Referring to fig. 2, the third threaded rod 32 is in threaded connection with the inside of the two sides of the movable sleeve 33, a limiting rod is installed on the outer side of the auxiliary plate 35, the limiting rod is movably sleeved inside the movable sleeve 33, the upper portion and the lower portion of the auxiliary plate 35 are provided with the second springs 34, the third threaded rod 32 is rotated to drive the height of the movable sleeve 33 to be adjusted, the tension interval of the aluminum foil paper can be conveniently controlled, meanwhile, the second springs 34 and the auxiliary plate 35 are installed inside the movable sleeve 33, the second springs 34 push the auxiliary plate 35 to be adjusted in a vertically telescopic mode, the auxiliary roller 36 is driven to provide elastic buffering force, after the aluminum foil paper is wound outside the auxiliary roller 36, the auxiliary roller 36 provides elastic buffering force for the outside of the aluminum foil paper, and the problem that the aluminum foil paper is extruded or loosened to cause influence on winding is avoided.
The working principle is as follows: when the aluminum foil paper cutting and shaping device is used, the aluminum foil paper is moved between the conveying belts 4 and the first extrusion roller 12, the outer positioning jacket 10 of the cutter is pushed to drive the distance between the cutters 9 to be adjusted, the cutter 9 is adjusted to be moved between the two conveying belts 4, the threaded rod inside the threaded jacket 6 is rotated to push the adjusting jacket 7 to move downwards, the cutter 9 can cut the outer part of the aluminum foil paper, the cutter 9 cuts redundant leftover materials of the aluminum foil paper, the aluminum foil paper is clamped between the first extrusion roller 12 and the second extrusion roller 13, the outer part of the aluminum foil paper can be extruded and shaped by the rolling of the first extrusion roller 12 and the second extrusion roller 13, the aluminum foil paper is moved to the upper part of the first roller 21 in sequence, the lower part of the auxiliary roller 36 and the upper part of the second roller 22, and the aluminum foil paper to be used is wound to the middle part of the winding roller 23, leftover bits twine to the outside of waste material rolling cylinder 24 both sides, and when driving rolling cylinder 23 rotatory, rotate first threaded rod 26 and second threaded rod 27, the position that drives extrusion locating plate 31 moves to and aligns with the position of cutter 9, rotate third threaded rod 32 simultaneously, after the position control to movable sleeve 33, can control the regulation to the buffer level of movable sleeve 33, and supplementary cylinder 36 can carry out the effect that tension control adjusted when rolling to aluminium foil paper, increase aluminium foil paper's rolling effect.
