A dual fail-safe anti-tamper device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the anti-tamper component further comprises a first resistor and a second resistor, one end of the first resistor is connected to the low voltage power supply, the other end of the first resistor is connected to one end of the dome microswitch, the other end of the dome microswitch is connected to the anti-tamper control board, and the connection point is a first connection point; one end of the second resistor is grounded, and the other end of the second resistor is connected with the first connecting point.
5. A dual fail-safe apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the anti-tamper control panel comprises an MCU peripheral circuit and a detection circuit, and the detection circuit is connected to the MCU peripheral circuit and the anti-tamper part, respectively.
6. A dual fail-safe apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the fail-safe control panel further comprises a communication module, the communication module being connected to the monitoring center via an antenna.

The dual fail-safe apparatus according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein when the electronic device is externally connected to a power supply, the anti-damage control board is powered by the power supply externally connected to the electronic device; when the electronic equipment does not have an external power supply, the damage-proof control panel is powered by a lithium battery.
8. A dual fail-safe protection device according to any of claims 1 to 6, wherein the alarm comprises an audible alarm, a photoelectric alarm and a vibratory alarm.
9. An electronic device comprising the double-insurance tamper-proof apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A tamper-proofing method applied to the electronic device of claim 9, the method comprising:
when the shell of the electronic equipment is not damaged, the elastic sheet of the elastic sheet micro switch is pressed by an external force exerted by the part bulge, the switch is closed under the state that the elastic sheet is pressed, and the MCU of the anti-damage control panel detects a high level;
when electronic equipment's shell was destroyed, shell fragment micro-gap switch's shell fragment lost the protruding external force of applying of part of shell and is the bounce-off state, and under the shell fragment was bounced off the state, the switch disconnection, and the MCU of the control panel of preventing destroying detects the low level, and the MCU of the control panel of preventing destroying sends signal for alarm and communication module, and the alarm is accomplished locally and is reported an emergency and asked for help or increased vigilance, and communication module sends information transfer to surveillance center, accomplishes remote alarm.
