Abstract
The invention discloses a coal chemical industry black and grey water scale inhibition and dispersion agent, which comprises the following components: organophosphorus hyperbranched macromolecules, 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, polyamino polyether methylene phosphonic acid, L-aspartic acid and the balance of deionized water. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the organic phosphorus hyperbranched macromolecule. The invention designs and develops the raw materials from the aspect of molecular structure and preparation method, and starts from the complementation of single agent on the dispersion effects of suspended matters, calcium ions, magnesium ions and the like. The composition can be widely applied to the high-temperature fields of black and grey water dispersing agents, multi-effect evaporation and the like, has good dispersing effect, has the scale inhibition rate of 92 percent when the adding amount of the composition is 45mg/L and the hardness of 2000mg/L in grey water, has good dispersing effect, and can be degraded in natural environment.

Technical Field

Background
Coal chemical industry uses coal as a raw material and produces various chemical products through a process of converting the coal into gas, liquid, solid fuel and chemicals through chemical processing.
The coal chemical industry includes primary chemical processing, secondary chemical processing and deep chemical processing of coal. Gasification, liquefaction and coking of coal, synthesis gas chemical industry, tar chemical industry, calcium carbide acetylene chemical industry and the like of coal belong to the range of coal chemical industry. The gasification, liquefaction and coking (dry distillation) of coal are three very important processing modes in the coal chemical industry.
Coal gasification refers to a process in which organic matters in coal and a gasifying agent (such as steam/air or oxygen) undergo a series of chemical reactions at a certain temperature and pressure in specific equipment to convert solid coal into combustible gas containing CO, H2, CH4 and the like and non-combustible gas containing CO2, N2 and the like. A scale-inhibiting dispersant for the ash water in coal chemical industry is developed based on the characteristics of coal-water slurry gasifying process, and is especially suitable for treating the ash water in coal-water slurry gasifying process with Texaco and multiple nozzles.
The existing ash water dispersing agent sold in the market has the defects of large addition amount (80-120mg/L), poor high temperature resistant effect, easy decomposition at high temperature, poor dispersing effect and the like.
