Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sludge recycling of papermaking sedimentation tanks, in particular to a sludge recycling process of a primary sedimentation tank for manufacturing bobbin paper.
Background
In recent years, with the enhancement of environmental awareness of people, sludge in a settling pond for papermaking is often treated, recycled and reused for the purpose of protecting forest resources and saving energy. The components of paper sludge are complex and mainly consist of inorganic matters and organic matters. The inorganic matter mainly comes from fillers, coatings and most of ink particles in paper, and the main components of the inorganic matter are argil, calcium carbonate and talcum powder; the organic matter mainly comprises fine fiber, short fiber, coarse residue and organic matter in the ink, such as carbon black, natural or synthetic adhesive, etc. The fiber in the paper making sludge has high organic matter content, is mainly broken fine fiber, is a good raw material of paper products, and has high utilization value.
Because the water treatment primary sedimentation tank contains a large amount of fine fiber components and sludge, the direct reuse of the components can cause negative effects on the operation of a papermaking system and the product quality. Therefore, the scheme provides a sludge recycling process of a primary sedimentation tank for manufacturing bobbin paper.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the situation, in order to make up for the existing defects, the invention provides the sludge recycling process of the primary sedimentation tank for manufacturing bobbin paper, which is not only beneficial to the clean operation of a papermaking system, but also can improve the product quality and reduce the production cost.
The invention provides the following technical scheme: the invention provides a sludge recycling process of a primary sedimentation tank for manufacturing bobbin paper, which specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) precipitation and separation: allowing sludge for manufacturing bobbin paper to enter a primary sedimentation tank for standing and sedimentation to realize primary layering of water and precipitated sludge;
(2) and (3) treating precipitates: pumping out the separated upper water body, and crushing the precipitated sludge by adopting a crushing device;
(3) aerobic biochemical treatment: carrying out aerobic biochemical treatment on the crushed sludge by adopting aerobic bacteria;
(4) chemical flocculation and precipitation: pumping the wastewater subjected to aerobic biochemical treatment into a secondary sedimentation tank, adding a chemical precipitator into the secondary sedimentation tank, wherein the chemical precipitator flocculates fine fibers and sludge in a primary sedimentation tank to form a bridging group with cationic charges on the surface, and the bridging group can neutralize anionic garbage in the papermaking wastewater and can be combined with anionic fibers to improve retention rate;
(5) and (3) filtering: filtering the flocculated precipitate, performing filter pressing through a filter press, and performing combustion treatment through a biomass boiler;
(6) and (3) recycling: and adding the product of removing the flocculation precipitate into paper pulp according to a certain proportion for papermaking recycling.
Further, the standing and precipitating time is 24-30 h.
Preferably, the treatment temperature of the aerobic biochemical treatment is 20-50 ℃, and the pH value is 6.0-8.5.
Further, the chemical precipitating agent is a chemical composition comprising polyaluminium chloride and cationic polyacrylamide.
The invention with the structure has the following beneficial effects: according to the recycling process of the sludge in the primary settling tank for manufacturing bobbin paper, fine fibers and the sludge in the primary settling tank are flocculated by chemicals (polyaluminium chloride, cationic polyacrylamide and the like) to form a bridging group with cationic charges on the surface, and the bridging group can neutralize anionic garbage in papermaking wastewater and can be combined with anionic fibers to improve retention rate; the recovered sludge is beneficial to clean operation of a papermaking system, and meanwhile, the product quality is improved and the production cost is reduced.
