Abstract

一种通信方法及装置,尤其适用于非陆地网络,其中方法包括:终端设备确定需要获取第一时长,确定第一时长,并根据第一时长确定定时提前量,该定时提前量用于终端设备与网络设备之间的通信。通过上述方法,终端设备可以根据自身的需要来确定第一时长,从而能够降低终端设备的能耗;此外,终端设备还可以根据来自网络设备的辅助参数,计算随时间变化的定时提前量,以减少频繁读取系统消息的能耗。
