The comprehensive evaluation system for city management divides the city management evaluation into grids for evaluation, so that the city management comprehensive evaluation is more refined. Based on the above-mentioned comprehensive evaluation method for city management, the present application provides a terminal device, as shown in fig. 4, which includes at least one processor (processor) 20; a display screen 21; and a memory (memory)22, and may further include a communication Interface (Communications Interface)23 and a bus 24. The processor 20, the display 21, the memory 22 and the communication interface 23 can communicate with each other through the bus 24. The memory 22 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the terminal device, and the like. Further, the memory 22 may include a high speed random access memory and may also include a non-volatile memory. For example, a variety of media that can store program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, may also be transient storage media.
In addition, the specific processes loaded and executed by the storage medium and the instruction processors in the terminal device are described in detail in the method, and are not stated herein.

the basic information module is used for maintaining and managing the evaluation grids, the evaluation sample points and the evaluation expert database; the evaluation grid is used for directly dividing a built-up city area on a map, the evaluation sample points are used for maintaining sample points and comprise basic information and geographical positioning information of the sample points of different sample types, and the evaluation expert database is used for maintaining and managing evaluation expert data;
the evaluation index module is used for maintaining the evaluation indexes of the urban management operation and associating the evaluated evaluation indexes with the evaluation sample points; the evaluation indexes comprise names, evaluation modes, descriptions, calculation formulas, evaluation methods and data sources of the evaluation indexes;
an evaluation model building module is used for selecting evaluation indexes and building an urban management evaluation model;
the evaluation task module is used for initiating an evaluation task, wherein the evaluation task comprises a comprehensive evaluation task, a data reporting task, a questionnaire task, a field inspection task and a big data analysis task;
the data reporting module is used for receiving the data reporting task to collect the data of each department of city management and calculating an evaluation result according to the time collected by the evaluation model;
the questionnaire module is used for receiving the questionnaire survey task, selecting a related questionnaire according to evaluation requirements, wherein the questionnaire is a related evaluation result obtained by carrying out questionnaire survey work in an online and offline mode, and the evaluation result is calculated through the evaluation model;
the field inspection module is used for acquiring the field inspection task by an evaluation expert, moving the evaluation expert to an evaluation grid designated by the evaluation model to inspect a related evaluation sample point, reporting problem information of the related sample after inspection, and automatically calculating an evaluation result by the system according to the reported problem;
the big data analysis module is used for receiving the big data analysis task, acquiring relevant service data, performing data analysis according to the evaluation model, and automatically calculating an evaluation result according to a big data analysis result;
the evaluation and audit module is used for receiving the evaluation results calculated by the service platform data reporting module, the questionnaire survey module, the field inspection module and the big data analysis module, and checking and auditing the evaluation result data without returning the checked evaluation data directly;
the evaluation result module is used for receiving evaluation data which passes evaluation check, reporting the evaluation result of the task, the evaluation result of the questionnaire task, the evaluation result of the field check task and the evaluation result of the big data analysis task to the data reporting module, and automatically generating an evaluation report according to an evaluation template after the evaluation results of the tasks, the questionnaire task and the field check task and the big data analysis task are all checked;
the basic information module, the evaluation index module, the evaluation model establishing module, the evaluation task module, the data reporting module, the questionnaire module, the field inspection module, the big data analysis module, the evaluation auditing module and the evaluation result module are connected through the main control module.
2. The comprehensive evaluation system for city management according to claim 1, wherein the dividing of the built-up city area directly on the map specifically comprises:
the urban built area is divided into three types, namely a core area, a general urban area and an urban-rural joint part according to the urban built area.

The comprehensive evaluation system for city management according to claim 2, wherein the evaluation grid is formed by combining a plurality of continuous unit grids, the minimum grid of the area of the evaluation grid is not less than 0.5 square kilometer, and the maximum grid is not more than 2 square kilometers.

The city management comprehensive evaluation system according to claim 3, wherein the types of the sample points include: primary and secondary main roads, street alleys, commercial pedestrian streets, parks, squares, farm markets, public toilets, railway stations or long-distance bus stations, rivers and lakes, convenient public stall planning areas, communities and main traffic intersections.
5. The city management comprehensive evaluation system according to claim 1, wherein the evaluation task module comprises:
the data reporting task module is used for processing the data reporting task and pushing the task of city management evaluation to a business system of a relevant department through a standard interface;
the questionnaire task module is used for processing the questionnaire task and automatically pushing the questionnaire task to related public services according to the maintained questionnaire information; wherein the questionnaire comprises on-line and off-line combination;
the field inspection task module is used for processing a field inspection task, selecting related evaluation grids, evaluation sample points and evaluators according to the city scale, and directly pushing the evaluation task of the field inspection to related evaluation experts;
and the data analysis task module is used for processing the big data analysis task and generating the big data analysis task of the city management evaluation according to the evaluation model.
6. The comprehensive evaluation system for city management according to claim 5, wherein the relevant evaluation grids, evaluation sample points, and evaluators are selected by monte carlo random algorithm.
7. A comprehensive evaluation method for city management is characterized by comprising the following steps;
maintaining and managing the evaluation grids, the evaluation sample points and the evaluation expert database; the evaluation grid is used for directly dividing urban built-up areas on a map, the evaluation sample points are used for maintaining the sample points and comprise basic information and geographical positioning information of the sample points of different sample types, and the evaluation expert database is used for maintaining and managing evaluation expert data;
maintaining the evaluation indexes of the urban management operation, and associating the evaluation indexes with the evaluation sample points; the evaluation indexes comprise names, evaluation modes, descriptions, calculation formulas, evaluation methods and data sources of the evaluation indexes;
selecting an evaluation index to establish a city management evaluation model;
initiating an evaluation task, wherein the evaluation task comprises a comprehensive evaluation task, a data reporting task, a questionnaire task, a field inspection task and a big data analysis task;
collecting data of each department of city management based on the received data reporting task, and calculating an evaluation result according to the time collected by the evaluation model;
based on the received questionnaire survey task, selecting a relevant questionnaire according to evaluation requirements, wherein the questionnaire is a relevant evaluation result obtained by carrying out questionnaire survey work in an online-to-offline mode, and the evaluation result is calculated through the evaluation model;
acquiring the on-site inspection task based on an evaluation expert, proceeding to an evaluation sample point related to the evaluation grid inspection, reporting problem information of a related sample after inspection, and automatically calculating an evaluation result by the system according to the reported problem;
based on the received big data analysis task, acquiring related business data, performing data analysis according to the evaluation model, and automatically calculating an evaluation result according to a big data analysis result;
based on the evaluation results calculated by the service platform data reporting task, the questionnaire survey task, the field inspection task and the big data analysis task, the evaluation result data is inspected and audited, and the evaluation data which does not pass the audit is directly returned;
and based on the evaluation data which is approved by receiving the evaluation check, after the evaluation results of the data reporting task, the evaluation results of the questionnaire task, the evaluation results of the field inspection task and the evaluation results of the big data analysis task are all approved, automatically generating an evaluation report according to an evaluation template.
8. A computer-readable storage medium storing one or more programs which are executable by one or more processors to implement the steps in the comprehensive evaluation method for city management as claimed in claim 7.
9. A terminal device, comprising: a processor, a memory, and a communication bus; the memory has stored thereon a computer readable program executable by the processor;
the communication bus realizes connection communication between the processor and the memory;
the processor, when executing the computer readable program, performs the steps in the method for integrated valuation of city management as claimed in claim 7.
