Compared with the embodiment 2, the difference is only that the step of S2 is different, and the specific difference is as follows:

The bamboo boards prepared in examples 2 to 4 of the present invention and comparative examples 1 to 2 were subjected to performance tests.
1. Corrosion resistance test
The bamboo test block is treated by adopting the method specified in the industry standard LY/T1283-2011 laboratory test method for toxicity of wood preservative solution on decay fungi, the drug absorption amount and the preservative effect are measured, and the blank is an untreated sample.
2. Loss resistance test
The bamboo test block is processed by adopting a method specified in the national standard GB/T23229-2009 analysis method of water-borne wood preservative solution, the fixation rate is measured and calculated according to the sum of the triazole bactericide and the pesticide in the preservative solution, and the high performance liquid chromatography is adopted for testing and calculating.
The results are shown in tables 1 and 2.

The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered as the technical solutions and the inventive concepts of the present invention within the technical scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A processing method for manufacturing large bamboo slips by utilizing side-pressing bamboo boards is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, sawing the side-pressed bamboo boards according to the designed size, and then finely grinding and polishing the whole bamboo boards to obtain bamboo boards;
s2, putting the bamboo board into the preservative solution, vacuumizing and pressurizing, taking out and drying; wherein, the preservative solution comprises the following raw materials: triazole bactericide, insecticide, carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, lauramide propyl amine oxide, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, antioxidant, antifreeze agent, organic solvent and water;
s3, carrying out bottom sealing and spraying on the bamboo board by using a water-based two-component primer;
s4, engraving pictures and texts on the bamboo board after the primer paint film is completely dried;
s5, grinding the carved bamboo board comprehensively by using sand paper, and then spraying water-based finish paint;
s6, filling colors into the carved pictures and texts according to the designed picture and text color toning after the finish paint film is completely dried;
s7, polishing with sand paper, and spraying water-based finish paint.
2. The processing method for manufacturing the large bamboo slip by utilizing the side pressed bamboo boards as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step S2, the preservative solution comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 0.5-5% of triazole bactericide, 0.1-0.8% of insecticide, 0.2-2% of carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, 0.5-2% of lauramide propyl amine oxide, 0.5-4% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.01-0.05% of antioxidant, 0.2-2% of antifreeze agent, 6-12% of organic solvent and the balance of water.
3. The processing method for manufacturing the large bamboo slip by using the side pressed bamboo boards as claimed in claim 2, wherein the carboxymethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium salt is prepared as follows: dispersing 1 part of chitosan into 13-17 parts of isopropanol to swell for 30-40min, then slowly dropwise adding 3.5-4 parts of 40 wt% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, heating in a water bath to 40-50 ℃ after dropwise adding is finished, and reacting for 1-2 h; slowly dripping 1.2-1.5 parts of chloroacetic acid into the reaction system, and reacting for 1-1.5 hours under heat preservation; after the reaction is finished, adjusting the pH value to be neutral, standing and cooling, washing the precipitate with absolute ethyl alcohol, and performing suction filtration to obtain a light yellow powder solid; dissolving 1 part of light yellow powder solid in 7-10 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol, adjusting the pH value of the system to 9-10, slowly dropwise adding 7-8 parts of 50 wt% 2, 3-epoxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride aqueous solution, reacting in 70-80 ℃ water bath for 2-3h, adjusting the pH value of the system to be neutral after the reaction is finished, standing and cooling, washing the precipitate with absolute ethyl alcohol, and performing suction filtration to obtain the product.

The processing method for manufacturing the large bamboo slip by utilizing the side-pressed bamboo boards as claimed in claim 2, wherein the triazole fungicide is at least one selected from tebuconazole, cyproconazole and propiconazole; the pesticide is any one of carbamate pesticide and pyrethroid pesticide.
5. The processing method for manufacturing the large bamboo slip by utilizing the side pressed bamboo boards as claimed in claim 2, wherein the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether is selected from AEO-3, AEO-5 or the combination thereof.
6. The processing method for manufacturing the large bamboo slip by using the side pressed bamboo boards as claimed in claim 2, wherein the antioxidant is one or more selected from propyl gallate, tert-butyl hydroquinone and tert-butyl hydroquinone.
7. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the organic solvent is at least one selected from ethanol, propanol, isopropanol, and cyclohexane.
8. The processing method for manufacturing the large bamboo slip by utilizing the side pressed bamboo boards as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein in S2, the bamboo boards are put into the preservative solution, vacuumized to 0.09MPa, kept for 30 to 40min, then pressurized to 1 to 1.5MPa, kept for 10 to 20min, taken out and dried until the moisture content of the bamboo boards is 8 to 12 percent.
9. The method for manufacturing the large bamboo slip by using the side pressed bamboo boards as claimed in any one of claims 1, wherein in S5, 240-size sand paper is used for full-face grinding.
10. The method for manufacturing the large bamboo slip by using the side pressed bamboo boards as claimed in any one of claim 1, wherein in S7, the large bamboo slip is polished by using 240 or 350 grit sandpaper.
