limiting chutes are processed on the outer sides of the six groups of bearing pipes 6-1 in the medicine taking plate 6, limiting plates 6-3 are welded on the outer sides of the six groups of bearing pipes 6-1 at positions corresponding to the limiting chutes, the six groups of limiting plates 6-3 are located at the upper ends of the limiting chutes, rotating plates are welded on the left sides of the lower ends of the outer sides of the six groups of bearing pipes 6-1, and the six groups of baffles 6-2 are rotatably connected with the rotating plates.

The medicine taking plate 6 is driven by the rotating motor 4-5 to rotate on the weighing plate 4, so that the medicine taking plate 6 rotates according to a certain angle, the bearing pipe 6-1 is concentric with the through groove, medicines in the through groove enter the bearing pipe 6-1, when the bearing pipe 6-1 is filled with the medicines, an air cylinder rod of the air cylinder 2-1 is retracted, the sliding block 2-2 returns to the original position, meanwhile, the medicine taking plate 6 rotates under the driving of the rotating motor 4-5, and the bearing pipe 6-1 moves right above the weighing cabin 4-1 under the driving of the medicine taking plate 6.
When the bearing pipe 6-1 moves right above the weighing cabin 4-1, the rotating motor 4-1 stops rotating, the bearing pipe 6-1 generates acting force on the bearing plate 4-2 under the action of self gravity and the weight of the medicine, so that the bearing plate 4-2 compresses air in the weighing cabin 4-1, and meanwhile, the air pressure sensor 4-3 monitors air pressure, and therefore the overall weight of the bearing pipe 6-1 is obtained.
When the whole weight of the bearing pipe 6-1 exceeds a set value, namely the weight of the medicine exceeds the set value, the air pump 1-1 works to communicate the electromagnetic valve of the dispensing cylinder 3-1 to work, so that the cylinder rod of the dispensing cylinder 3-1 extends out, the dispensing pipe 3-3 extends out of the bearing pipe 6-1 under the driving of the dispensing cylinder 3-1, the medicine in the bearing pipe 6-1 is extracted through the dispensing groove 3-4, and the weight of the medicine in the bearing pipe 6-1 meets the requirement;
when the whole weight of the bearing pipe 6-1 is smaller than a set value, the electromagnetic valve communicated with the dispensing cylinder 3-1 is closed, the electromagnetic valve communicated with the medicine supplementing space works, the air pump 1-1 infuses air into the medicine supplementing space, so that the medicines in the dispensing groove 3-4 are separated from the dispensing pipe 3-3 under the extrusion of the air and enter the bearing pipe 6-1, and the weight of the medicines in the bearing pipe 6-1 reaches the set value.
When the whole weight of the bearing pipe 6-1 reaches a set value, the rotating motor 4-5 rotates for a certain angle, so that the bearing pipe 6-1 is driven by the medicine taking plate 6 to move right above the mixing through groove 4-4, the baffle 6-2 rotates around the rotating column 6-5 under the action of the self gravity and the bearing pipe 6-1, meanwhile, the bearing pipe 6-1 moves downwards under the action of the self gravity, the medicine in the bearing pipe 6-1 flows onto the mixing sliding plate 5-1 through the mixing through groove 4-4 after losing the blockage of the baffle 6-2, the rotating motor 4-5 rotates for a certain angle again after all the medicine in the bearing pipe 6-1 leaves, and when the rotating motor 4-5 rotates, the baffle 6-2 rotates to the original position around the rotating column 6-5 under the action of a landslide, meanwhile, the bearing pipe 6-1 returns to the original position in the medicine taking plate 6 under the supporting action of the baffle 6-2, and after the rotation of the rotating motor 4-5 is finished, the bearing pipe 6-1 is located right below the medicine outlet again.
The medicines slide to the central position of the mixing chamber 5 under the support of the mixing slide plate 5-1, when a plurality of medicines leave the mixing slide plate 5-1, the medicines collide, so that the medicines are mixed together, the mixed medicines fall on the mixing block 5-2, the medicines spirally move downwards under the action of the spiral plate and fall on the mixing chamber 5, the medicines continuously rotate downwards on the mixing chamber 5, are continuously mixed with other medicines in the rotating process, finally enter the medicine outlet pipe 5-3, and enter the capsule through the medicine outlet pipe 5-3.
