Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of stationery, and particularly relates to a design method of a stylus and the stylus designed based on the method, aiming at providing reference and guidance for improving the practicability of the stylus.
Background
When the existing straight tube type stationery pen is used for writing or drawing, a plurality of fingers are generally used for holding the pen, the pen holding mode is centered among a plurality of fingers during pen carrying and is a relatively fuzzy area, and a user is difficult to accurately control the position and the motion trail of a pen point.
The pen control mode has the following problems:
1. beginners often need to go to practice through spending a large amount of time, just can make the characters write and become neatly and pleasing to the eye, and the drawing line type becomes accurate. Meanwhile, because the pen moving accuracy is in a relatively fuzzy area, the spirit of the pen moving needs to be highly focused on controlling the pen point, and the writing process is very troublesome.
2. In some special environments and places, inconvenience is easily brought by using a traditional pen holding mode. Especially in winter, cold storage and other low temperature environments, a user must take off the gloves for writing, otherwise, the movement track of the pen point is difficult to control, and characters are written neatly; hands are easily numb by freezing after the gloves are taken off for writing for a while, so that writing is more difficult, and the hands are exposed to a low-temperature environment for a long time and risk of being frostbitten.
3. For some special people, especially for the people with disabled fingers, the pen cannot be held.
Based on this, the stylus pen is invented. A finger pen, also called finger pen, fingertip pen or fingertip pen, is to cover a finger with the pen for writing. However, until now, the stylus has not been popularized and used. The inventor researches related patents of the existing finger pens and finds that the degree of fit and matching between the pen type designed by the existing finger pen and the finger is not high when writing, and the pen type is an important reason for leading the field of the finger pen to be still in a silent state.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a design method of a stylus and the stylus designed based on the method aiming at the problem that the existing stylus type is matched with fingers and has low matching degree in the background technology, and aims to improve and improve the practicability of the stylus so that the stylus can be widely popularized.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a design method of a finger pen adopts a sleeve structure as a pen body for fixing the finger pen on a finger, a pen head is arranged at the front end of the outer part of the sleeve structure, the inner part of the sleeve structure is used as a finger hole for accommodating the finger, and the finger hole is designed into a space with the inner diameter gradually increasing from the bottom to an orifice so as to be attached to the finger; further, the length of the opening of the finger hole from the bottom is designed to be longer on the back side than on the palm side, so that the fingers can be bent freely during writing. By adopting the design method, the stylus can be more attached to the finger, the following degree of the stylus and the finger during writing is improved, free bending of the finger during writing is not influenced under the premise, the writing fluency is ensured, and the improvement of the ink storage capacity of the stylus is facilitated. The finger pen based on the design method has the advantages that the relative position is in the shape of long back side and short palm side, the following degree and the writing smoothness of the finger pen and fingers can be considered, and the practicability of the finger pen can be effectively improved.

The embodiment provides a design method of a stylus, which aims to improve and enhance the practicability of the stylus and enable the stylus to be widely popularized. In the embodiment, a sleeve structure is adopted as a pen body for fixing the finger pen on the finger, the pen head is arranged at the front end outside the sleeve structure, the inside of the sleeve structure is used as a finger hole for accommodating the finger, and the finger hole is designed into a space with the inner diameter gradually increasing from the bottom to the orifice so as to be attached to the finger; further, the length of the opening of the finger hole from the bottom is designed to be longer on the dorsal side than on the ventral side, and the ventral side is not longer than the first joint of the finger, or more, the second joint and even the third joint are possible, so that the finger can be freely bent when writing. By adopting the design method, the stylus and the fingers can be more attached, the following degree of the stylus and the fingers in writing is improved, free bending of the fingers in writing is not influenced under the premise, and the writing fluency is ensured. The finger pen based on the design method has the advantages that the relative position is in the shape of long back side and short palm side, the following degree and the writing smoothness of the finger pen and fingers can be considered, and the practicability of the finger pen can be effectively improved.
Based on the design method, the present embodiment provides a finger pen, as shown in fig. 1-8, which includes a pen body 1, a finger hole 2 for placing a finger is provided on the pen body 1, an opening of the finger hole 2 has a back side and a palm side opposite to each other, and a connecting line of the back side and the palm side forms an included angle with an extending direction of the finger hole 2.
In this embodiment, the finger hole 2 is mainly used for placing a finger, and it only needs to be able to achieve the purpose of matching with the finger, so the specific shape of the finger hole 2 is not limited, and the aperture transition form is designed as one or a combination of a straight line, a curved line and a broken line on the sleeve structure linking the left and right side parts of the dorsal side and the palmar side. Any transition is practically feasible on the basis of satisfying the long dorsal side and the short palmar side of the finger hole. The inside of the finger hole can be in a regular shape such as a cylinder shape, a cone shape, a square shape, a curved tube shape and the like, and can also be in an irregular shape such as a counter bore shape, a flask shape, a threaded hole shape and the like, but certain stability is at least required to be ensured after the finger is matched with the finger hole 2. The extending direction of the finger hole 2 refers to the arrangement direction of an infinite number of sections of the finger hole 2, for example, in the cylindrical finger hole 2, the extending direction refers to the axis of the cylinder, and in the curved-tube-shaped finger hole 2, the extending direction refers to the Z shape assuming that the curved-tube-shaped finger hole 2 is Z-shaped.
The pen body 1 is generally of a similar revolving body structure with a large end and a small end, taking the direction of the drawing as an example, and referring to fig. 1 specifically, the pen body 1 is grooved inwards from the large end to form a finger hole 2, the section of the finger hole 2 is of an approximately elliptical configuration to be adapted to fingers, two sides of the large end of the pen body 1 are the back side and the palm side, and the connecting line of the back side and the palm side forms an included angle with the extending direction of the finger hole 2; due to the existence of the included angle, the length of the inner wall of the finger hole 2 in the extending direction of the finger hole 2 is gradually increased from bottom to top. When writing, the longer side of the inner wall of the groove corresponds to the back of the finger, the contact area between the inner wall of the groove and the back of the finger is increased, and the pain of the finger head during writing is reduced. Meanwhile, the design that the surface of the entrance of the finger hole 2 is made into an inclined surface can shorten the depth of the shorter surface in the finger hole 2, which is beneficial to increasing the bending range of the finger head during writing and further improving the comfort during writing; in addition, because the ink absorption sponge tube or the pen core 3 is just positioned on the finger back of the finger pen, the design that the surface where the inlet of the finger hole 2 is arranged to be the inclined surface or the curved surface can prolong the whole length capable of accommodating the ink absorption sponge tube or the pen core 3, which is beneficial to increasing the ink bearing capacity of the ink absorption sponge tube or the pen core 3 and further beneficial to prolonging the service life after replacing the pen core 3 or filling ink into the ink absorption sponge tube each time.
It is understood that the pen tip 5 in the present embodiment may be a common marking pen tip 5, a gel ink pen tip 5, or a pen tip 5, or may be an unusual pen tip 5, a writing brush tip 5, or a mark pen tip 5. An ink absorbing sponge tube can be assembled between the cavity formed by matching the pen point fixing piece 6 and the pen body 1; can also be assembled into a gel ink refill tube or a ball-point pen refill tube; it can also be assembled into a flexible ink reservoir of a pen, which is connected to the pen nib 5. For example, in one embodiment, the pen point 5 is a pen point 5, and the pen point 5 can be directly used after being matched with the through hole, a flexible pen ink container can be assembled in the pen cavity 4 formed by matching the pen point fixing member 6 and the pen body 1, the pen point 5 and the pen ink container are connected through the through hole on the pen point fixing member 6, and the design configuration can be directly converted into a pen for use. In short, the pen tip 5 of the present embodiment may be of any type, and a refill tube, a flexible ink container, an ink absorbing sponge, or the like may be selectively inserted into the cavity according to the type of the pen tip 5.
It should be noted that, in the sleeve structure, the creative design is preferably combined on the pen body at the left and right side parts of the back side and the palm side. The scheme is additionally provided with a text creation type design part, and the combination of the text creation type design part and the text creation is an effective mode for the stationery to attract users. In this embodiment, the surface of the finger hole 2 may be a plane surface as shown in fig. 3, a curved surface as shown in fig. 4 or 5, or a wing-shaped creative shape as shown in fig. 7.
It will be understood that when the face of the finger hole 2 at which the aperture is located is curved, the curved face may be concave inwardly, as shown in fig. 4 or 5, or may be convex outwardly.
It is understood that when the surface of the finger hole 2 is an accordion surface, the accordion surface may be shaped like a wing-shaped accordion line, or may be a wave shape, or a flower-shaped polygon. Meanwhile, the hollow-out form or the relief form of various types can be combined. On the premise of meeting basic functions, the pen body surfaces at two sides of the finger hole can have N different possible shapes.
It is understood that when the face of the finger hole 2 is a slant face, the slant angle of the face of the finger hole 2 at the entrance may not be limited, and the contact area between the finger hole 2 and the finger can be increased as long as the connecting line between the back side and the palm side forms an angle with the extending direction of the finger hole 2. Meanwhile, as the included angle is smaller, the total length of the ink absorbing sponge tube or the pen core 3 can be longer, and the depth of the shorter side in the finger hole 2 is shorter. Preferably, the included angle is about 45 degrees to 60 degrees with the plane along the trend of the finger hole 2, and the finger pen integrally presents a relatively beautiful appearance.
In some possible embodiments, the finger hole 2 has a gradually increasing cross-sectional area extending from the bottom of the groove to the direction of the opening. This is to adapt the appearance of the finger.
Further optimizing, the inner side groove edge of the hole is set to be a chamfer structure. In the writing process, because the finger waves, the finger and the orifice of the finger hole 2 can be frequently contacted and rubbed, and the inner side groove edge is set to be of a chamfer structure, so that the contact area between the groove edge and the finger is increased, stress concentration is avoided, and the discomfort of the finger is reduced.
In some possible embodiments, in order to prevent the evaporation of the ink at the nib 5, the smaller end of the body 1 is provided with a cap 7.
In some possible embodiments, a vent hole which penetrates through the pen body and the flexible sheath and is communicated with the outside is arranged at the bottom of the finger hole, and the vent hole is used for exhausting air when the pen body is sleeved on a finger. Air holes are formed in the side walls of the pen body and the flexible sheath to reduce the stuffy sweat on the finger skin. A plurality of vent holes 13 are formed in the pen body 1, and the finger holes 2 are communicated with the space outside the pen body 1 through the vent holes 13. The purpose of the ventilation hole 13 is to increase the ventilation inside the finger hole 2, to make it easier for the finger to enter the finger hole 2, and to prevent the finger hole 2 from being inflated during writing.
In some possible embodiments, a flexible sheath is provided inside the finger hole to reduce the discomfort caused by the difference in finger shape; and the inner surface of the flexible sheath is made of skin-friendly materials, so that the finger holes are firmly attached to the fingers. The flexible sheath 11 is shaped to fit into the finger hole 2. The flexible sheath 11 is arranged to protect the fingers and improve the writing comfort; on the other hand, the friction force of the finger relative to the finger hole 2 is increased, so that the matching between the finger and the finger hole 2 is more stable, and the phenomenon that the finger pen falls off from the finger during writing is avoided.
Further optimized, the flexible sheath 11 is provided with a vent 12. The ventilation holes 12 may be provided to correspond to the positions of the ventilation holes 13 of the pen body 1, so that the uncomfortable feeling due to the air tightness can be reduced in the case of using the flexible sheath 11.
In some embodiments, the pen cavity for accommodating the pen core is designed on the back hand side of the sleeve structure, so that the thickness of the palm side of the pen body is reduced, and the interference between the pen body and paper during writing is reduced. A pen cavity 4 for placing the pen core 3 and a pen point fixing piece 6; the pen cavity 4 is connected with the outer side of the longer inner side wall of the finger hole 2, one end of the pen cavity 4 is positioned in the extending direction of the finger hole 2, a through hole is formed in the pen body 1 corresponding to the end of the pen cavity for the pen point 5 of the pen core 3 to pass through, and the other end of the pen cavity corresponds to the orifice shape of the finger hole 2 (the pen cavity is flush with the finger hole and is only in one shape); the pen point fixing piece 6 is connected with the pen body 1, and an avoiding hole is formed in the pen point fixing piece 6 so that the pen point 5 of the pen core 3 can pass through the avoiding hole.
Specifically, the pen cavity 4 is a through hole formed in the end face of the larger end of the pen body 1, the extending direction of the pen cavity 4 is parallel to the general extending direction of the pen body 1, the axis of the opening of the pen cavity 4 close to the smaller end of the pen body 1 is overlapped with the extending direction of the finger hole 2, and a pen point fixing piece 6 is matched outside the opening of the end; an avoiding hole is formed in the pen point fixing piece 6, the axis of the avoiding hole coincides with the axis of the cavity opening of the pen cavity 4 close to the smaller end of the pen body 1, and the avoiding hole is used for enabling the pen point 5 of the pen core 3 to pass through.
It can be understood that, in the present embodiment, the pen core 3 is assembled from the front end cavity opening of the pen cavity 4, and the extending direction of the pen cavity 4 is not straight, so when assembling the marker pen core 3, the pen point 5 of the pen core 3 is partially inserted into the through hole at the front end of the pen body 1, and then the tail of the pen core 3 is pressed into the pen cavity 4.
In some embodiments, the pen cavity 4 is provided with a limit notch on the pen body 1 corresponding to one end close to the orifice of the finger hole 2, and the limit notch is used for limiting the tail plug 8. It will be appreciated that the spacing breach in this embodiment is primarily directed to a tail plug 8 having spacing wings. For example, a tail plug 8 shown in fig. 2 has an overall shape of a cylinder, one end surface of the tail plug is an inclined surface or a curved surface so as to be capable of adapting to the surface of the opening of the finger hole 2, two small cylinders are vertically arranged on the side wall of the cylinder to form a limiting wing, and when the tail plug 8 is inserted into the pen cavity 4, the limiting wing is positioned in the limiting notch.
In some embodiments, a cover plate 14 combined with the pen cavity 4 is provided on the pen body 1 for replacing the pen core 3. The cover plate 14 has a fastening end; the pen body 1 is provided with a mounting groove matched with the cover plate 14, the bottom of the mounting groove is communicated with the pen cavity 4 to mount the pen core 3, and the wall of one end of the mounting groove is provided with a buckling groove for accommodating a buckling end; when the cover plate 14 is positioned in the mounting groove, the buckling end is positioned in the buckling groove, and one end of the cover plate 14 opposite to the buckling end is pressed in the mounting groove through the pen point fixing piece 6.
In a possible embodiment, a connecting column extends from the smaller end of the pen body 1, and the connecting column is coaxially provided with an avoiding hole for the pen head 5 of the pen core 3 to pass through; the pen point fixing piece 6 is provided with a circular groove matched with the connecting column, the groove wall of the circular groove and the connecting column are provided with matched threads, and the pen point fixing piece 6 is in threaded connection with the connecting column; one end of the mounting groove on the pen body 1 extends to the connecting column, and the mounting groove part on the connecting column is communicated with the avoidance hole; when the cover plate 14 is assembled in the mounting groove, the buckling end of the cover plate 14 is located in the buckling groove, the buckling groove limits the buckling end, the end of the cover plate 14 opposite to the buckling end contacts the groove wall of the circular groove, and the pen point fixing piece 6 limits the cover plate 14. With the arrangement, after the pen point fixing piece 6 is detached, the cover plate 14 can be detached, so that the pen core 3 can be installed or taken out.
In a possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the chamber 4 can also be lengthened, so that a longer cartridge 3 can be installed.
In a possible embodiment, the outer side wall of the pen body 1 is provided with a pen clip 10. The pen clip 10 is convenient for wearing a finger pen, so that the finger pen is prevented from being lost, and the pen clip 10 can be arranged at any mounting position on the pen body 1, so long as the finger pen can be conveniently carried after being mounted. For example, the pen clip 10 can also be mounted on the side wall of the pen body 1 near the finger hole 2; of course, if the pen body 1 is provided with the cover plate 14 as described above, the pen clip 10 may be provided on the cover plate 14.
Further optimized, the pen clip 10 is provided with a hanging hole 9. The hanging hole 9 is used for penetrating a hanging rope, so that the stylus is convenient to carry, and the stylus can be directly hung through the hanging hole 9.
The design method of the finger pen is not only suitable for the design of the single-finger type finger pen, but also suitable for the design of finger-clamping type (such as figures 9-10), finger-abutting type (such as figures 11-12) finger pens and other various finger pen types. The pen is not only suitable for a marking pen, but also suitable for other daily pen types such as a gel ink pen (as shown in figure 13), a pen, a writing brush and the like.
Based on the design method of the stylus provided in the above embodiment, a stylus is designed.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
1. the finger hole on the longer side increases the stress surface on the surface of the back side of the hand inside the finger hole when the pen is lifted, and the pressure born by the back of the finger when the pen is lifted and dropped is reduced, so that the comfort level is improved, and the pain caused by long-time pressure on the back of the finger when writing is relieved;
2. the shorter side is close to the knuckle, so that the size of the surface of the palm side of the finger hole is shortened, the free bending amplitude of the knuckle during writing is increased, the pen control is more flexible, and the pen control feeling during writing is improved;
3. because the surface of the back side of the finger hole hand is lengthened, when the refill or the pen cavity is arranged on the pen body on the longer side, the length of the refill which can be stored is also lengthened, the bearing capacity of the ink is increased, the writing duration after the refill is replaced or filled each time is prolonged, and the refill replacement frequency is reduced;
4. the finger pen provided by the embodiment adopts the mode that the single finger is used for carrying out writing, and is mainly represented as driving or pulling the finger pen by dragging, and compared with the multi-finger interaction of the existing stationery pen, the multi-finger interaction of the finger pen is beneficial to controlling the pen carrying direction more accurately, thereby being beneficial to writing the fonts more neatly.
