s5: the user rotates the nut 63, then, the user applies external force to the third hydraulic cylinder 65, so that the third hydraulic cylinder 65 moves in an arc by taking the externally threaded shaft pin 62 as the shaft until the third hydraulic cylinder 65 moves vertically downwards, then, the user rotates the nut 63 again, then, the user communicates with an external power supply of the third hydraulic cylinder 65, then, the user starts the third hydraulic cylinder 65 by using the external control end, so that the third hydraulic cylinder 65 drives the second universal wheel 67 to move upwards or downwards until the second universal wheel 67 moves until the second universal wheel 67 is stably contacted with the ground, and then, the user locks the second universal wheel 67;
s6: the user is communicated with the external power supply of the motor 72 to drive the rotating shaft 73 to rotate, and further drive the display screen 74 to do circular arc movement by taking the rotating shaft 73 as an axis until the display screen 74 is adjusted to the working position, then, the user starts a switch on the case 9, and then, the user operates the keyboard 8 and the externally-matched wireless mouse;
s7: when the user needs to use the service tool, the user applies an external force to the knob 103 in a direction away from the storage case 10 by hand, so that the drawer 102 is opened, and then, the user takes out the service tool from the inside of the drawer 102.
