s1, starting an electric push rod 8, driving a slip ring 7 to slide upwards by an output shaft of the electric push rod 8, driving a plurality of racks 6 to slide upwards simultaneously by the slip ring 7, meshing the racks 6 with a first gear 5, driving the first gear 5 to rotate by the racks 6, driving a fixed plate 4 and a fan-shaped transparent cover plate 42 to rotate by the first gear 5 through a rotating shaft 3, so that a polishing barrel 1 can be opened until the fixed plate 4 is driven to rotate 180 degrees by the first gear 5, enabling a rotary table 20 and a first toothed ring 21 to rotate in a reverse direction by 180 degrees, and enabling a sucker 40 to start to move upwards;
s2, the round nut 15 is rotated, the round nut 15 is in threaded connection with the screw 14, along with the rotation of the round nut 15, the round nut 15 drives the rotating ring 16 to move towards the direction of the rotating disc 20, the rotating ring 16 drives the connecting rod 19 to rotate, the connecting rod 19 drives the clamping block 18 to slide outwards, then the toughened glass 22 is placed on the rotating disc 20 and pressed by force on the toughened glass 22, the sucker 40 can adsorb the toughened glass 22, then the round nut 15 is rotated reversely, the round nut 15 drives the connecting rod 19 to rotate reversely through the rotating ring 16, the connecting rod 19 drives the clamping block 18 to move towards the middle, and then the clamping block 18 can clamp the toughened glass 22 by matching with the sucker 40, and due to the fact that the plurality of fixing plates 4 and the rotating disc 20 are arranged, the plurality of toughened glass 22 can be fixed at one time, the polishing of the plurality of toughened glass 22 is finished, and the polishing efficiency can be improved;
s3, starting the electric push rod 8, driving the slip ring 7 and the rack 6 to move downwards by an output shaft of the electric push rod 8, driving the rotating shaft 3, the fixed plate 4, the first gear 5 and the fan-shaped transparent cover plate 42 to reversely rotate by the rack 6, rotating the turntable 20 into the polishing barrel 1 again and locating above the polishing disc 2, combining a plurality of fan-shaped transparent cover plates 42 to seal the polishing barrel 1 after the fixed plate 4 rotates 180 degrees, and preventing dust and water from splashing out of the polishing barrel 1 when the toughened glass 22 is polished in the later period;
s4, rotating the screw rod 10, wherein the screw rod 10 is in threaded connection with the fixing plate 4, the screw rod 10 can drive the sleeve 11, the rotary table 20 and the first gear ring 21 to move downwards for a certain distance along with the rotation of the screw rod 10 until the bottom of the toughened glass 22 is in contact with the top of the polishing disc 2, the screw rod 10 continues to drive the sleeve 11 to move downwards, at the moment, the sleeve 11 starts to extrude the spring 13, the spring 13 is in a certain degree of compression state, and in addition, when the rotary table 20 and the first gear ring 21 rotate reversely for 180 degrees, the first gear ring 21 and the third gear 27 are large in tooth pitch and tooth crest height, so that the first gear ring 21 and the third gear 27 can be meshed with each other when the first gear ring 21 rotates reversely for 180 degrees;

s6, when the toughened glass 22 is polished, a water suction pump 31 is started, the water filtered in a liquid storage bin 28 is pumped into a hollow pipe 34 by the water suction pump 31 through a liquid inlet pipe 32 and a liquid outlet pipe 33, water in the hollow pipe 34 enters a circular concave cover 26 and then is sprayed to the periphery through a through hole 38, further, when the toughened glass 22 is polished by a polishing disc 2, the water sprayed by the through hole 38 can infect dust generated by polishing, the dust is prevented from flying to pollute the environment, in addition, when the polishing disc 2 rotates to polish the toughened glass 22, the polishing disc 2 drives a scraper 37 to rotate through a ladder-shaped ring 36, the ladder-shaped ring 36 not only can prevent the water with dust from entering the bottom of the polishing disc 2, the scraper 37 can also discharge the water with dust into the liquid storage bin 28 through a liquid guide groove 35, the water with dust is prevented from being retained in a polishing barrel 1, and the filter layer 29 can filter the dust in the water;
s7, after the polishing of the toughened glass 22 is finished, the rotation of the polishing disc 2 is stopped, the electric push rod 8 is started to push the rack 6 and the sliding ring 7 to move upwards for a certain distance, the first gear ring 21 is disengaged from the third gear 27, the toughened glasses 22 are all in an inclined state at the moment, the electromagnetic spray gun 45 is started, then the polishing disc 2 continues to rotate, the polishing disc 2 drives the fixing rod 41 to rotate through the scraper 37, when the fixing rod 41 touches the transverse plate 47, the fixing rod 41 can drive the transverse plate 47 and the rotating shaft 44 to rotate, the rotating shaft 44 drives the electromagnetic spray gun 45 to rotate and move for a certain angle, the torsion spring 46 starts to be in a power storage state, when the fixing rod 41 is disengaged from the transverse plate 47, the elastic force of the torsion spring 46 can drive the electromagnetic spray gun 45 to reversely rotate, and then the electromagnetic spray gun 45 rotates in a reciprocating manner to spray clean water to the toughened glass 22 at the opposite position, and the cleaning of the toughened glass 22 is finished.
However, the working principle and wiring method of the electromagnetic spray gun 45, the water pump 31, the driving motor 25 and the electric push rod 8 are well known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described herein again, and those skilled in the art can make any choice according to their needs or convenience.
