Description

Continuous machine-made glass fiber reinforced plastic with friendly bonding interface and preparation process thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of glass fiber reinforced plastic plates, in particular to continuous machine-made glass fiber reinforced plastic with a friendly bonding interface and a preparation process thereof.
Background
The traditional polyurethane sandwich glass fiber reinforced plastic composite board product is formed by bonding and compounding a glass fiber reinforced plastic panel (coiled material or sheet) and a polyurethane foam sandwich by using glue. In order to improve the traditional process of compounding by using glue, in the foaming compounding process, two layers of glass fiber reinforced plastic panels are used, a support piece is added between the two layers of glass fiber reinforced plastic panels, a press is placed in the foaming compounding process, the periphery of the foaming compounding process is sealed by using a jig with holes, then a polyurethane foaming material is injected into a cavity through holes of the jig, and foaming is completed after pressure maintaining is carried out for a period of time, namely compounding is completed. Compared with the traditional glue compounding process, the process does not use glue, does not need to purchase or prefabricate a polyurethane foam board (the polyurethane foam board is a polyurethane foam board formed by foaming a polyurethane foaming material and then peeling and slicing, and in order to improve the compound bonding strength, the surface of the polyurethane foam board also needs to be subjected to grooving treatment), greatly reduces the cost, and greatly improves the production efficiency (omits the complex processes of splicing the foam board, gluing water, particularly treating embedded parts and the like). And the weight of the product can be reduced (no glue is used), so that the energy is saved and the environment is protected. However, the foaming composite process has serious bottleneck restriction factors, namely, the bonding effect of the bonding surface of the glass fiber reinforced plastic panel and the polyurethane foaming material is poor, and serious quality defects such as bulging, delamination and the like are easily caused, so that the composite process cannot be popularized and applied in a large scale.
In addition, the production process of the glass fiber reinforced plastic panel comprises a manual mould plate making process, a non-continuous mechanism plate making process and a continuous mechanism plate making process, the production process of the manual mould plate making process and the non-continuous mechanism plate making process has a series of problems of unstable quality, low production efficiency and the like, the composite material cannot exert the maximum efficiency, the resource waste is caused, the cost of the glass fiber reinforced plastic panel is high, and the popularization and the application of the glass fiber reinforced plastic panel are influenced.

Second, aging resistance test
The glass fiber reinforced plastic products obtained from the above examples 4-6 were tested for their aging resistance (according to GB/T14552-2008), which simulates damage caused by solar uv light, the materials were tested for aging resistance by exposing them to controlled high temperature light, uv lamps were used to simulate the radiation of sunlight, condensation and water sprays were used to simulate dew and rain, and only days or weeks were required for uv irradiation equipment to simulate damage, including discoloration and color changes, that would occur outdoors today over a period of months or even years. For example, the total radiation intensity is 1120W/m 2 At this time, the measured irradiance value is 0.68 at 340nm, which can be calculated by calculation, and the set value is 0.68W/m 2 340nm, corresponding to 6.55 times the outdoor irradiance. However, UV aging is closely related to temperature, and with reference to the guangzhou annual average temperature of 21.8 degrees, the empirical assessment is that the aging effect is enhanced by about 1.5 times when the temperature is raised by 1 time, so that at a set temperature of 60 ℃, there are 60/21.8 x 1.5 x 6.55-27 days, i.e.: a1 day UV test was performed, which corresponds to an outdoor aging effect of 27 days.
The detection conditions and results of this example are shown in tables 2 to 5 below:
