two clamping housings 505 are respectively fixed with a third electric telescopic rod 506 on the bottom surface, and a pushing plate 507 is fixed between the tops of the two third electric telescopic rods 506, the bottom of the pushing plate 507 is welded with a first clamping plate 508, a second clamping plate 509 is fixed between the outer surfaces of the opposite sides of the two clamping shells 505, and three anti-skid pads 510 are adhered to the outer surfaces of the opposite sides of the first clamping plate 508 and the second clamping plate 509.
The whole stretching mechanism 5 achieves the effect that by arranging the stretching mechanism 5, before the textile is processed, the textile is firstly placed on the tops of three anti-slip pads 510, then the third electric telescopic rod 506 is started, the third electric telescopic rod 506 drives the pushing plate 507 to move downwards and simultaneously drives the first clamping plate 508 to move downwards, when the other three anti-slip pads 510 contact the textile, the textile is clamped, then the driving motor 502 is started, the driving motor 502 drives the threaded rod 503 to rotate, when the threaded rod 503 rotates, the sliding plate 504 moves rightwards and simultaneously drives the clamping shell 505 to move, so that the first clamping plate 508 cooperates with the second clamping plate to drive the textile to move rightwards, when the textile moves to a specified position, the textile is pulled, meanwhile, the third electric telescopic rod 506 is reversely started, the third electric telescopic rod 506 drives the first clamping plate 508 to move upwards, stop to carry out centre gripping work to the fabrics, accomplish the position control work to the fabrics, avoid personnel in the comparatively inconvenient problem of the inside manual removal fabrics of device to improve the result of use of device, wherein, driving motor 502 adopts the YL model.
