In the lifting process of the lifting frame 2, the movable frame 4 moves in parallel with the guide wheel 7 and the guide groove 6, so that the distance between the paint spraying device 3 and the surface of the ship is fixed, and the paint spraying uniformity of the surface of the ship is ensured. The lifting frame 2 is lifted and translated with the movable frame 4 in a mechanical linkage mode, an independent driving mechanism is not needed for driving the movable frame 4 to translate, the structure is simple, the cost is low, and meanwhile, the reliability is good in the mechanical linkage mode.
