The invention relates to a voice control seat adjusting system, which comprises a seat control module, a vehicle-mounted information entertainment system, a Hall sensor and a seat adjusting motor, wherein the seat control module is connected with the vehicle-mounted information entertainment system; the vehicle-mounted information entertainment system can input the voice of the driver, analyze the voice into a corresponding seat control instruction and send the seat control instruction to the seat control module; the seat control module can receive a control signal of the vehicle-mounted information entertainment system, drive the seat adjusting motor to adjust the seat to a position required by a driver, and simultaneously send the current position of the seat to the vehicle-mounted information entertainment system in real time according to a position signal fed back by the Hall sensor.
