An implementation mode of the second power device is that a second servo motor with an output shaft facing forward is fixedly installed at the rear side in the power box 2, a second gear 12 is fixedly installed at the outer end of the output shaft of the second servo motor, the second gear 12 is meshed and matched with a rack 7 located at the bottom of the transverse pipe 2, the second gear 12 is driven to rotate through the second servo motor, the transverse pipe 2 can move horizontally, and the second gear 12 is meshed and matched with a rack 7 located at the bottom of the transverse pipe 2, in the rotating process of the transverse pipe 2, the rack 7 rotating to the bottom of the transverse pipe 2 is always meshed and matched with the second gear 12, and thus the horizontal movement of the transverse pipe 2 can be ensured.
