The beneficial effects of the corresponding embodiment are that, read the borrower's right of borrowing through RFID reader, judge whether mechanical lock can be opened according to the right of borrowing, if can open and send the unlocking signal to mechanical lock, if can not open and send and report wrong signal. Thereby realizing unmanned automatic book borrowing. The borrower can return the book by self when returning the book, which belongs to the prior art and is not described any more.
Example two
The scheme provides a preferable scheme for realizing the book management method for unmanned borrowing. As shown in fig. 3, the method comprises the following steps:
step S210, a borrowing request is obtained through the RFID reader, and the borrowing request comprises borrower identity information, RFID equipment information and mechanical lock information.
And step S220, obtaining the lending authority of the lender through the lender identity information.

Step S240, if the mechanical lock is unlocked, an unlocking signal is sent, and if the mechanical lock is not unlocked, an error signal is sent.
And step S250, after the mechanical lock acquires the unlocking signal, the mechanical lock performs unlocking action of popping up the label column bound with the book from the locking position.
This scheme relates to a concrete mode of unblanking and unlocking mechanism. The locking relationship between the book and the mechanical lock is realized by the label column bound with the book in advance. The unlocking mechanism and the label column are mechanically matched to realize unlocking and locking processes.
Specifically, the mechanical lock locking process:
a1: placing the book in a development book grid;
b1: inserting the label column bound with the book into a positioning position in a lock hole of a first mechanical lock from top to bottom;
the first mechanical lock comprises a horizontal plug, the horizontal plug is connected with the horizontal push plate through a horizontal spring, and the horizontal electromagnet controls the horizontal displacement of the horizontal push plate so as to control the horizontal plug to be inserted into or leave the lock hole;
c1: the tag column continuously penetrates into the bottom of the lock hole from the positioning position, and pushes the horizontal plug and extrudes the horizontal spring;
d1: the pin body of the label column is inserted into the locking position and compresses the vertical spring at the bottom of the locking position, the concave step of the label column is flush with the horizontal plug, and the horizontal plug is inserted into the concave step under the action force of the horizontal spring after losing the extrusion force and locks the label column;
the mechanical lock unlocking process:
e1: acquiring an unlocking signal, controlling a horizontal push plate to compress a horizontal spring through a horizontal electromagnet, further enabling a horizontal plug to leave an inward concave step of the label column, and unlocking the label column;
f1: the label column is ejected out from the self-locking position under the elastic action of the vertical spring.
In another embodiment, the mechanism and process for locking and unlocking a mechanical lock comprises:
a3: placing the book in the book grid;
b3: inserting the label column bound with the book into a lock hole of a first mechanical lock from bottom to top;
the first mechanical lock comprises a horizontal plug, the horizontal plug is connected with the horizontal push plate through a horizontal spring, and the horizontal electromagnet controls the horizontal displacement of the horizontal push plate so as to control the horizontal plug to be inserted into or leave the lock hole;
c3: the label column upwards extrudes and pushes away the horizontal plug and extrudes the horizontal spring, when the pin body of the label column enters the locking groove, the concave step of the label column is flush with the horizontal plug, and the horizontal plug is inserted into the concave step under the action force of the horizontal spring after the extrusion force of the horizontal plug is lost and locks the label column;
d3: the pin body of the tag post enters the locking slot.
An unlocking process:
a4: acquiring an unlocking signal, and controlling the position of the horizontal push plate and the compression force of the horizontal spring through the horizontal electromagnet to enable the horizontal plug to leave the concave step of the label column;
b4: the label column falls out of the locking position from the locking groove under the action of gravity.
The locking and unlocking processes are realized through the specific mechanical lock structure and the tag column, and then the self-help book returning and unmanned book borrowing processes of the books are realized.
EXAMPLE III
The technical problem that this embodiment further solved is, in the manufacturing and use of library's cabinet, be limited to mechanical structure of mechanical lock itself not accurate enough, after sending the unlocking signal to mechanical lock, mechanical lock received the unlocking signal, but the mechanical action of unblanking is not carried out, or carried out some unlocking action but does not realize the result of unblanking finally. Because the server itself has sent the signal of unblanking to the books that have marked this signal of unblanking relevance have been borrowed away by the borrowed person, however, because there is not staff to confirm on the scene of books management device, the borrowed person does not borrow books but is marked the books of having borrowed away, causes the relatively poor service experience of unmanned formula of borrowing.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present embodiment provides a preferred embodiment, which provides a book management method based on an RFID system, including the steps of:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining a borrowing request through an RFID reader, wherein the borrowing request comprises identity information of a borrower, RFID equipment information and mechanical lock information.
And acquiring the lending authority of the lender through the lender identity information.
And judging whether the mechanical lock associated with the mechanical lock information is unlocked or not according to the borrowing permission.
If the mechanical lock is unlocked, an unlocking signal is sent, and if the mechanical lock cannot be unlocked, an error reporting signal is sent.
And after the mechanical lock acquires the unlocking signal, the mechanical lock performs unlocking action of popping up the label column bound with the book from the locking position.
The RFID reader comprises a first reader and a second reader, the first reader is used for acquiring the borrowing request, and when the tag column is inserted into the locking position, the second reader reads a tag signal on the tag column; and after the unlocking signal is sent, the tag signal on the tag column is continuously read through the second reader.
And if the label signal is read, sending a secondary unlocking signal to the mechanical lock.
And if the label signal is not read, marking that the book bound by the label signal is returned.
This scheme reads the ware through RFID and reads the label signal on the ware through the second that RFID read the ware on the label post through setting up the RFID label on the label post to realize original site operation personnel's confirmation work, if lead to the mechanical lock not pop out the label post because of mechanical failure, then send secondary unlocking signal, the action of unblanking is carried out repeatedly. The secondary unlock signal may improve the problem of the mechanical lock not being opened due to a mechanical failure.
Example four
The technical problem that this embodiment further solved is, in the manufacturing and the use of library cabinet, the mechanical structure who is subject to mechanical lock itself is accurate inadequately, and after sending unlocking signal to mechanical lock, mechanical lock has received unlocking signal, but mechanical lock does not pop out the label post completely, leads to the label post to pop out the locking groove of falling back again after the certain distance. The server sends the unlocking signal, the mechanical lock does execute the unlocking action, the unlocking action is not executed in place, the server marks that the book associated with the unlocking signal is borrowed by the borrower, and the borrower does not borrow the book but marks the book to be borrowed due to the fact that no worker confirms on the site of the book management device, so that poor service experience of unmanned borrowing is caused.
Specifically, the label column is popped out to the constant head tank from the locking groove under the effect of vertical spring, the reading distance that the second reader reads the label signal is less than the interval between locking groove and the constant head tank.
If the label column is popped out from the positioning groove to the positioning groove, the RFID label on the label column is positioned in the positioning groove and exceeds the signal reading distance of the second reader, and therefore the second reader cannot read the label signal.
If the label post pops out from the locking groove, but the elasticity is not enough to result in not reaching the positioning groove, and the label post falls back to the locking groove, then the second reads the ware and has read the RFID label on the label post again.
The scheme utilizes the characteristic that the RFID reader reads the limited signal reading distance of the RFID tag, and sets the limit reading distance of the RFID reader as the distance from the locking groove to the positioning groove, so that repeated reading of the tag signal can be automatically realized, and the judgment basis of whether the mechanical lock is in place or not is realized through repeated reading of the tag signal, and finally the unmanned judgment method of whether books are borrowed or not is realized.
EXAMPLE five
The technical problem to be further solved by this embodiment is that, as a result of careful research by the applicant, the reason why the unlocking action of the existing mechanical lock is not performed in place is that the locking of the tag column is realized through a locking structure in two directions, and in the unlocking process, the locking in the horizontal direction is firstly released, and the tag column is automatically bounced away through a vertical spring in the vertical direction. However, in the compression process of the spring in the horizontal direction, due to the fact that the vertical spring has upward pressure at the same time, the horizontal moving position of the horizontal plug and the horizontal spring under the acting force of the vertical spring is deviated and clamped at a certain position of the limiting part of the horizontal plug or the horizontal spring, the acting force direction deviation and the reverse acting force loss of the vertical spring are caused by the action of the clamp, and finally the label column is not completely ejected out of the locking groove.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present embodiment provides a preferred embodiment, which provides a book management method based on an RFID system, comprising the steps of:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining a borrowing request through an RFID reader, wherein the borrowing request comprises identity information of a borrower, RFID equipment information and mechanical lock information.
And acquiring the lending authority of the borrower through the lending person identity information.
The RFID reader comprises a first reader and a second reader, the first reader is used for acquiring the borrowing request, and when the tag column is inserted into the locking position, the second reader reads a tag signal on the tag column; and after the unlocking signal is sent, continuously reading the label signal on the label column through a second reader.
And if the label signal is read, sending a secondary unlocking signal to the mechanical lock.
And if the label signal is not read, marking that the book bound by the label signal is returned.
The secondary unlocking signal comprises an unlocking signal for exciting the horizontal electromagnet and a reverse compression signal for exciting the vertical electromagnet to compress the vertical spring once. The reverse compression signal excites the vertical electromagnet to generate electromagnetic force, the electromagnetic force moves the metal sheet for limiting the vertical spring to the direction far away from the label column and further compresses the vertical spring, and after the reverse compression signal is finished, the vertical spring loses the compression limit and ejects the label column from a self-locking position.
The vertical electromagnet acts on the vertical spring. The vertical spring is normally driven by the vertical electromagnet to move in the direction of the acting force, so as to enhance the elasticity of the vertical spring. However, in order to solve the influence of the vertical spring on the horizontal plug and the horizontal spring, the unlocking signal of the vertical electromagnet executes a reverse compression signal for compressing the vertical spring once, and the action of executing action is that firstly, the vertical spring is restricted in a compression state in the process of executing horizontal displacement by the horizontal spring and the horizontal plug, so that the influence on the horizontal spring and the horizontal plug is avoided; and secondly, the compression force of the spring is enhanced by one step of reverse compression, and when the label column is loosened, greater elastic force is provided, so that the label column is guaranteed to be popped out from the positioning groove to the positioning groove.
The scheme eliminates the influence of the vertical spring on the unlocking process of the horizontal spring and the horizontal plug, simultaneously enhances the elasticity of the vertical spring, greatly improves the popping accuracy of the label column, and greatly reduces the fault of the mechanical lock.
