Some embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structure diagram of an intelligent meal selecting integrated machine 100 according to an embodiment of the application is shown. Exemplarily, the intelligent meal selecting integrated machine 100 includes an induction weighing device 110, a display alarm device 120, a processor 130 and a memory 140, where the induction weighing device 110 is used to obtain a weighing value, the display alarm device 120 is used for displaying weight and alarming, the memory 140 stores a computer program, and the processor 130 is used to execute the computer program to implement the intelligent meal selecting integrated machine alarming method of the embodiment, so as to improve alarming accuracy, reduce alarm omission ratio and alarm false alarm rate, and further improve user experience and the like.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the inductive weighing device 110 is comprised primarily of a tray placement area 111, RFID reader 112, analog/digital (A/D) converter 113, weighing area 114, etc., while the display alarm device 120 is comprised primarily of An Zhuobing, 121, etc. Wherein the RFID reader 112 is disposed at the bottom of the tray placement area 111, and the analog/digital converter 113 and the RFID reader 112 are electrically connected to the processor 130. Illustratively, before a diner takes a meal, personal information is bound with a tray; when taking a meal, the tray is placed in the tray placement area 111, and then the RFID reader 112 reads the RFID tag embedded in the tray to send the information of the meal person to the processor 130; and the obtained weighing values are uploaded to the processor 130 at regular time through the analog/digital converter 113, for example, 1 weighing value can be reported every 0.5s and other time intervals, so that the processor 130 performs corresponding processes such as charging, alarm judgment and the like according to the weighing values reported in real time.
Based on the structure of the intelligent meal selecting integrated machine 100, the embodiment of the application provides an intelligent meal selecting integrated machine alarm method to improve the alarm accuracy of the intelligent meal selecting integrated machine 100, reduce the alarm omission rate and the alarm false alarm rate, so that the intelligent meal selecting integrated machine has certain self-adaptability to environmental changes, and particularly can identify some typical extreme conditions, improve the use experience of users and the like.
Referring to fig. 3, the alarm method of the intelligent meal selecting integrated machine of the embodiment includes the following steps S110 to S150:
S110, detecting whether the weighing value acquired at the current moment is an outlier or not and whether the designated label is identified at the current moment or not.
The outlier is also called an outlier, and is mainly caused by abnormal change of weighing caused by actions such as false touch, false touch and the like of a diner or a manager. In this embodiment, by performing outlier judgment on the weighing value reported each time, which is equivalent to adding a filter, continuous weighing values with overlarge phase difference are filtered out, so that abnormal weight changes on the weighing caused by actions such as false touch and false touch can be effectively filtered, false alarm can be avoided, false alarm rate is reduced, and user experience is improved.
For example, when the outlier judgment is performed, the calculation may be performed in combination with the weighing values of the current time and the previous historical time, for example, if the absolute value of the difference between the weighing values of the current time and the previous time is greater than a preset value, and the absolute value of the difference between the weighing values of the previous time and the previous time is also greater than the preset value, then the weighing value at the current time is determined to be the outlier, otherwise, the weighing value at the current time is not the outlier.
For ease of illustration, the initial time t 0,t0 is herein described as the time when the machine is started and receives the weight value reported from the inductive weighing device 110. Assuming that the inductive weighing device 110 reports 1 weighing value every 500ms (i.e. 0.5 s), t n represents the time of the n/2 th second. At the same time, recordFor the weighing value at time t n, then/>Is a time series as shown in fig. 4. Wherein, the initial time t 0/>Indicating receipt of the first weighing value from the inductive weighing device 110.
For the above outlier judgment, the state of whether the weighing value at each moment is the outlier is passed through a time sequenceRepresentation, where/>Then represents the weighing value/>, at time t n Is an outlier,/>Then represent/>Not outliers.
Then, at time t n, if there isAnd/> All are true, then/>Assigning a value of 1; otherwise,/>The value is 0. Wherein δ 2 represents/>The maximum allowable variation value in the normal range, such as 10g, can be set, and can be specifically adjusted according to actual requirements.
Wherein, the specified label is an administrator label or a diner label. For the intelligent meal selecting all-in-one machine 100, the tag state is read at each moment, so that the following reading conditions may exist, and for convenience in distinguishing, the tag state at each moment is recorded, thereby obtaining a sequenceFor example, if the tag card is not read at the current time t n,/>Otherwise, if the read tag card number is an administrator, then/>Otherwise, if the read tag card number is a diner,/>Otherwise,/>Meaning that the read tag card is neither an administrator nor a diner, and is a tag card that is not entered into the system.
And S120, when the outlier is detected and the designated label is not identified, determining whether the early warning state needs to be triggered at the current moment or not based on the weighing value at the current moment.
In one embodiment, whether the change of the weighing value at the current moment and the display weight at the last moment exceeds a first preset threshold value or not can be detected, and when the change of the weighing value at the current moment and the display weight at the last moment exceeds the first preset threshold value, the early warning state is determined to be triggered at the current moment, otherwise, the early warning is not triggered (namely early warning), namely, if the change of the weighing value at the current moment and the display weight at the last moment does not exceed the threshold value, the condition that the early warning is not triggered is indicated to be in a normal range.
Assume that the display weight displayed by the display alarm device 120 at time t n is recorded asFor example,/>The display weight at 5 seconds is shown. Then, time t n/>And/>The absolute value of the difference is recorded as/>I.e./>If it detects/>And determining that the early warning state is triggered at the current moment, otherwise, not triggering the early warning state.
In order to conveniently distinguish the early warning state from the subsequent alarm state, the method can be used forTo indicate whether the integrated machine triggers an early warning state, wherein,/>Indicating that the early warning state is triggered at time t n,Indicating that the early warning state is not triggered at the time t n.
It will be appreciated that triggering the pre-alarm is a buffer mechanism, and further checking whether an alarm is actually necessary is required before an alarm signal is actually issued. This reduces unnecessary alarm operations.
As shown in fig. 5, the determination of the display weight for each time instant includes the following steps:
S121, when the weighing value at the current moment is detected not to be an outlier, determining whether the absolute value of the difference between the weighing values at the current moment and the last moment is larger than a second preset threshold value.
And S122, if the weighing value is larger than the preset threshold value, determining that the weighing value at the current moment is a stable value, otherwise, determining that the weighing value is not the stable value.
And S123, if the weighing value is a stable value, taking the stable weighing value as the display weight at the current moment.
If the display weight is not the stable value, the display weight at the previous time is set as the display weight at the current time at S124.
For example, the weighing value at time t n The state of whether it is a stable value is noted as/> Then represent/>Is a stable value,/>Then represent/>Not a stable value. Thus, if there isThen/>Assignment of/> Assigning a value of 1; otherwise,/>Assignment of/> The value is 0.
It can be understood that the reported weighing values are filtered once and the stable weighing values are displayed, and when the fact that the weighing value at the current moment is not the stable value is detected, each weighing value is reported once in 0.5s, and no large change exists in a short time, so that the display weight at the previous moment can be continuously displayed. This allows for the need for the diner to see the correct meal weight, etc.
In addition, as an alternative scheme, the intelligent meal selecting integrated machine alarming method further comprises the following steps:
If the weighing value at the current moment is an outlier or the specified label is identified, the intelligent meal selecting integrated machine 100 is controlled not to send an alarm signal at the current moment.
It can be understood that if the weighing value is identified as an outlier, the judgment is made that the weighing value belongs to misoperation and the like, so that false alarm can be avoided, and the use experience of a user is improved. Also, if an administrator or diner tag is identified, it is indicated that they may be adding or taking dishes, etc. at the present time, which is a legal operation, so that an alarm signal should be avoided. Otherwise, if no tag is identified or other tags are identified, there may be a malfunction or other situation, and at this time, further judgment may be made to actually determine whether an alarm is required.
S130, if the early warning state is triggered, further determining whether the current moment needs to enter the warning state.
Wherein the alarm state is a further operation than the pre-alarm state. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, even if the alarm state is entered, the alarm is not necessarily given, and other factors such as whether the alarm state is already in the previous moment need to be considered, so that repeated triggering of the alarm on the same abnormal condition can be avoided, and false alarm and the like can be prevented.
In one embodiment, the step S130 may include:
when detecting that the preset number of historical moments adjacent to the current moment are in an early warning state and are not in an alarm state at the previous moment or are not in the alarm state in a plurality of continuous time, determining that the current moment enters the alarm state, or else, not entering the alarm state.
Assume that the alarm state of the weighing integrated machine at the time t n is recorded asWherein,Then it indicates that the all-in-one machine is in an alarm state at time t n,/>And the result indicates that the all-in-one machine is not in an alarm state at the time t n.
In this embodiment, when determining whether the all-in-one machine is in an alarm state, the following conditions are described before determining logic:
Condition a:
Condition b: Or/>
Condition c:
Condition d: floor represents a rounding down operation;
Then, at time t n: if (condition a or condition d) and both conditions b, c are true, i.e. if the machine is not in an alarm state at one time or has been in an alarm state for several consecutive times, and no manager or diner tag is identified, and the consecutive times are early warning states, then Assigning a value of 1; otherwise, willThe value is 0.
And S140, when the current moment is determined to enter an alarm state, if the current intelligent meal selecting integrated machine 100 does not send an alarm signal and a stable weighing value exceeding a preset number of times appears after the last alarm releasing, controlling the intelligent meal selecting integrated machine 100 to send the alarm signal. For example, the catering staff can be reminded of timely handling wrong operations of the diners by sending out sound and/or light alarm signals.
It can be appreciated that before the intelligent meal selecting integrated machine actually sends out an alarm signal through the display alarm device 120, it needs to determine whether the following conditions are satisfied:
Condition a:
Condition b: Or/>
Condition c:
Condition d:
Condition e:
at time t n:
If the conditions a, b, c, d, e are all true, i.e. the weighing value at the current moment is not an outlier, no administrator or diner tag is identified, the current all-in-one machine is not in an alarm state (i.e. is not currently alarming), a plurality of continuous times exceed a preset threshold delta 2 (i.e. a plurality of continuous times are in an early warning state), and the stable times of the weighing value exceeds a certain threshold after the last time the alarm state is released are all satisfied, then an alarm signal is controlled to be sent; otherwise, the alarm signal is not sent out.
As an alternative, an automatic release mechanism is also provided in this solution. As shown in fig. 6, when the intelligent meal selecting integrated machine 100 is controlled to send out an alarm signal, the method further includes:
S150, setting a plurality of continuous moments after the current moment as entering an alarm state; wherein, the continuous moments are determined according to the preset alarm duration.
The alarm duration time is the waiting time for automatically releasing the alarm after the integrated machine sends out the alarm signal, and the unit is seconds. If the duration of the alarm exceeds this value, the alarm will be automatically cancelled, for example, it may be set to 2-4 seconds. Assuming for example 3 seconds, several successive moments (t n+1~tn+5) as described above will be taken as examplesSet to 1. Thus, the alarm signal can be ensured to continuously alarm for a period of time. For example, in the case of no tray, when only 1 change of the actual weight exceeds the threshold value, the alarm command issued by the integrated machine should be 1 time and only 1 time, i.e. 1 change should not issue a plurality of commands, so as to prevent the same action from generating a plurality of alarms, etc.
Accordingly, the intelligent meal selecting integrated machine 100 is controlled to send out an alarm signal, and then further comprises:
And S160, when the alarm duration of the alarm signal reaches the alarm duration, the alarm is released.
It can be appreciated that, considering that if the alarm time is always continuous, the manager needs to manually release each alarm, and the long-time alarm sound and the like can make the diners and other diners feel bad, the automatic release mechanism can also reduce the active operation of the manager, reduce the workload of the manager, thereby improving the use experience of the manager, and simultaneously improving the experience of the diners.
The intelligent meal selecting integrated machine alarming method of the embodiment can accurately detect whether the weight change on the electronic scale exceeds a set threshold value or not by timely and real-timely collecting and reporting the weighing value through the induction weighing device, and timely and accurately send out an alarming instruction without missing any abnormal condition; meanwhile, the weighing value at the current moment, the weighing value at the historical moment and/or the display weight, the state at the historical moment and the like are combined to carry out comprehensive judgment so as to determine whether an alarm signal needs to be sent out or not, and misoperation such as false touch, false touch and the like, such as actions such as pressing, touching and light point and the like, which are symmetrical by a diner can be intelligently filtered, so that the use experience of a user is improved; and the weight change caused by natural phenomena such as evaporation can be alarmed, so that workers are reminded of processing expired dishes and the like. In addition, the method also has the advantages that the alarm can not be triggered repeatedly under the same abnormal condition, false alarm is prevented, and the use experience of managers and diners is improved.
Referring to fig. 7, based on the foregoing alarm method, the present embodiment provides an intelligent meal selecting integrated machine alarm device 200, and the intelligent meal selecting integrated machine alarm device 200 includes:
the detection module 210 is configured to detect whether the weighing value obtained at the current moment is an outlier and whether the specified label is identified at the current moment;
a first determining module 220, configured to determine, when the detection is not an outlier and the designated tag is not identified, whether an early warning state needs to be triggered at the current moment based on the weighing value;
the second determining module 230 is configured to further determine whether the alarm state needs to be entered at the current moment if the early warning state is triggered;
the control module 240 is configured to, when determining that the current time enters the alarm state, control the intelligent meal selecting integrated machine 100 to send an alarm signal if the current intelligent meal selecting integrated machine 100 does not send the alarm signal and a stable weighing value exceeding a preset number of times occurs after the previous alarm release.
It will be appreciated that the apparatus of this embodiment corresponds to the method of the above embodiment, and that the alternatives in the above embodiment are equally applicable to this embodiment, so that the description will not be repeated here.
The application also provides a readable storage medium for storing the computer program used in the intelligent meal selecting integrated machine 100.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other manners.
