A waste gas treatment device for a waste aluminum recovery smelting furnace comprises a bottom plate (1), a spraying box (2), a first fixing column (21) and a gas conveying pipe (3), wherein the first fixing column (21) is connected to the right side of the top of the bottom plate (1), the spraying box (2) for containing water is connected to the upper portion of the first fixing column (21), a water outlet (22) is formed in the right side of the bottom of the spraying box (2), a water inlet (23) is formed in the right side of the top of the spraying box (2), the gas conveying pipe (3) is connected to the lower portion of the left side of the spraying box (2), the waste gas treatment device is characterized by further comprising a filtering pipe (4), a gas inlet pipe (5), a spraying mechanism (6) and a flow limiting mechanism (7), the filtering pipe (4) is connected to the upper portion of the left side of the gas conveying pipe (3), the gas inlet pipe (5) is connected to the left side of the filtering pipe (4), the spraying mechanism (6) for filtering waste gas is arranged on the left side of the spraying box (2), a current limiting mechanism (7) used for limiting the flow of water is arranged in the spraying mechanism (6).

The waste gas treatment device for the aluminum scrap recovery melting furnace according to claim 1, wherein the spraying mechanism (6) comprises a first water pipe (61), a water storage cylinder (62), a piston rod (63), a first fixing member (64), a cylinder (65) and a second water pipe (66), the front side and the rear side of the upper part of the spraying box (2) are respectively connected with the first water pipe (61), the first water pipe (61) is internally connected with a one-way valve, the water storage cylinder (62) is connected between the bottoms of the first water pipes (61), the first water pipe (61) is communicated with the spraying box (2) and the water storage cylinder (62), the piston rod (63) is connected to the inner side of the water storage cylinder (62) in a sliding manner, the first fixing member (64) is connected to the lower part of the water storage cylinder (62), the cylinder (65) is connected to the right part of the first fixing member (64), and the telescopic rod of the cylinder (65) is connected with the piston rod (63), two second water delivery pipes (66) are connected between the upper part of the water storage cylinder (62) and the spraying box (2), and the second water delivery pipes (66) are communicated with the spraying box (2) and the water storage cylinder (62).

The waste gas treatment device for the aluminum scrap recovery melting furnace according to claim 2, wherein the flow limiting mechanism (7) comprises second fixing parts (71), blocking columns (72) and first linear springs (73), the second fixing parts (71) are connected to the left sides of the insides of the two second water pipes (66), the blocking columns (72) used for blocking the second water pipes (66) are connected to the middles of the second fixing parts (71) in a sliding mode, the blocking columns (72) move rightwards to block the second water pipes (66), the first linear springs (73) are connected between the blocking columns (72) on the front side and the second fixing parts (71) on the front side, and the first linear springs (73) are connected between the blocking columns (72) on the rear side and the second fixing parts (71) on the rear side.

The waste gas treatment device for the aluminum scrap recovery melting furnace according to claim 3, further comprising a drainage mechanism (8) for discharging water in the spray box (2), wherein the drainage mechanism (8) comprises a drainage pipe (81) and an adjusting column (82), the right side of the bottom of the spray box (2) is connected with the drainage pipe (81), the drainage pipe (81) is communicated with the water outlet (22), the drainage pipe (81) is connected with the first fixing column (21), the right end of the drainage pipe (81) is connected with the adjusting column (82) for blocking the drainage pipe (81) in a sliding manner, a through hole (83) is formed in the adjusting column (82), and the drainage pipe (81) is communicated with the through hole (83).

The waste gas treatment device for the aluminum scrap recovery melting furnace according to claim 4, further comprising a stirring mechanism (9) for stirring water, wherein the stirring mechanism (9) comprises a rack (91), a straight gear (92), a first rotating shaft (93), a second fixed column (94), a bevel gear set (95), a second rotating shaft (96) and a stirring frame (97), the rack (91) is connected to an expansion rod of the cylinder (65), the second fixed column (94) is connected to the left side of the bottom of the spraying box (2), the first rotating shaft (93) is rotatably connected to the lower part of the second fixed column (94), the straight gear (92) is connected to the left end of the first rotating shaft (93), the straight gear (92) is meshed with the rack (91), the second rotating shaft (96) is rotatably connected to the right side of the top of the bottom plate (1), the second rotating shaft (96) is located to the left side of the first fixed column (21), the second rotating shaft (96) is rotatably connected to the middle of the bottom of the spraying box (2), be connected with bevel gear set (95) between second pivot (96) middle part and first pivot (93) right side, bevel gear set (95) comprise two bevel gears, two bevel gear intermeshing, second pivot (96) upper portion is connected with stirring frame (97) that are used for stirring water, and stirring frame (97) are located inside spray box (2).

The waste gas treatment device for the aluminum scrap recovery melting furnace according to claim 5, further comprising a filtering mechanism (10) for filtering waste gas, wherein the filtering mechanism (10) comprises a first guide wheel (101), a pull rope (102), a third fixing column (103), a torsion spring (104), a second guide wheel (105), a filter screen (106) and a rotating rod (108), the third fixing column (103) is connected to the right side inside the filtering pipe (4), the rotating rod (108) is rotatably connected to the middle of the third fixing column (103), the torsion spring (104) is connected between the rotating rod (108) and the third fixing column (103), the second guide wheel (105) is connected to the middle of the rotating rod (108), the pull rope (102) is connected between the second guide wheel (105) and the piston rod (63), the first guide wheel (101) for limiting the pull rope (102) is connected to the upper portion of the gas transmission pipe (3), the pull rope (102) bypasses the first guide wheel (101), the left side of the rotating rod (108) is connected with a filter screen (106) for filtering waste gas, and the left side of the bottom of the filter pipe (4) is provided with a discharge hole (109).

The waste gas treatment device for the aluminum scrap recovery melting furnace according to claim 6, further comprising a collecting mechanism (11), wherein the collecting mechanism (11) comprises a material conveying pipe (111), a cover plate (112), a fixing ring (113) and second linear springs (114), the material conveying pipe (111) is connected to the left side of the bottom of the filter pipe (4), the material conveying pipe (111) is communicated with the material outlet (109), the fixing ring (113) is connected to the lower portion of the material conveying pipe (111), the cover plate (112) for closing the material conveying pipe (111) is slidably connected to the fixing ring (113), and the two second linear springs (114) are connected between the cover plate (112) and the fixing ring (113).
