Description

Washing and drying integrated machine and condensation air duct thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of washing machines, and particularly relates to a washing and drying integrated machine and a condensation air duct thereof.
Background
The existing dry cleaning all-in-one machine uses the vertical short air channel, when the damp and hot gas passes through the air channel, the condensed water and the air can not carry out sufficient heat exchange, the condensed water is dispersed into water mist, although the heat exchange efficiency can be improved, because the air channel is short, the water mist can be taken away by wind and enter a fan or enter a barrel, the fan is damaged or enter the barrel to blow clothes again, and the existing dry cleaning all-in-one machine filters and removes thread scraps through a filter screen, and the filter capacity of the filter screen is reduced along with the use of a user, so that the filter is not thorough; or the wind resistance becomes large because the filter screen is blocked by the thread scraps.
The U.S. patent publication No. US20200299892a1 discloses an air duct with a horseshoe-shaped structure embedded in an outer tub, both ends of the air duct are respectively provided with an air inlet, an air outlet is arranged in the middle of the horseshoe-shaped structure, the drying air volume and the heat exchange capacity are improved through two sections of air ducts, the drying time is shortened, and the heat exchange efficiency is further improved through arranging a washing nozzle in the air duct, although the drying air volume is improved and the drying time is shortened by the above scheme, the air duct is embedded in the outer tub, and occupies the space in the outer tub; although the heat exchange air quantity is improved by the two shorter air channels, the two air channels are shorter in length and cannot fully exchange heat for the damp and hot air; furthermore, although the washing nozzle improves the heat exchange efficiency and cleans the air duct, the nozzle is arranged at a higher position, so that sufficient heat exchange with air cannot be realized, and thread scraps cannot be effectively removed.
The Chinese patent with application number 202010924444.X discloses a drum washing machine with a drying and condensing system, and particularly discloses a condensing channel with a condensing water storage cavity, which comprises a first area consisting of an outer cylinder and a condensing plate, wherein high-temperature damp and hot air flows from bottom to top in the first area; a second region composed of a condensing plate and a condensing cover, in which condensed water is stored and flows; and the condensed water is sprayed out from the condensed water outlet hole on the condensing plate close to the air outlet in the form of water column, so that the heat exchange efficiency is improved; although above-mentioned scheme has promoted heat exchange efficiency through the secondary use of comdenstion water, the condensation apopore is close to the air outlet setting, and the contact time and the area of contact of damp and hot air and water column are less, and promotion heat exchange efficiency that can not be fine to wind channel in the above-mentioned scheme is the perpendicular short wind channel that sets up of upper and lower direction, and the heat exchange time of damp and hot air is lower, and heat exchange efficiency is also relatively poor.
The present invention has been made in view of this situation.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention discloses a washing and drying integrated machine and a condensation air duct thereof.
