Claims (8)

1. A water purification module for a direct drinking machine, comprising:
a waterway plate (1) on which a plurality of installation cabins (101) are installed, wherein a water flow channel is arranged; the filter element (2) is detachably arranged in the installation cabin (101), and a plurality of filter elements (2) are connected in series through the water flow channel;
the quick-dismantling mechanism (3) is arranged at the upper end of the An Zhuangcang (101) and is used for realizing quick dismantling of the filter element (2); the quick-release mechanism (3) comprises a limiting piece (31) which can slide relative to the installation cabin (101), and a limiting flange (201) matched with the limiting piece (31) is arranged on the filter element (2);
the first water stopping mechanism (4) is arranged in the water outlet (202) of the filter element (2) and is used for stopping water after the filter element (2) is disassembled; the first water stopping mechanism (4) comprises a push rod (41) which is slidably arranged in the water outlet (202), one end of the push rod (41) extends to the outside of the filter element (2), and the other end of the push rod is provided with a first sealing piece (42) for opening and closing the water outlet (202);
the device also comprises a second water stopping mechanism (5) matched with the first water stopping mechanism (4); the second water stopping mechanism (5) is used for stopping water of the waterway board (1), and comprises a fixing seat (51) fixed in the waterway board (1), a water inlet (511) is formed in the fixing seat (51), a sliding seat (52) is slidably mounted at the water inlet (511), a second sealing piece (53) is sleeved on the sliding seat (52), and the second sealing piece (53) is used for opening and closing the water inlet (511).

The water purification module for a direct drinking machine as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the quick-release mechanism (3) further comprises a mounting seat (32) fixed with the mounting cabin (101) and a pressing piece (33) slidably mounted on the mounting seat (32) along the vertical direction, the limiting piece (31) is slidably mounted in the mounting seat (32) along the horizontal direction, and the pressing piece (33) is in driving connection with the limiting piece (31).

The water purification module for a direct drinking machine according to claim 2, wherein: the pressing piece (33) is provided with a pressing column (331) towards one end of the limiting piece (31), one end of the pressing column (331) extending into the mounting seat (32) is provided with a first inclined blocking surface (332), and the limiting piece (31) is provided with a second inclined blocking surface (311) matched with the first inclined blocking surface (332).

The water purification module for a direct drinking machine according to claim 2, wherein: a first elastic piece (34) is arranged between the filter element (2) and the installation cabin (101), and the first elastic piece (34) always enables the filter element (2) to have upward movement trend; a second elastic piece (35) is arranged between the limiting piece (31) and the mounting seat (32), and the second elastic piece (35) always enables the limiting piece (31) to move towards the mounting cabin (101);
one end of the limiting piece (31) close to the installation cabin (101) is provided with a clamping head (312), and the clamping head (312) can extend into the installation cabin (101) to limit the limiting flange (201); the clamping head (312) is provided with an arc-shaped blocking surface (313), and the limiting flange (201) can enable the clamping head (312) to move in a direction away from the installation cabin (101) through the arc-shaped blocking surface (313).

The water purification module for a direct drinking machine as set forth in claim 1, wherein: a third elastic piece (43) is arranged between the ejector rod (41) and the filter element (2), and the third elastic piece (43) always enables the first sealing piece (42) to move towards the water outlet (202); a fourth elastic piece (54) is arranged between the sliding seat (52) and the fixing seat (51), and the fourth elastic piece (54) always enables the second sealing piece (53) to move towards the water inlet (511).
6. The water purification module for a direct drinking machine as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the inner walls of the water outlet (202) and the water inlet (511) are respectively provided with a conical sealing wall (6).

The water purification module for a direct drinking machine as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the filter element is characterized in that a first protrusion (203) and a second protrusion (204) are respectively arranged on two sides of the outer wall of the filter element (2), the first protrusion (203) and the second protrusion (204) are different in size, and a first clamping groove matched with the first protrusion (203) and a second clamping groove matched with the second protrusion (204) are arranged on the inner wall of the installation cabin (101).

The water purification module for a direct drinking machine as set forth in claim 1, wherein: a waterway plate water inlet (102), a waterway plate water outlet (103) and a wastewater outlet (104) which are all communicated with the water flow channel are arranged on one side wall of the waterway plate (1), a plurality of control elements are arranged on the other side wall of the waterway plate (1), and the control elements are connected in series in the water flow channel and are used for controlling the on-off of the waterway;
the number of the filter elements is four, namely a first-stage filter element (21), a second-stage filter element (22), a third-stage filter element (23) and a fourth-stage filter element (24); the four control elements are respectively a high-pressure switch (71) and a check valve (72) which are connected in series between the first-stage filter element (21) and the second-stage filter element (22), a first electromagnetic valve (73) which is connected in series between the second-stage filter element (22) and the waste water port (104) and a second electromagnetic valve (74) which is connected in series between the third-stage filter element (23) and the fourth-stage filter element (24).
