The anti-drowning down jacket of claim 1, wherein: the down jacket body (6) comprises an inner waterproof layer (61), a down filling layer (62) positioned on the outer side of the inner waterproof layer (61), a fabric layer (63) positioned on the outer side of the down filling layer (62) and used for filling the inflatable bag (2), and an outer waterproof layer (64) positioned on the outer side of the fabric layer (63).
