referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 9, in the process of processing the workpiece by the U-axis cutter, the operation can be performed by a suction pump 31 installed in communication with the front side of the collection box 28, since the right end of the suction pump 31 is connected with a connection pipe 25 fixed to the installation frame 14 by a hoop and a screw in a threaded manner, and a nozzle 26 obliquely arranged is communicated with the lower side of the connection pipe 25, the lubrication oil can be conveniently sprayed to the workpiece and the processing can be conveniently performed, since the base 1 is internally provided with a through hole 27 symmetrically arranged with respect to the first limit plate 2, the through hole 27 is located above the middle part of the collection box 28, the inner side of the collection box 28 is provided with a filter screen 29 in a fitting manner, and the filter screen 29 is symmetrically fixed with a connection plate 30 fastened with the collection box 28, the sprayed lubrication oil can conveniently fall to the inner side of the upper end of the collection box 28 through the through hole 27, and can be collected to the inner side of the lower end of the collection box 28 through the filter screen 29, therefore, the purpose of recycling the lubricating oil is conveniently achieved, the cutter placing grooves 34 are formed in the fixing plate 33 at equal intervals, the purpose of separating and containing the cutters is conveniently achieved, and the above electrical elements are the prior art and are not described in detail herein.

A numerical control machine tool capable of realizing rapid disassembly and replacement of a U-axis cutter for machining a complex profile is characterized by comprising a base (1) for bearing, wherein the inner side of the left lower end of the base (1) is connected with a first limiting plate (2) in a clamping manner, and the lower side of the first limiting plate (2) is connected with an output shaft of a first motor (3);
the movable plate (4) is connected to the inner side of the upper end of the first limiting plate (2) in a clamping mode, and a bearing plate (7) fixedly connected with the movable plate (4) is arranged on the upper surface of the movable plate (4);
the second adjusting rod (10) is connected to the inner side of the upper end of the base (1) in a clamping mode, and the left side of the second adjusting rod (10) is connected with an output shaft of a third motor (11);
it is characterized by also comprising:
the mounting frame (14) is positioned above the bearing plate (7), a fourth motor (15) is mounted in the mounting frame (14), and the lower side of the fourth motor (15) is linked with a cutter holder (16) through a coupler;
the worm wheel (17) is positioned on the inner side of the upper end of the tool apron (16), and a third adjusting rod (18) which is connected with the tool apron (16) in a clamping manner is fixed on the lower side of the middle of the worm wheel (17);
the connecting pipe (25) is fixed on the left side of the lower end of the mounting frame (14) through a hoop and a screw, and the lower end of the connecting pipe (25) is communicated with a spray head (26) which is obliquely arranged.

The numerical control machine tool for machining the complex profile capable of realizing quick disassembly and replacement of the U-shaft cutter is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: the upper end outside block of fly leaf (4) is undetachable and is connected with second limiting plate (5), and the left end block of second limiting plate (5) is in the inside of base (1) to the left side of second limiting plate (5) is connected with the output shaft of second motor (6).

The numerical control machine tool for machining the complex profile capable of realizing quick disassembly and replacement of the U-shaft cutter is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: the inner side of the middle of the bearing plate (7) penetrates through a first adjusting rod (8) which is clamped with the bearing plate in a non-detachable mode, the outer sides of the front end and the rear end of the first adjusting rod (8) are in threaded connection with a moving plate (9) clamped with the bearing plate (7), and the upper end of the moving plate (9) protrudes out of the upper surface of the bearing plate (7).

The numerical control machine tool for machining the complex profile capable of realizing quick disassembly and replacement of the U-shaft cutter is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: the left end outside threaded connection of second regulation pole (10) has backup pad (12) with base (1) laminating setting, and the cylinder (13) of installing downside fixed mounting frame (14) are inlayed to the lower extreme middle part inboard of backup pad (12).
