The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vehicle control module monitors whether there is an object in front of, behind, left or right of the vehicle, if there is an object in collision, the camera and the range radar in the information acquisition module are used to check whether the object is a moving object or a stationary object, and the stationary object system feeds back to the vehicle control module that the area cannot change lanes or accelerate, if there is an object in movement, the range radar is used to monitor the object at any time, so that the data processing module calculates the moving speed of the object and whether the vehicle can change lanes.

A rear-end collision avoidance vehicle safety system according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein during docking of the vehicle by the vehicle control module, the driver can take over the vehicle immediately, for example by stepping on the brake, throttle or steering wheel, and the vehicle control module will immediately forego steering of the vehicle.
