S7: and repeating the steps S4-S6 for three or four times, gradually reducing the distance between the fixed pressing roller 21 and the movable pressing roller 22 until the composite sheet is rolled to a preset thickness, and blowing hot air to the composite sheet adhered to the fixed pressing roller 21 by the drying device 6 for drying treatment to enable the water content of the composite sheet to be 10% -20%.
S8: the composite sheet having reached the preset thickness is removed from the fixed press roll 21 by the scraper device, and the waste adhered to the moving press roll 22 is scraped off by the scraper device.
Preferably, when two sheets of tobacco sheets are rolled to form a composite sheet, the first distance is 1.2 to 1.5 times the preset thickness of the composite sheet; when three tobacco sheets are rolled to form the composite sheet, the size of the first interval is 1.6-2 times of the preset thickness of the composite sheet. The size of the first distance can realize that the multilayer tobacco sheets can be smoothly and smoothly rolled into a whole, if the first distance is too small, the tobacco sheets cannot smoothly enter between the two rollers, but part of the tobacco sheets are blocked above the two rollers, and proper composite sheets cannot be obtained, and if the first distance is too small, the multilayer tobacco sheets are not favorably and forcefully combined into a whole. The tobacco sheet composite rolling device and the tobacco sheet composite rolling method provided by the invention can roll different types of tobacco sheets with different physicochemical characteristics and different functions into an integrated composite sheet, so that the composite sheet has a higher filling value, the complementation between the advantages and the disadvantages of the different tobacco sheets can be realized, more physicochemical characteristics are endowed to the composite tobacco sheet, more functional materials can be added and adsorbed in the composite sheet conveniently, various indexes such as sheet structure, taste and appearance are optimized, the sheet quality is improved, the characteristics such as toughness, tensile strength and folding resistance of the formed composite sheet are greatly improved, the sheet has wider functions and purposes, and when the composite rolling device and the composite rolling method are applied to products such as cigarettes, the smoking taste can be greatly improved, and the user experience degree is improved.

a distance measuring device for detecting a distance between the movable pressing roller and the fixed pressing roller;
the first transmission device can drive the fixed compression roller to rotate at a rotating speed;
the second transmission device can drive the movable pressing roller to rotate at another rotating speed, and the rotating speed of the fixed pressing roller is greater than that of the movable pressing roller;
a drying device capable of blowing air to the sheet on the fixed press roller for drying;
the scraper device can scrape the materials on the fixed compression roller and the movable compression roller;
a feeding mechanism capable of guiding tobacco sheets to the fixed press roll;
the servo driving device, the distance measuring device, the first transmission device and the second transmission device are all electrically connected with the control unit;
the tobacco sheet composite rolling method adopting the tobacco sheet composite rolling device comprises the following steps:
s1: controlling the distance between the fixed pressing roller and the movable pressing roller to be a first distance, controlling the rotating speed of the fixed pressing roller to be a first rotating speed, and controlling the rotating speed of the movable pressing roller to be a second rotating speed, wherein the first rotating speed is greater than the second rotating speed;
s2: the method comprises the following steps of (1) guiding various tobacco sheets to a fixed pressing roller and arranging the tobacco sheets in a stacking mode, enabling the various tobacco sheets to pass through the fixed pressing roller and a movable pressing roller to realize first-time rolling to form a composite sheet, and enabling the composite sheet to be adhered to the fixed pressing roller;
s3: blowing hot air to the composite sheet adhered to the fixed compression roller by a drying device for drying treatment to ensure that the water content of the composite sheet is 25-30%;
s4: taking the composite sheet off the fixed compression roller through a scraper device, and scraping waste materials adhered to the movable compression roller through the scraper device;
s5: the servo driving device drives the movable compression roller to move close to the fixed compression roller, and the distance between the fixed compression roller and the movable compression roller is controlled to be a second distance by the distance measuring device;
s6: the composite sheet is guided to the fixed pressing roller again to pass through the fixed pressing roller and the movable pressing roller to realize secondary rolling;
s7: repeating the steps S4-S6 for three or four times, gradually reducing the distance between the fixed press roller and the movable press roller until the composite sheet is rolled to a preset thickness, and blowing hot air to the composite sheet adhered to the fixed press roller by a drying device for drying treatment to enable the water content of the composite sheet to be 10% -20%;
s8: and taking the composite sheet with the preset thickness off the fixed compression roller through the scraper device, and scraping waste materials adhered to the movable compression roller through the scraper device.

the distance measuring device is a digital laser displacement sensor, the digital laser displacement sensor transmits a detection signal obtained by detecting the distance between the movable pressing roller and the fixed pressing roller to the control unit, and the control unit controls the servo driving device to be opened or closed according to the detection signal.
