in the blown film technology, the blown film machine is divided into a material cylinder area and a film head area, and the temperature of each area of the material cylinder is controlled as follows: 160 ℃ in the first area, 180 ℃ in the second area, 200 ℃ in the third area and 180 ℃ in the fourth area; the temperature of the membrane head zone was controlled as follows: five zones at 162 deg.C, six zones at 152 deg.C, and seven zones (film ports) at 142 deg.C.
The asphalt packaging bag obtained in the embodiment has no problems of stickiness and bag leakage when filled with asphalt at 138 ℃; the asphalt can be completely melted after standing for 40 minutes without stirring at 155 ℃.
Example 14
The asphalt packaging bag provided by the embodiment comprises the following main agents in percentage by mass:
74% of resin, wherein the resin comprises 42% of high density polyethylene DMDA 8008, 42% of linear low density polyethylene DFDA-7042, 8% of polypropylene K4912 and 8% of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer 1615; deasphalting 12% of butane; 12% of a thermoplastic elastomer POE 9371; 2% of a performance enhancing agent carbon black PE master batch;
the auxiliary agent comprises lubricant calcium stearate and an antioxidant 1024, wherein the mass of the calcium stearate is 1.6% of that of the main agent, and the mass of the antioxidant 1024 is 0.92% of that of the main agent.
The preparation method of the asphalt packaging bag provided by the embodiment comprises the following steps:
1) the raw materials are mixed according to the mass percentage to obtain a mixture.
2) Putting the obtained mixture into an SHJ-20C double-screw extruder for melt blending, extruding and granulating to obtain mixed granules,
wherein, the temperature of the granulation process is 145-190 ℃, and the temperature of each area of the double-helix extruder is as follows: 148 ℃ in the first area, 170 ℃ in the second area, 190 ℃ in the third area, 175 ℃ in the fourth area, 160 ℃ in the fifth area and 145 ℃ in the head;
3) putting the mixed granules into a film blowing machine XH-430B to obtain a double-folded plastic film bag, wherein the film blowing process temperature is 140-185 ℃, the thickness of the double-folded plastic film bag obtained by blowing is 0.062mm, and finally, sealing and cutting are carried out at about 210 ℃ to obtain an asphalt packaging bag;
in the blown film technology, the blown film machine is divided into a material cylinder area and a film head area, and the temperature of each area of the material cylinder is controlled as follows: 160 ℃ in the first area, 170 ℃ in the second area, 185 ℃ in the third area and 175 ℃ in the fourth area; the temperature of the membrane head zone was controlled as follows: five zones at 162 deg.C, six zones at 150 deg.C, and seven zones (film ports) at 140 deg.C.
The asphalt packaging bag obtained in the embodiment has no problems of stickiness and bag leakage when the asphalt at 133 ℃ is filled; the asphalt can be completely melted after standing for 40 minutes without stirring at the temperature of 150 ℃.
Example 15
The asphalt packaging bag provided by the embodiment comprises the following main agents in percentage by mass:
68% of a resin, wherein the resin comprises 39% of high density polyethylene DGDA-6944NT, 39% of linear low density polyethylene LL0209, and 22% of polypropylene K4912; 17% deasphalting with butane; 8% of a thermoplastic elastomer EPDM 5015; 7% of a performance enhancing agent carbon black PE master batch;
the auxiliary agent comprises lubricant calcium stearate and an antioxidant 1098, wherein the mass of the calcium stearate is 2.0% of that of the main agent, and the mass of the antioxidant 1098 is 0.1% of that of the main agent.
The preparation method of the asphalt packaging bag provided by the embodiment comprises the following steps:
1) the raw materials are mixed according to the mass percentage to obtain a mixture.
2) Putting the obtained mixture into an SHJ-20C double-screw extruder for melt blending, extruding and granulating to obtain mixed granules,
wherein, the temperature of the granulation process is 150-210 ℃, and the temperature of each area of the double-helix extruder is as follows: 155 ℃ in the first area, 180 ℃ in the second area, 210 ℃ in the third area, 185 ℃ in the fourth area, 170 ℃ in the fifth area and 150 ℃ in a machine head;
3) putting the mixed granules into a film blowing machine XH-430B to obtain a double-folded plastic film bag, wherein the film blowing process temperature is 145-205 ℃, the thickness of the double-folded plastic film bag obtained by blowing is 0.069mm, and finally, sealing and cutting are carried out at about 210 ℃ to obtain an asphalt packaging bag;
in the blown film technology, the blown film machine is divided into a material cylinder area and a film head area, and the temperature of each area of the material cylinder is controlled as follows: the first zone is 165 ℃, the second zone is 180 ℃, the third zone is 205 ℃, and the fourth zone is 185 ℃; the temperature of the membrane head zone was controlled as follows: five zones 165 deg.C, six zones 155 deg.C, seven zones (film ports) 145 deg.C.
The asphalt packaging bag obtained in the embodiment has no problems of stickiness and bag leakage when the asphalt at 136 ℃ is filled; the asphalt can be completely melted after standing for 40 minutes without stirring at 155 ℃.
Example 16
The asphalt packaging bag provided by the embodiment comprises the following main agents in percentage by mass:
76% of a resin, wherein the resin comprises 50% of high density polyethylene TR144, 25% of linear low density polyethylene LL0209, and 25% of polypropylene K4912; 11% of natural asphalt; 8% of a thermoplastic elastomer POE Dow 8999; 5% of performance reinforcing agent calcium carbonate PE master batch;
the auxiliary agent comprises lubricant paraffin and an antioxidant 1076, wherein the mass of the paraffin is 1.2% of that of the main agent, and the mass of the antioxidant 1076 is 0.05% of that of the main agent.
The preparation method of the asphalt packaging bag provided by the embodiment comprises the following steps:
1) the raw materials are mixed according to the mass percentage to obtain a mixture.
2) Putting the obtained mixture into an SHJ-20C double-screw extruder for melt blending, extruding and granulating to obtain mixed granules,
wherein, the temperature of the granulation process is 150-210 ℃, and the temperature of each area of the double-helix extruder is as follows: 155 ℃ in the first area, 180 ℃ in the second area, 210 ℃ in the third area, 185 ℃ in the fourth area, 170 ℃ in the fifth area and 150 ℃ in a machine head;
3) putting the mixed granules into a film blowing machine XH-430B to obtain a double-folded plastic film bag, wherein the film blowing process temperature is 150 ℃ and 212 ℃, the thickness of the double-folded plastic film bag obtained by blowing is 0.078mm, and finally, sealing and cutting at about 210 ℃ to obtain an asphalt packaging bag;
in the blown film technology, the blown film machine is divided into a material cylinder area and a film head area, and the temperature of each area of the material cylinder is controlled as follows: 170 ℃ in the first area, 188 ℃ in the second area, 212 ℃ in the third area and 190 ℃ in the fourth area; the temperature of the membrane head zone was controlled as follows: five zones at 172 deg.C, six zones at 160 deg.C, and seven zones (membrane ports) at 150 deg.C.
The asphalt packaging bag obtained in the embodiment has no problems of stickiness and bag leakage when the asphalt at 135 ℃ is filled; the asphalt can be completely melted after standing for 45 minutes without stirring at 155 ℃.
The invention further tests the mechanical properties of the double-folded plastic film prepared in step 2) in examples 1-16, wherein the tensile strength and the elongation at break are tested according to GB/T1040, the right-angle tear strength is tested according to QB/T1130, and the test results are shown in Table 1;
in addition, the performance of the asphalt and the asphalt packaging bag before and after the mixing and melting is also tested, and the specific test method and the result are shown in tables 2-3:

As can be seen from tables 2-3, compared with the original asphalt, the asphalt mixed and melted with the asphalt packaging bag has slightly reduced penetration, slightly increased softening point, reduced ductility at 10 ℃ and increased viscosity, the penetration after aging is slightly reduced, and the ductility is reduced compared with the value after the original aging, but has no obvious influence on the asphalt property on the whole, and can still meet the grade A standard of JTG F40-2004 for the index requirement of No. 90 road asphalt products.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A fusible asphalt packaging bag is characterized in that the asphalt packaging bag is obtained by mixing a main agent and an auxiliary agent, then performing melt granulation, film blowing and seal cutting, wherein,
the main agent comprises, by mass, 60-80% of resin, 5-20% of granular asphalt, 0-20% of thermoplastic elastomer and 0-15% of performance reinforcing agent;
the auxiliary agent comprises a lubricant and an antioxidant, wherein the mass of the lubricant is 0.3-3.0% of that of the main agent, and the mass of the antioxidant is 0.03-1.0% of that of the main agent;
wherein, the resin comprises 28 to 55 percent of high density polyethylene, 25 to 45 percent of linear low density polyethylene, 0 to 30 percent of polypropylene and 0 to 15 percent of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer by mass percent;
the penetration degree of the granular asphalt at 25 ℃ is less than 10, and the softening point is more than 110 ℃.
2. The fusible asphalt packaging bag according to claim 1, wherein the main agent comprises 68-78% by mass of resin, 10-18% by mass of granular asphalt, 5-15% by mass of thermoplastic elastomer and 0-12% by mass of performance reinforcing agent;
the mass of the lubricant is 0.3-2.0% of that of the main agent, and the mass of the antioxidant is 0.03-1.0% of that of the main agent.

The fusible asphalt packaging bag according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the high density polyethylene is selected from one or more of a film grade high density polyethylene having a melt flow rate of 0.2 to 2g/10min, a blow molding grade high density polyethylene having a melt flow rate of 0.2 to 2g/10min, an injection molding grade high density polyethylene having a melt flow rate of 5 to 10g/10 min;
the linear low density polyethylene has a melt flow rate of 0.2 to 6g/10 min.
4. The fusible asphalt packaging bag as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the melt flow rate of the polypropylene is 8-26g/10min, and the melting point is 146-;
the weight percentage of the vinyl acetate in the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is 5-30%.
5. The fusible asphalt package of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the particulate asphalt is hard asphalt or natural asphalt.
6. The fusible asphalt package of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the thermoplastic elastomer is ethylene-octene copolymer or ethylene propylene diene monomer.
7. The fusible asphalt package of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the performance enhancer is obtained by filling polyethylene with an inorganic filler; the inorganic filler is selected from one of calcium carbonate, talcum powder, silicon dioxide and carbon black.
8. A method for preparing the asphalt packaging bag according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
1) mixing the main agent and the auxiliary agent to obtain a mixture;
the main agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 60-80% of resin, 5-20% of granular asphalt, 0-20% of thermoplastic elastomer and 0-15% of performance reinforcing agent;
the auxiliary agent comprises a lubricant and an antioxidant, wherein the mass of the lubricant is 0.3-3.0% of that of the main agent, and the mass of the antioxidant is 0.03-1.0% of that of the main agent;
wherein, the resin comprises 28 to 55 percent of high density polyethylene, 25 to 45 percent of linear low density polyethylene, 0 to 30 percent of polypropylene and 0 to 15 percent of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer by mass percent;
the penetration degree of the granular asphalt at 25 ℃ is less than 10, and the softening point is more than 110 ℃;
2) carrying out melt granulation on the mixture to obtain mixed granules;
3) and blowing the mixed granules to obtain a double-folded plastic film bag, and sealing and cutting to obtain the asphalt packaging bag.
9. The method for preparing asphalt packaging bag according to claim 8, wherein the temperature of the melting granulation in step 2) is 140-215 ℃.
10. The method for preparing an asphalt packaging bag according to claim 8, wherein in the step 3), the film blowing temperature is 135-210 ℃, and the thickness of the double-folded plastic film bag is 0.06-0.08 mm.
