Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a floor brush for a vacuum cleaner, comprising:
a floor brush main machine 1;
the spraying device 2 is arranged on the ground brush host 1, the spraying device 2 comprises a liquid conveying pipeline 21 and a liquid pump 22, the liquid conveying pipeline 21 comprises a liquid inlet end 211 used for being connected with the liquid storage box 5 and a liquid outlet end 212 used for being connected with the spraying part 4, an induction device 23 used for inducing cleaning liquid is arranged on the liquid conveying pipeline 21, and the liquid pump 22 is connected in series with the liquid conveying pipeline 21;
the control circuit 3 is arranged on the ground brush host 1, the control circuit 3 is respectively electrically connected with the sensing device 23 and the liquid pump 22, and is used for controlling the liquid pump 22 to switch between a first liquid pumping mode and a second liquid pumping mode according to a sensing signal fed back by the sensing device 23, and the liquid pumping speed in the second liquid pumping mode is greater than the liquid pumping speed in the first liquid pumping mode;
when the liquid reserve tank was annotated with the cleaning solution, if induction system detected that the cleaning solution in the infusion pipeline is less than predetermineeing the liquid level, then operated under the second drawing liquid mode through control circuit control drawing liquid pump, if induction system detected that the cleaning solution in the infusion pipeline equals or is higher than predetermineeing the liquid level, then operated under first drawing liquid mode through control circuit control drawing liquid pump. The cleaning solution can be selected from water, soap water, washing powder water, washing liquid water, effervescent tablet water, etc.
With the vacuum cleaner floor brush of the spraying device 2 of the present embodiment, when the cleaning liquid is sprayed: when the sensing device 23 detects that the cleaning solution is fed back, it indicates that the cleaning solution is present at the position where the sensing device 23 is disposed on the infusion pipeline 21, and the product shows that the cleaning solution is present, the liquid pump 22 operates to make the cleaning solution in the liquid storage tank 5 flow to the spraying part 4 through the infusion pipeline 21, and spray the cleaning solution from the spraying part 4 to the surface to be cleaned (ground, wall, etc.) or the cleaning part (e.g., floor brush, rolling brush, etc.); when induction system 23 detected the feedback and did not have the cleaning solution, infusion pipeline 21 set up induction system 23's position department and did not have the cleaning solution, and the product demonstration is no cleaning solution state, explains that the cleaning solution in liquid reserve tank 5 has used up promptly, and also does not have the cleaning solution in the infusion pipeline 21 part between induction system 23 and the inlet liquor end 211, lets drawing pump 22 stop work this moment, spouts the cleaning solution and accomplishes. After the product finishes spraying the cleaning liquid, the part of the infusion pipeline 21 between the sensing device 23 and the liquid inlet end 211 has no cleaning liquid, the cleaning liquid in the part of the infusion pipeline 21 between the sensing device 23 and the liquid outlet end 212 is also partially carried out by the inertia when the liquid pump 22 stops, and the residual cleaning liquid amount in the whole infusion pipeline 21 is very small.
After replenishing the cleaning solution in liquid reserve tank 5, when using again, induction system 23 detects the feedback and does not have the cleaning solution, steerable drawing liquid pump 22 switches to the mode work (second drawing mode) of a large amount of suction cleaning solutions this moment, make the cleaning solution in the liquid reserve tank 5 in the twinkling of an eye by the position department of suction induction system 23, induction system 23 then detects the feedback and has the cleaning solution, the mode work (first drawing mode) of normal suction cleaning solution is switched back to in the control drawing liquid pump 22 again, thus, can make the product start-up when using, just can reach in the twinkling of an eye and normally spout the cleaning solution state, the clean liquid time of waiting for out has been saved. Wherein the second pumping mode may be a continuous pumping mode and the first pumping mode may be an intermittent pumping mode, i.e., the pumping pump 22 is periodically and alternately activated and deactivated. It will be appreciated that when the vacuum cleaner is used during a floor brushing mode, the sensing device 23 detects that no cleaning liquid is fed back, and the liquid pump 22 is controlled to operate in a mode (second pumping mode) for pumping a large amount of cleaning liquid, so that the cleaning liquid in the tank 5 is instantaneously pumped to the position of the sensing device 23.
The spraying device 2 of the present embodiment, the sensing device 23 for sensing the cleaning solution is disposed on the fluid pipeline 21 between the fluid storage tank 5 and the spraying part 4, when the cleaning solution in the fluid storage tank 5 is used up, the sensing device 23 can still detect the cleaning solution, the liquid pump 22 can continue to operate, until the sensing device 23 has no cleaning solution, the liquid pump 22 can stop operating, at this time, the cleaning solution between the sensing device 23 and the fluid inlet end 211 is already sprayed out, at least a part of the cleaning solution between the sensing device 23 and the fluid outlet end 212 is also brought out by the inertia of the liquid pump 22 when the pump 22 stops, therefore, the cleaning solution in the pipeline between the fluid storage tank 5 and the spraying part 4 is mostly sprayed out, the remaining cleaning solution amount is very small, and the excessive cleaning solution amount remained in the pipeline (i.e. the fluid pipeline 21) between the fluid storage tank 5 and the spraying part 4 is effectively avoided, the odor is generated after the standing time is long.
In some embodiments, the vacuum cleaner floor brush provided by the present invention detects whether there is cleaning liquid in the fluid pipeline 21 through the sensing device 23, when no cleaning liquid is detected, such as when the vacuum cleaner floor brush is started for use, the control circuit 3 controls the liquid pump 22 to operate in the second liquid pumping mode, and the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage tank 5 is rapidly pumped to the sensing device 23, so that the cleaning liquid is rapidly pumped to the spraying component 4, so that a user does not need to wait for a long time when the vacuum cleaner floor brush is started for use, thereby improving the user experience. When the cleaning liquid is detected, the control circuit 3 controls the liquid pump 22 to operate in the first liquid pumping mode, so that the spraying unit 4 sprays the cleaning liquid to the outside uniformly. Wherein, be less than to predetermine the liquid level and can be in infusion pipeline 21 not have the cleaning solution or the liquid level of the cleaning solution in the infusion pipeline 21 is less than the position at induction system 23 place, be higher than or equal to predetermine the liquid level and can be the liquid level of the cleaning solution in the infusion pipeline 21 and be higher than or equal to the position at induction system 23 place, be equipped with the cleaning solution in the infusion pipeline 21 between liquid reserve tank 5 and induction system 23 like this moment, do not have the cleaning solution in the liquid reserve tank 5, or annotate the cleaning solution or fill up the cleaning solution.
In some embodiments, the liquid pump 22 of the present invention is operated in the first liquid pumping mode, such that after the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage tank 5 is pumped out, and the sensing device 23 detects that the cleaning liquid in the liquid conveying pipeline 21 is lower than the predetermined liquid level, the liquid pump 22 is controlled by the control circuit 3 to stop operating or continue to operate in the first liquid pumping mode.
In this embodiment, when the dust collector ground brush is started and kept running in the first liquid pumping mode, if the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage tank 5 is completely pumped out, and the sensing device 23 detects that no cleaning liquid is present in the liquid conveying pipeline 21, the liquid pumping pump 22 can be controlled to stop running through the control circuit 3, so as to reduce the power consumption of the dust collector ground brush. Of course, the control circuit 3 may further control the liquid pump 22 to operate in the first liquid pumping mode, and the liquid pump 22 is in the air pumping state.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 45, the first pumping mode provided by the present invention includes a first sub-mode and a second sub-mode, and the pumping speed in the second sub-mode is greater than the pumping speed in the first sub-mode; the dust collector floor brush further comprises an identification component 300, the identification component 300 is electrically connected with the control circuit and used for sensing an external signal and sending the external signal to the control circuit, and the control circuit controls the liquid pump to switch between the first sub-mode and the second sub-mode according to the external signal.
In this embodiment, the first fluid pumping mode includes a first sub-mode and a second sub-mode, when the cleaner brushes the cleaning solution to clean the floor, the user can trigger a contact or non-contact control signal through the identification component 300 and send the control signal to the control circuit 3, and the control circuit 3 controls the fluid pumping pump 22 to switch between the first sub-mode and the second sub-mode according to the control signal. The pumping speed under the second sub-mode is greater than the pumping speed under the first sub-mode, when the user needs to increase the spraying amount of the cleaning solution, the control signal can be triggered by the identification component 300 to enable the control circuit 3 to control the pumping pump 22 to switch to the second sub-mode for operation, and when the user needs to reduce the spraying amount of the cleaning solution, the control signal can be triggered by the identification component 300 to enable the control circuit 3 to control the pumping pump 22 to switch to the first sub-mode for operation.
The identification component 300 may be a contact-type mechanical switch, and a user may operate the mechanical switch by kicking or pressing with a hand during use, so that the mechanical switch triggers a corresponding control signal and sends the control signal to the control circuit 3. The identification component 300 may also be a non-contact inductive switch, and a user may sense the gesture during the use process, and the controllable liquid pumping pump 22 is switched to the first sub-mode by sliding the palm or the sole leftwards, and the controllable liquid pumping pump 22 is switched to the second sub-mode by sliding the palm or the sole rightwards. Further, the identification component 300 may be disposed at the edge corner of the main floor brush 1, or may be disposed at the middle position of the main floor brush 1, including but not limited to this, and a person skilled in the art may design the identification component according to actual situations.
In some embodiments, in order to avoid the overflow of the cleaning liquid in the liquid channel of the spraying member 4 after the cleaning liquid is injected into the spraying member 4 by a predetermined amount in the second liquid-pumping mode, the present embodiment controls the liquid-pumping pump 22 to switch from the second liquid-pumping mode to the first liquid-pumping mode through the control circuit 3, and controls the liquid-pumping pump 22 to switch from the first liquid-pumping mode to the second liquid-pumping mode through the control circuit 3 until the sensing device 23 detects that there is no cleaning liquid, and the above-mentioned operation is repeated in a cycle.
In some embodiments, the sensing device 23 is disposed near the liquid outlet end 212, so that the portion of the infusion pipeline 21 between the sensing device 23 and the liquid outlet end 212 is shorter, and thus, when the sensing device 23 detects that no cleaning liquid is left to stop the product (the liquid pump 22 stops working), the amount of the cleaning liquid remaining in the infusion pipeline 21 is less, and the effect of preventing the residual cleaning liquid from generating odor is better.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the sensing device 23 is disposed between the liquid pump 22 and the liquid outlet end 212; therefore, the sensing device 23 can be arranged close to the liquid outlet end 212 to a greater extent, and the amount of the residual cleaning liquid in the liquid conveying pipeline 21 when the product is stopped is further reduced.
Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the sensing device 23 may also be disposed between the liquid inlet end 211 and the liquid pump 22, and when such a scheme is adopted, the liquid pump 22 may be disposed as close as possible to the liquid outlet end 212 of the infusion pipeline 21, that is, the pipeline between the liquid pump 22 and the liquid outlet end 212 is as short as possible, and the sensing device 23 is also as close as possible to the liquid pump 22, so that the sensing device 23 is still as close as possible to the liquid outlet end 212.
