Abstract
本发明涉及一种增益大脑智能的数字智能眼镜,包括设有鼻托的镜框、两个镜腿;镜框上设有采集眼电信号的EOG采集装置,每个镜腿上对应于头部颞浅动脉、耳后动脉的耳周位点处均设有PPG传感器,镜腿上在对应于10‑10系统中FT7、FT8、T7、T8、TP7、TP8、TP9、TP10脑电位点处和鼻托上均设有采集EEG信号的EEG传感器电极,镜腿上还设有MCU单元的控制线路板、可充电电池、与控制线路板电性连接的无线通信模块和/或物联网芯片,控制线路板上设有处理各种生物电信号的处理模块。该发明可以即时或动态监测大脑以及用眼状况,对用脑用眼安全及心脑慢病管理具有提早预警和智能防治的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗辅助设备,尤其是一种通过人工智能增益大脑智能的数字智能眼镜。
背景技术
随着信息爆炸、大数据时代的来临,人们精神压力相关的问题并没有伴随信息科技的高速发展而减少,用脑用眼的安全问题伴随智能电子终端尤其智能手机的普及反而有增无减。老年痴呆症、中青年忧郁症、小孩自闭症等跟脑功能失调相关的疾病至今是困扰人类的医学难题,目前除了一些可减轻或延缓精神认知疾病的药物、手术治疗方案以外,并没有真正有效的治疗方案。面对这些严重困扰人类的慢性心脑疾病,现唯一可行并得到公认的解决方案是坚持“早评估、早发现、早预防、早治疗”的临床思路。随着医学人工智能技术的大力发展,预防医学的全面发展会更加快速。尤其在精神医学领域,结合人工智能的数字化信息技术的普及应用还不够,至今没有有效的智能设备对眼脑状况、心智状态进行精准监测及调节干预,无法有效的对各种心脑慢病包括精神类疾病进行动态管理和智能防治。
发明内容
针对现有的不足,本发明提供一种通过人工智能增益大脑智能的数字智能眼镜。
本发明解决其问题所采用的技术方案是:一种增益大脑智能的数字智能眼镜,包括设置有鼻托的镜框、对应安装在镜框两侧的两个镜腿;所述镜框上设置有采集眼电信号的EOG采集装置,每个所述镜腿上对应于头部颞浅动脉、耳后动脉的耳周位点处均设置有能与皮肤接触的PPG传感器,所述镜腿上在对应于10-10系统中FT7、FT8、T7、T8、TP7、TP8、TP9、TP10脑电位点处和鼻托上均设置有采集EEG信号的EEG传感器电极,所述镜框和/或镜腿上还设置有设有MCU单元的控制线路板、给控制线路板供电的可充电电池、与控制线路板电性连接的无线通信模块和/或物联网芯片;所述控制线路板上设置有处理EOG、PPG、EEG多种生物电信号的处理模块,所述EOG采集装置、PPG传感器、EEG传感器电极均与控制线路板电性连接。
作为优选,所述处理模块设置有一个或多个具单导或多导的EEG模组。
作为优选,所述镜腿的尾端对应于耳旁的位置处设置有与控制线路板电性连接的骨传导扬声器和/或逆声场扬声器。

本发明的有益效果在于:该数字智能眼镜可以快速量化使用者的心理状态和生理状态,包括但不限于情绪表达、注意力、疲劳度、警觉性和压力水平,而且主要根据来自其生物电信息相关的客观指标特征,包括脑电、心率、眼动等多维数据。另外,结合采集到的眼脑大数据的分析结果,可及时智能地输出调节大脑状态的具声、光、电、磁性质的无创性刺激程序,有助于提供即时的心智状态监测及调节干预功能,有利于各种心脑慢病包括精神类疾病的动态管理以及智能防治,另外,也有利于普通人更有效、更安全地用脑用眼,以及帮助精神疾病患者告别长期依赖于医院、病床以及医护人员监护的治疗模式。

本发明实施例如图1至图5中所示,一种增益大脑智能的数字智能眼镜,包括设置有鼻托10的镜框1、对应安装在镜框1两侧的两个镜腿2,镜框1就可以根据不同的使用需求来设置成不同形状不同材质的镜框,相应的镜框1就包含有左镜框和右镜框,镜框1上就可以依据不同的佩戴需求在其上安装具有不同功能的镜片,包括近视、远视、平视以及遮阳镜片,鼻托10也对应的在左右镜框上分别设置一个,两个鼻托10相对设置方便眼镜的佩戴,镜腿2则是与传统眼镜类似通过桩头枢接在镜框1上,固定式或者可拆卸,位于左侧的就是左镜腿,位于右侧的就是右镜腿;镜腿2也可以是可折叠的镜腿,镜腿2设置成折叠镜腿就方便携带;所述镜框1上设置有采集眼电信号的EOG采集装置3,采集位置如图2中所示,眼电信号即EOG信号,EOG采集装置3就采用EOG传感器,其采集到眼电信号数据后就将相关信息传递至控制线路板6,EOG传感器可以设置在镜框1上围绕眼眶的周边位置,只需要能采集到眼电信号状况即可,而为了方便对眼部动态数据的采集,EOG传感器分别设置在镜框1上对应于眼睛的上、下、左、右位置,在这些位置既不会影响视力,也能全面的监测到眼电信号,每个所述镜腿2上对应于头部颞浅动脉、耳后动脉的耳周位点处均设置有能与皮肤接触的PPG传感器4,检测位点位置如图3中所示,在佩戴上眼镜后,左右镜腿2上的PPG传感器4就对应的与头部左右两侧颞浅动脉处的耳朵前上方,和耳后动脉即在耳后方的乳突处的检测,各个PPG传感器4分别测量相同时间点里左右两侧的主动脉血液的流体力学参数,包括但不限于血流速度和血氧饱和度,PPG传感器包括但不限于发出绿光、红光及红外光的发光二极管(LED)配件,从光电容积脉搏波的波形差异可得出一些心脑疾病的相关特征信息,包括DNA不限于脑缺血、脑溢血以及脑缺氧等风险指数,所述镜腿2上在对应于脑点位点10-10系统中FT7、FT8、T7、T8、TP7、TP8、TP9、TP10脑电位点处和鼻托10上均设置有采集EEG信号的EEG传感器电极5,这些位点位置如图4中所示,包括但不限于FT7、FT8、T7、T8、TP7、TP8、TP9、TP10这些位点一个或多个位点的EEG信号采集,然后它们和鼻托10构成同一个EEG传感器系统,该系统可以包含一个或多个具单导或多导的EEG模组。所述镜框1和/或镜腿2上还设置有设有MCU单元的控制线路板6、给控制线路板6供电的可充电电池7、与控制线路板6电性连接的无线通信模块60和/或物联网芯片61,控制线路板6作为该眼镜的控制中心来控制各模块部件的运行,其可以是软质线路板来方便其安装,也可以是依据其所设置的位置来选择具体形状结构的硬质的线路板,为了方便操控,电池7就是给各个部件提供电力来保证它们的正常运行,根据不同的结构需求来对其进行设置,比如设置左镜腿的中部,优选其是可充电的锂离子电池,其可以是先固定设置在控制线路板6上然后再设置在镜腿2或镜框1上,也可以是可拆装方式设置在镜腿2或镜框1上,并与控制线路板6电性导通的,为了方便对其的充电,则在镜腿2上设置充电接口20即可,此时充电接口20就选用USB接口;无线通信模块60用来无线通信连接智能终端,其可以和控制线路板6设置成一体,也可以分开设置,两者只要电性导通能够传送相应的信息即可,无线通信模块60就采用现有常规的模块,比如蓝牙模块和/或WiFi、4G、5G通讯模块等,物联网芯片61通信连接有云服务器,并通过云服务器通信连接有智能终端,通过云服务器通信连接有云计算平台,以及具边缘计算功能的智能终端,包括但不限于智能手机。在智能终端上就可以通过相应的APP软件来对各功能进行调控,设置成适合自己的模式,连接手机App操纵,可进一步实施智能性、个性化的功能调节和干预;在左镜腿设置电池后,就在右镜腿设置控制线路板6、物联网芯片61;所述控制线路板6上设置有处理各种生物电信号的处理模块62,包括但不限于EOG、PPG和EEG,所述处理模块62,可以是各自独立的与EOG、PPG、EEG相对应的模块或进一步将它们集成的模块,方便使用,所述EOG采集装置3、PPG传感器4、EEG传感器电极5均与控制线路板6电性连接。在佩戴眼镜后,可以通过EEG传感器电极5分别采集到大脑两颞侧跟情绪认知状态密切相关的脑电信息;通过PPG传感器4分别测量头部两侧的颞浅动脉处、耳后动脉处的血流动力学信息;通过EOG采集3装置分别测量左右两眼的主要眼电信号。控制线路板6上的MCU单元可采用但不限于瑞萨的RL78/G1D芯片,自带蓝牙模块,与手机连接就可以实时通过蓝牙的通讯传输各生物传感器采集的的数据信息,针对心脑血管及眼科疾病风险因素进行分析运算后及时作出预警、评估以及治疗提示,同时有利于提升用脑用眼的安全性和高效率。
进一步的改进,如图1中所示,所述镜腿2的尾端对应于耳旁的位置处设置有与控制线路板6电性连接的骨传导扬声器8和/或逆声场扬声器,就可以通过骨传导扬声器8做相应的声音提示,同时还可以提前在其中烧录能刺激到大脑或与脑电波频率共鸣的音乐,来舒缓大脑,为取得更好的效果,在左右两边的镜腿尾端都安装有骨传导扬声器8。
进一步的改进,如图1中所示,所述镜腿2上还设置有与控制线路板6电性连接的调节装置21。通过调节装置21来调节各生物传感器的数据信息的采集频率,以及声光电磁的刺激频率等,此时调节装置21可以采用触摸屏,之后利用相应的操控程序进行操控,同时在镜腿2和/或镜框1上还可以设置有与控制线路板6电性连接的开关23,通过开关23控制该智能眼镜开启或关闭的开关,开关23就设置在眼镜左右两侧的任意一个镜腿上或镜框上,选择开关为滑动开关,体积小,方便操作,也可以将开关23和调节装置21集成在一起。
进一步的改进,如图1中所示,所述镜框1上安装有镜片11,所述控制线路板6还电性连接有通过光波导在镜片11上显示的设置在镜框1上的AR显示模块12,就可在镜片11上显示用脑用眼参数以及干预调节的视频信号。
进一步的改进,如图1中所示,所述镜腿2上还设置有与控制线路板6电性连接的能释放与脑电波具有类似频率的有益电磁波的电磁模块22,就可结合各传感器得到的眼脑大数据即时运算输出调节大脑状态的声、光、电、磁的无创刺激参数。电磁模块22也就是电磁波发射模块,也根据使用需求使用现有的任意一种电磁波发射模块,只需要使其产生的电磁波的频率与脑电波的频率相同即可,这样的电磁波就能与对应脑电波产生协同效应,对大脑进行刺激。所述脑电波包括但不限于gamma、alpha、theta波。
进一步的改进,如图1中所示,所述镜框1和/或镜腿2上还设置有与控制线路板电性连接的采集肌电信号和/或心电信号的信号采集传感器(未标出),肌电信号即EMG信号,心电信号即ECG信号,相应的就使用肌电信号传感器和心电信号传感器,就可以更全面的了解肌肉活动以及心脏活动的情况,对健康状况能更全面的了解。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种增益大脑智能的数字智能眼镜,其特征在于:包括设置有鼻托的镜框、对应安装在镜框两侧的两个镜腿;所述镜框上设置有采集眼电信号的EOG采集装置,每个所述镜腿上对应于头部颞浅动脉、耳后动脉的耳周位点处均设置有能与皮肤接触的PPG传感器,所述镜腿上在对应于10-10系统中FT7、FT8、T7、T8、TP7、TP8、TP9、TP10脑电位点处和鼻托上均设置有采集EEG信号的EEG传感器电极,所述镜框和/或镜腿上还设置有设有MCU单元的控制线路板、给控制线路板供电的可充电电池、与控制线路板电性连接的无线通信模块和/或物联网芯片;所述控制线路板上设置有处理EOG、PPG、EEG多种生物电信号的处理模块,所述EOG采集装置、PPG传感器、EEG传感器电极均与控制线路板电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述增益大脑智能的数字智能眼镜,其特征在于:所述处理模块设置有一个或多个具单导或多导的EEG模组。
3.根据权利要求1所述增益大脑智能的数字智能眼镜,其特征在于:所述镜腿的尾端对应于耳旁的位置处设置有与控制线路板电性连接的骨传导扬声器和/或逆声场扬声器。
4.根据权利要求1所述增益大脑智能的数字智能眼镜,其特征在于:所述镜腿上还设置有与控制线路板电性连接的充电接口。
5.根据权利要求1所述增益大脑智能的数字智能眼镜,其特征在于:所述镜腿上还设置有与控制线路板电性连接的调节装置。
6.根据权利要求1所述增益大脑智能的数字智能眼镜,其特征在于:所述镜腿和/镜框上还设置有与控制线路板电性连接的开关。
7.根据权利要求1所述增益大脑智能的数字智能眼镜,其特征在于:所述镜框上安装有镜片,所述控制线路板还电性连接有通过光波导在镜片上显示的设置在镜框上的AR显示模块。
8.根据权利要求1所述增益大脑智能的数字智能眼镜,其特征在于:所述镜腿上还设置有与控制线路板电性连接的能释放与脑电波具有类似频率的有益电磁波的电磁模块。
9.根据权利要求1所述增益大脑智能的数字智能眼镜,其特征在于:所述物联网芯片通信连接有云服务器,并通过云服务器通信连接有云计算平台和/或具边缘计算功能的智能终端。
10.根据权利要求1所述增益大脑智能的数字智能眼镜,其特征在于:所述镜框和/或镜腿上还设置有与控制线路板电性连接的采集肌电信号和/心电信号的信号采集传感器。
