the circuit management and control module is provided with a main power supply input end used for being connected with a working power supply of the platform host and a main power supply output end used for being connected with the power supply input end of the platform host; the main control module outputs a control signal to the line control module according to an instruction of the upper computer server, and controls the connection or disconnection between a main power input end and a main power output end in the line control module so as to control the working power supply of the platform host.
