through installing fan unit 611 on sunshade 6, for the staff in the survey and drawing provides the radiating function of blowing, keep operational environment's comfort level, reduce the hot air and influence the staff and concentrate attention and survey and draw, fan unit 611 passes the inside of cooler bin 620 through drainage tube 612 and exhaust tube 613, conveniently cools off the processing to the gas of carrying, provides reliable and stable survey and drawing environment for the maintainer.
Further, a rotating table 9 is mounted on the mounting baffle 5, and the rotating table 9 is movably mounted right above the mounting table 3;
the rotary table 9 is coaxial with the mounting table 3.
