Abstract
The invention discloses green high-performance composite SBS modified asphalt, an SBS modified emulsified asphalt material and a preparation method thereof. The green high-performance composite structure material comprises 90-97% of petroleum asphalt, 1-4% of compatilizer, 1-4% of SBS modifier and 1-2% of additive. The preparation method comprises the steps of adding petroleum asphalt into a reactor, heating to 155-165 ℃, adding a compatilizer for shearing, wherein the shearing speed is 4500-5500r/min, shearing is 5-10min, and uniformly mixing to obtain a product A; adding SBS modifier into the product A, and shearing at 155-165 deg.c for 0.5-1 hr to obtain product B; adding the additive into the product B, stirring at the temperature of 155-165 ℃ at the stirring speed of 140-160r/min, stirring for 1-2h, and uniformly mixing. The high-performance composite structural material has good high-temperature anti-rutting performance and low-temperature anti-cracking performance, effectively solves the problems existing in the road surface, and prolongs the service life of the road surface. And the modified emulsified asphalt has good emulsifying performance, can be emulsified by an emulsifying agent, and has good performance.

According to the experimental data, with the increase of the dosage of the Huizhou Liangrong 161B star SBS modifier, the softening point of the modified asphalt is increased, but the ductility is reduced, the ductility of the modified emulsified asphalt of the example 8 and the example 9 is not qualified, so the dosage is omitted, the softening point of the example 7 is increased by a little compared with the softening point of the example 6, but the ductility is reduced greatly, and the index of the later-period mixture is relatively reduced, so the mixture ratio of the example 6 is the optimal mixture ratio.
Claims (9)
1. The high-performance composite SBS modified asphalt is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 90-97% of petroleum asphalt, 1-4% of compatilizer and 1-4% of SBS modifier. The additive is 1-2%.
2. The high-performance composite SBS modified asphalt of claim 1, wherein the compatilizer is aromatic oil and naphthenic oil.
3. The high-performance composite SBS modified asphalt according to claim 2, wherein the ratio of the aromatic oil to the naphthenic oil is 1: 1.
4. The high-performance composite SBS modified asphalt of claim 1, wherein the modifier is both a linear SBS modifier and a star SBS modifier of styrene-butadiene block copolymer.
5. The high-performance composite SBS modified asphalt of claim 4, wherein the ratio of the linear SBS modifier to the star SBS modifier of the styrene-butadiene block copolymer is 1: 1.
6. The high-performance composite SBS modified asphalt of claim 1, wherein the petroleum asphalt is petroleum asphalt 70 # Asphalt, petroleum asphalt 90 # One kind of asphalt orTwo kinds.
7. The high-performance composite SBS modified asphalt of claim 1, wherein the additive is one or more of anti-stripping agent, ductility enhancer, anti-rutting agent and stabilizer.
8. The preparation method of the high-performance composite SBS modified asphalt as claimed in any one of claims 1-7, is characterized by comprising the steps of:
1) adding petroleum asphalt into a reactor, heating to 155-165 ℃, adding a compatilizer for shearing, wherein the shearing speed is 4500-5500r/min, shearing is 5-10min, and uniformly mixing to obtain a product A;
2) adding SBS modifier into the product A, shearing at 155-165 deg.c for 0.5-1 hr to obtain product B.
3) Adding the additive into the product B, stirring at the temperature of 155-165 ℃ at the stirring speed of 140-160r/min, stirring for 1-2h, and uniformly mixing.
9. A preparation method of a high-performance SBS modified emulsified asphalt material is characterized by comprising the following steps:
weighing a certain amount of cationic emulsifier, adding the cationic emulsifier into water with the temperature of 60-80 ℃, stirring to dissolve the cationic emulsifier, adding HCl, adjusting the pH to 2, adding water to obtain soap solution, heating a certain amount of the modified asphalt of any one of claims 1-8 to 160-180 ℃, and preparing the cationic emulsified asphalt from the soap solution and the modified asphalt through a colloid mill;
wherein the mass ratio of the water at the temperature of 60-80 ℃ to the emulsifier is 15: 1, the mass ratio of the soap liquid to the emulsifier is 16: 1, the mass ratio of the modified asphalt to the soap solution is 3: 2.
