when hot water is needed, the filtered water is heated by the heating device (9) and flows out through the hot water pipe (11);
when temperature-controllable water is needed, the controller (5) receives a specific temperature value sent by the touch screen (2) firstly, the controller (5) calculates the proportion of the required normal-temperature water and the required hot water according to the temperature values detected by the first temperature sensor (8) and the second temperature sensor (10) which are received in real time, and the controller (5) controls the flow rate proportion of the water flow output by the first electric control speed regulating valve (14) and the second electric control speed regulating valve (17) according to the proportion.
