Abstract
The invention discloses a processing method for manufacturing a large bamboo slip by utilizing side-pressed bamboo boards, which relates to the technical field of bamboo product processing and comprises the following steps: sawing and cutting the side-pressed bamboo boards, and finely grinding and polishing to obtain bamboo boards; putting the bamboo board into the preservative solution, vacuumizing and pressurizing, taking out and drying; wherein, the preservative solution comprises the following raw materials: triazole bactericide, insecticide, carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, lauramide propyl amine oxide, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, antioxidant, antifreeze agent, organic solvent and water; carrying out bottom sealing and spraying on the bamboo board by using a water-based two-component primer; engraving pictures and texts; sanding the whole surface of the sand paper, and then spraying and brushing the sand paper with the waterborne finish; filling colors into the carved pictures and texts; polishing with sand paper, and spraying water-based finish paint. The large bamboo slip processed by the invention is not easy to crack when being used outdoors, can effectively prevent the phenomena of mildew, worm damage and the like, and further effectively keeps the stability of the appearance and the size.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bamboo product processing, in particular to a processing method for manufacturing a large bamboo slip by utilizing side pressure bamboo boards.
Background
In modern decoration, bamboo is used as a fast-growing and reproducible material, has the characteristics of high strength, good toughness, easy processing and the like, and is widely used for indoor or outdoor craft ornaments such as outdoor large bamboo slips culture walls and the like due to long-standing culture. However, bamboo products themselves have the defects of easy mildew, worm damage, rotten holes and even cracking, and need to be subjected to antiseptic treatment. However, the mildew-proof effect of the existing bamboo products is not good, and the outdoor use of the bamboo products is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides the processing method for manufacturing the large bamboo slip by utilizing the side-pressing bamboo boards, the processed large bamboo slip is not easy to crack when used outdoors, the phenomena of mildew, worm damage and the like can be effectively prevented, and the appearance and the size stability of the large bamboo slip are further effectively maintained.
The invention provides a processing method for manufacturing a large bamboo slip by utilizing side-pressing bamboo boards, which comprises the following steps:
s1, sawing the side-pressed bamboo boards according to the designed size, and then finely grinding and polishing the whole bamboo boards to obtain bamboo boards;
s2, putting the bamboo board into the preservative solution, vacuumizing and pressurizing, taking out and drying; wherein, the preservative solution comprises the following raw materials: triazole bactericide, insecticide, carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, lauramide propyl amine oxide, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, an antioxidant, an antifreeze, an organic solvent and water.
S3, carrying out bottom sealing and spraying on the bamboo board by using a water-based two-component primer;
s4, engraving pictures and texts on the bamboo board after the primer paint film is completely dried;
s5, grinding the carved bamboo board comprehensively by using sand paper, and then spraying water-based finish paint;
s6, filling colors into the carved pictures and texts according to the designed picture and text color toning after the finish paint film is completely dried;
s7, polishing with sand paper, and spraying water-based finish paint.
Preferably, in S2, the preservative solution includes the following raw materials by mass: 0.5-5% of triazole bactericide, 0.1-0.8% of insecticide, 0.2-2% of carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, 0.5-2% of lauramide propyl amine oxide, 0.5-4% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.01-0.05% of antioxidant, 0.2-2% of antifreeze agent, 6-12% of organic solvent and the balance of water.
Preferably, the carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt is prepared as follows: dispersing 1 part of chitosan into 13-17 parts of isopropanol to swell for 30-40min, then slowly dropwise adding 3.5-4 parts of 40 wt% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, heating in a water bath to 40-50 ℃ after dropwise adding, and reacting for 1-2 h; slowly dripping 1.2-1.5 parts of chloroacetic acid into the reaction system, and reacting for 1-1.5 hours under heat preservation; after the reaction is finished, adjusting the pH value to be neutral, standing and cooling, washing the precipitate with absolute ethyl alcohol, and performing suction filtration to obtain a light yellow powder solid; dissolving 1 part of light yellow powder solid in 7-10 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol, adjusting the pH value of the system to 9-10, then slowly dropwise adding 7-8 parts of 50 wt% 2, 3-epoxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride aqueous solution, reacting in a water bath at 70-80 ℃ for 2-3h, adjusting the pH value of the system to be neutral after the reaction is finished, standing and cooling, washing the precipitate with absolute ethyl alcohol, and performing suction filtration to obtain the product.
In the present invention, the above quaternary ammonium salt of carboxymethyl chitosan can be obtained commercially as it is or prepared according to the above method.
Preferably, the triazole fungicide is selected from at least one of tebuconazole, cyproconazole and propiconazole; the pesticide is any one of carbamate pesticide and pyrethroid pesticide.
Preferably, the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether is selected from AEO-3, AEO-5 or a combination thereof.
Preferably, the antioxidant is selected from one or more of propyl gallate, tert-butyl hydroquinone and tert-butyl hydroquinone.
Preferably, the organic solvent is selected from at least one of ethanol, propanol, isopropanol and cyclohexane.
In the present invention, the antifreeze may be ethylene glycol or glycerin.
Preferably, in S2, the bamboo board is placed into the preservative solution, vacuumized to 0.09MPa, kept for 30-40min, pressurized to 1-1.5MPa, kept for 10-20min, taken out and dried until the water content of the bamboo board is 8-12%.
Preferably, in S5, a 240 grit sandpaper is used for full-face grinding.
Preferably, in S7, it is polished with 240 or 350 grit sandpaper.
Has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a processing method for manufacturing a large bamboo slip by utilizing side-pressed bamboo boards, which comprises the steps of placing the bamboo boards in a preservative solution, vacuumizing and pressurizing to achieve the effects of mould and insect prevention, wherein the preservative solution takes triazole bactericide as a main bactericidal component and is matched with insecticide to play a role in sterilizing and preventing insects on the bamboo boards; the added carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt compound has good water solubility and better anti-loss performance, can be firmly combined with wood fibers, improves the anti-loss performance of the triazole fungicide, and has film-forming performance on the other hand, and the fixation rate of functional components in the preservative solution in the bamboo board is improved through biological adhesion; however, the thermal stability of the carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt is low, the thermal stability of the preservative solution is improved by adding the antioxidant into the preservative solution, and the existence of the antioxidant can further improve the sterilization effect of the bactericide and improve the anti-loss capability; in addition, the carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, the lauramidopropyl amine oxide and the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether have good compatibility, the penetration of the preparation in the bamboo board is effectively promoted, the lauramidopropyl amine oxide also has a sterilization effect, and the sterilization effect of the triazole bactericide can be synergistically improved with the triazole bactericide; under the action of vacuum pressurization, the preservative solution can be well permeated into the bamboo board and uniformly distributed to form a protective layer.
The preservative solution has stable chemical properties, can effectively kill and inhibit fungi, moths, termites and the like, is not easy to run off when used outdoors, has high fixation rate, and can play a role in long-term antibacterial and mothproof protection. And spraying the bamboo board subjected to the anticorrosion treatment with primer and finish paint to improve the protective performance. The processed large bamboo slip is not easy to crack when being used outdoors, can effectively prevent the phenomena of mildew, worm damage and the like, and further effectively keeps the stability of the appearance and the size.
Detailed Description
In the present invention, ethylene glycol, glycerin, etc. which are commonly used in the art can be used as the antifreeze, and glycerin is used in the following examples and comparative examples; in the following examples and comparative examples, carbofuran was used as the insecticide.
The technical means of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific examples.
Example 1
Preparing carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt: dispersing 1 part of chitosan (the deacetylation degree is 95%) into 15 parts of isopropanol, swelling for 40min, slowly dropwise adding 3.7 parts of 40 wt% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, and heating in a water bath to 45 ℃ after dropwise adding, and reacting for 1.5 h; slowly dripping 1.3 parts of chloroacetic acid into the reaction system, and reacting for 1.5 hours under the condition of heat preservation; after the reaction is finished, adjusting the pH value to be neutral, standing and cooling, washing the precipitate with absolute ethyl alcohol, and performing suction filtration to obtain a light yellow powder solid; dissolving 1 part of light yellow powder solid in 8 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol, adjusting the pH value of the system to 10, then slowly dropwise adding 7.5 parts of 50 wt% 2, 3-epoxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride aqueous solution, reacting in a water bath at 75 ℃ for 3 hours, adjusting the pH value of the system to be neutral after the reaction is finished, standing and cooling, washing the precipitate with absolute ethyl alcohol, and performing suction filtration to obtain the product.
Example 2
The invention provides a processing method for manufacturing a large bamboo slip by utilizing side-pressed bamboo boards, which comprises the following steps:
s1, sawing the side-pressed bamboo boards according to the designed size, and then finely grinding and polishing the whole bamboo boards to obtain bamboo boards;
s2, putting the bamboo board into the preservative solution, vacuumizing to 0.09MPa, keeping for 30min, pressurizing to 1.2MPa, keeping for 15min, taking out, and drying until the water content of the bamboo board is 10%; the preservative solution comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: tebuconazole 0.5%, pesticide 0.1%, carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt 0.2% (prepared in example 1), lauramidopropyl amine oxide 0.5%, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether AEO-34%, antioxidant propyl gallate 0.01%, antifreeze agent 0.2%, ethanol 2%, isopropanol 4%, and the balance of water.
S3, carrying out bottom sealing and spraying on the bamboo board by using a water-based two-component primer;
s4, engraving pictures and texts on the bamboo board after the primer paint film is completely dried;
s5, comprehensively polishing the carved bamboo board by using No. 240 abrasive paper, and then spraying water-based finish paint;
s6, filling colors into the carved pictures and texts according to the designed picture and text color toning after the finish paint film is completely dried;
s7, polishing with No. 240 or No. 350 sand paper, and spraying 2 times of water-based finish paint.
Example 3
Compared with the embodiment 2, the difference is only that the step of S2 is different, and the specific difference is as follows:
s2, putting the bamboo board into the preservative solution, vacuumizing to 0.09MPa, keeping for 30min, pressurizing to 1.2MPa, keeping for 15min, taking out, and drying until the water content of the bamboo board is 10%; wherein the preservative solution comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 2.5% of tebuconazole, 2.5% of propiconazole, 0.8% of insecticide, 2% of carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt (prepared in example 1), 2% of lauramidopropyl amine oxide, 50.5% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether AEO-0.05% of antioxidant tert-butyl hydroquinone, 2% of antifreeze agent, 4% of propanol, 5% of isopropanol, 1% of cyclohexane and the balance of water.
Example 4
Compared with the embodiment 2, the difference is only that the step of S2 is different, and the specific difference is as follows:
s2, putting the bamboo board into the preservative solution, vacuumizing to 0.09MPa, keeping for 30min, pressurizing to 1.2MPa, keeping for 15min, taking out, and drying until the water content of the bamboo board is 10%; wherein the preservative solution comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 2% of tebuconazole, 2% of cyproconazole, 0.6% of insecticide, 1% of carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt (prepared in example 1), 1.5% of lauramidopropyl amine oxide, 32.5% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether AEO-32.5%, 0.03% of antioxidant tert-butyl hydroquinone, 0.5% of antifreeze, 5% of ethanol, 7% of isopropanol and the balance of water.
Comparative example 1
Compared with the embodiment 4, the difference is only that the step of S2 is different, and the specific difference is as follows:
s2, putting the bamboo board into the preservative solution, vacuumizing to 0.09MPa, keeping for 30min, pressurizing to 1.2MPa, keeping for 15min, taking out, and drying until the water content of the bamboo board is 10%; wherein the preservative solution comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 2% of tebuconazole, 2% of cyproconazole, 0.6% of insecticide, 1.5% of lauramidopropyl amine oxide, 32.5% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether AEO-0, 0.03% of antioxidant tert-butyl hydroquinone, 0.5% of antifreeze, 5% of ethanol, 7% of isopropanol and the balance of water.
Comparative example 2
Compared with the embodiment 4, the difference is only that the step of S2 is different, and the specific difference is as follows:
s2, putting the bamboo board into the preservative solution, vacuumizing to 0.09MPa, keeping for 30min, pressurizing to 1.2MPa, keeping for 15min, taking out, and drying until the water content of the bamboo board is 10%; wherein the preservative solution is an aqueous solution of carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt.
The bamboo boards prepared in examples 2 to 4 of the present invention and comparative examples 1 to 2 were subjected to performance tests.
1. Corrosion resistance test
The bamboo test block is treated by adopting the method specified in the industry standard LY/T1283-2011 laboratory test method for toxicity of wood preservative solution on decay fungi, the drug absorption amount and the preservative effect are measured, and the blank is an untreated sample.
2. Loss resistance test
The bamboo test block is processed by adopting a method specified in the national standard GB/T23229-2009 analysis method of water-borne wood preservative solution, the fixation rate is measured and calculated according to the sum of the triazole bactericide and the pesticide in the preservative solution, and the high performance liquid chromatography is adopted for testing and calculating.
The results are shown in tables 1 and 2.

The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered as the technical solutions and the inventive concepts of the present invention within the technical scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A processing method for manufacturing large bamboo slips by utilizing side-pressing bamboo boards is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, sawing the side-pressed bamboo boards according to the designed size, and then finely grinding and polishing the whole bamboo boards to obtain bamboo boards;
s2, putting the bamboo board into the preservative solution, vacuumizing and pressurizing, taking out and drying; wherein, the preservative solution comprises the following raw materials: triazole bactericide, insecticide, carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, lauramide propyl amine oxide, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, antioxidant, antifreeze agent, organic solvent and water;
s3, carrying out bottom sealing and spraying on the bamboo board by using a water-based two-component primer;
s4, engraving pictures and texts on the bamboo board after the primer paint film is completely dried;
s5, grinding the carved bamboo board comprehensively by using sand paper, and then spraying water-based finish paint;
s6, filling colors into the carved pictures and texts according to the designed picture and text color toning after the finish paint film is completely dried;
s7, polishing with sand paper, and spraying water-based finish paint.
2. The processing method for manufacturing the large bamboo slip by utilizing the side pressed bamboo boards as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step S2, the preservative solution comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 0.5-5% of triazole bactericide, 0.1-0.8% of insecticide, 0.2-2% of carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, 0.5-2% of lauramide propyl amine oxide, 0.5-4% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.01-0.05% of antioxidant, 0.2-2% of antifreeze agent, 6-12% of organic solvent and the balance of water.
3. The processing method for manufacturing the large bamboo slip by using the side pressed bamboo boards as claimed in claim 2, wherein the carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt is prepared as follows: dispersing 1 part of chitosan into 13-17 parts of isopropanol to swell for 30-40min, then slowly dropwise adding 3.5-4 parts of 40 wt% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, heating in a water bath to 40-50 ℃ after dropwise adding is finished, and reacting for 1-2 h; slowly dripping 1.2-1.5 parts of chloroacetic acid into the reaction system, and reacting for 1-1.5 hours under heat preservation; after the reaction is finished, adjusting the pH value to be neutral, standing and cooling, washing the precipitate with absolute ethyl alcohol, and performing suction filtration to obtain a light yellow powder solid; dissolving 1 part of light yellow powder solid in 7-10 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol, adjusting the pH value of the system to 9-10, slowly dropwise adding 7-8 parts of 50 wt% 2, 3-epoxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride aqueous solution, reacting in 70-80 ℃ water bath for 2-3h, adjusting the pH value of the system to be neutral after the reaction is finished, standing and cooling, washing the precipitate with absolute ethyl alcohol, and performing suction filtration to obtain the product.
4. The processing method for manufacturing the large bamboo slip by utilizing the side-pressed bamboo boards as claimed in claim 2, wherein the triazole fungicide is at least one selected from tebuconazole, cyproconazole and propiconazole; the pesticide is any one of carbamate pesticide and pyrethroid pesticide.
5. The processing method for manufacturing the large bamboo slip by utilizing the side pressed bamboo boards as claimed in claim 2, wherein the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether is selected from AEO-3, AEO-5 or the combination thereof.
6. The processing method for manufacturing the large bamboo slip by using the side pressed bamboo boards as claimed in claim 2, wherein the antioxidant is one or more selected from propyl gallate, tert-butyl hydroquinone and tert-butyl hydroquinone.
7. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the organic solvent is at least one selected from ethanol, propanol, isopropanol, and cyclohexane.
8. The processing method for manufacturing the large bamboo slip by utilizing the side pressed bamboo boards as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein in S2, the bamboo boards are put into the preservative solution, vacuumized to 0.09MPa, kept for 30 to 40min, then pressurized to 1 to 1.5MPa, kept for 10 to 20min, taken out and dried until the moisture content of the bamboo boards is 8 to 12 percent.
9. The method for manufacturing the large bamboo slip by using the side pressed bamboo boards as claimed in any one of claims 1, wherein in S5, 240-size sand paper is used for full-face grinding.
10. The method for manufacturing the large bamboo slip by using the side pressed bamboo boards as claimed in any one of claim 1, wherein in S7, the large bamboo slip is polished by using 240 or 350 grit sandpaper.
