Specifically, the process of analyzing the health status of the household electrical appliance by the monitoring device according to the lifetime duration data and the service duration data is as follows: the monitoring device firstly calculates the difference between the third service life duration and the third service life duration, and judges the size relation between the difference and a preset threshold value. Specifically, it can be known whether the service life of the accessory of the household appliance is close to the service life according to the magnitude relation between the difference between the third service life duration and the preset threshold.
Further, when the monitoring device calculates that the difference between the third life duration and the third life duration is smaller than a preset threshold, the monitoring device determines that the accessory of the household appliance is in an unhealthy state, and sends a prompt message that the accessory of the household appliance needs to be replaced to a user.
Specifically, if the difference between the third lifetime duration and the third lifetime duration is smaller than a preset threshold, it indicates that the lifetime of the accessory of the household electrical appliance is close to the normal lifetime of the accessory of the household electrical appliance, and at this time, the monitoring device may determine that the accessory of the household electrical appliance is in an unhealthy state, that is, prompt information that the accessory of the household electrical appliance needs to be maintained may be sent to the user, so that the user may replace the accessory of the household electrical appliance in time, and the lifetime of the accessory of the household electrical appliance is prolonged, so as to ensure the normal operation of the household electrical appliance.
It can be understood that, after the user replaces the accessory of the household electrical appliance, the monitoring device updates the service life of the accessory in the service life duration data and the service duration of the accessory in the service duration data, that is, the third service life duration and the third service duration, so as to ensure the accuracy of the monitoring device in judging the health condition of the replaced accessory of the household electrical appliance.
In the technical scheme, the monitoring device can determine whether the service life of the accessory of the household electrical appliance is close to the normal service life of the accessory of the household electrical appliance according to the size relationship between the difference value between the third service life duration and the third service life and a preset threshold, namely, whether the accessory of the household electrical appliance is in a healthy state is judged. When the accessories of the household appliance are in an unhealthy state, a user can send prompt information for replacing the accessories of the household appliance according to the monitoring device, and the accessories are replaced in time, so that the stability and the reliability of the operation of the household appliance are ensured. In addition, after the user replaces the accessory of the household appliance, the monitoring device updates the third service life duration and the third service life duration, so that the accuracy of the health condition judgment of the household appliance after the accessory is replaced by the monitoring device is ensured.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, a monitoring device for a home appliance is provided, the monitoring device for a home appliance is used for monitoring the health condition of the home appliance, and the monitoring device for a home appliance comprises: the first processing module is used for determining the service life duration data of the household appliance; the acquisition module is used for acquiring the service life data of the household appliance; and the second processing module is used for determining the health state of the household appliance according to the service life duration data and the service life duration data.
In this technical solution, the lifetime data is used to indicate the lifetime of the whole appliance, the replaceable parts of the appliance, and the accessories of the appliance, and the usage duration data is used to indicate the usage duration of the whole appliance, the replaceable parts of the appliance, and the accessories of the appliance, which are recorded during the daily usage of the appliance.
Specifically, the first processing module determines the life duration data of the household electrical appliance, that is, determines the complete machine of the household electrical appliance, the replaceable parts of the household electrical appliance, and the service lives of the parts of the household electrical appliance. Specifically, the production time and usable time duration data of the complete machine of the household appliance, the replaceable parts of the household appliance and the accessories of the household appliance can be determined according to the equipment information of the household appliance or the use manual of the household appliance, so that the first processing module can determine the service life time duration data in a mode of acquiring the equipment information of the household appliance or the use manual of the household appliance.
Further, after the life duration data is determined by the first processing module, the use duration data of the household electrical appliance needs to be acquired by the acquisition module, specifically, in the daily use process, the use duration of the whole household electrical appliance, the replaceable parts of the household electrical appliance and the accessories of the household electrical appliance is recorded in the storage unit of the household electrical appliance and is periodically reported to the cloud server in communication connection with the household electrical appliance, so that the acquisition module can acquire the use duration data through the storage unit or the cloud server.
Further, the second processing module analyzes the health condition of the household appliance according to the service life duration data and the service life duration data, namely, whether the complete machine of the household appliance, the replaceable parts of the household appliance and the accessories of the household appliance are close to the service life or not is analyzed. Specifically, if the second processing module analyzes that any one of the complete machine of the household appliance, the replaceable parts of the household appliance and the accessories of the household appliance is close to the service life, it can be determined that the household appliance is in an unhealthy operation state, and at this time, a user can be prompted to maintain the household appliance or replace the replaceable parts and accessories of the household appliance.
In this technical scheme, the second processing module can analyze the health status of the household electrical appliance according to the determined lifetime duration data and the obtained usage duration data, that is, can analyze whether the complete machine of the household electrical appliance, the replaceable parts of the household electrical appliance and the accessories of the household electrical appliance are close to the service life according to the recorded usage durations of the complete machine of the household electrical appliance, the replaceable parts of the household electrical appliance and the accessories of the household electrical appliance in the daily use process of the household electrical appliance. In the technical scheme of the invention, a user can effectively know the current health state of the household appliance through the monitoring device, so that the whole household appliance is maintained or replaceable parts and accessories of the household appliance are replaced in time when the user knows that the household appliance is in an unhealthy state, and thus, the stability and the reliability of the operation of the household appliance are ensured.
In the above technical solution, the obtaining module is specifically configured to obtain the service life data recorded by the household appliance under the condition that the household appliance is networked.
In this technical solution, the process of the obtaining module obtaining the service life data is as follows: the acquisition module firstly detects whether the household electrical appliance is in a networking state, particularly, a WIFI module is arranged in the household electrical appliance, the household electrical appliance can be connected with a network, and the acquisition module can determine whether the household electrical appliance is in the networking state or not by judging the state of the WIFI module.
Further, when the acquisition module determines that the household electrical appliance is in the networking state, the acquisition module acquires the use duration data recorded in the daily use process of the household electrical appliance, namely the recorded use duration of the whole household electrical appliance, replaceable parts of the household electrical appliance and accessories.
Specifically, the acquisition module is in communication connection with the WIFI module of the household appliance, so that the acquisition module can acquire the service time length data recorded in real time by the household appliance from the storage unit of the household appliance through the WIFI module only when the household appliance is in a networking state.
Specifically, when the household electrical appliance is in a networking state, the acquired use duration data is recorded by the household electrical appliance in real time, so that the accuracy of analyzing the health condition of the household electrical appliance according to the use duration data in the subsequent steps is ensured.
In the technical scheme, the obtaining module can obtain the service life data recorded in real time by the household appliance when judging that the household appliance is in the networking state. In the subsequent steps, the second processing module can more accurately judge the health condition of the household appliance according to the service time data, so that a user can maintain the household appliance in time or replace replaceable parts and accessories of the household appliance, and the stability and the reliability of the operation of the household appliance are ensured.
In the above technical scheme, the obtaining module is specifically configured to obtain, from the cloud server, the usage duration data reported by the home appliance according to the preset time interval when the home appliance is not networked.
In this technical scheme, the cloud server is configured to instruct a server that can be used to process data uploaded by the home appliance device.
Specifically, the process of acquiring the service duration data by the acquisition module is as follows: the acquisition module firstly detects whether the household electrical appliance is in a networking state, particularly, a WIFI module is arranged in the household electrical appliance, the household electrical appliance can be connected with a network, and the acquisition module can determine whether the household electrical appliance is in the networking state or not by judging the state of the WIFI module.
Further, when the acquisition module determines that the household appliance is not in the networking state, the acquisition module acquires the last uploaded service duration data of the household appliance in the cloud server.
Specifically, in the technical scheme of this application, in order to prevent the unable networking of household electrical appliances from appearing, lead to the unable circumstances of obtaining the long data of the above-mentioned duration of use of household electrical appliances real-time recording of module, household electrical appliances need to predetermine duration at every interval, upload the long data of the duration of use of its record to the high in the clouds server and save, make at the unable networking of household electrical appliances, promptly obtain under the condition that the module judges that household electrical appliances is not in the networking state, also can obtain the long data of above-mentioned duration of use through the high in the clouds server, make under the unable networking of household electrical appliances condition, the health status of household electrical appliances also can be judged to the acquisition module.
In the technical scheme, the household appliance can upload the recorded use time data to the cloud server at preset time intervals, namely the household appliance can report the use time data to the cloud server regularly, so that the acquisition module can acquire the use time data through the cloud server under the condition that the household appliance cannot be networked, and the second processing module can also judge the health condition of the household appliance. Therefore, when the household appliance is in an unhealthy state, a user can maintain or safeguard the household appliance in time, and the stability and the reliability of the operation of the household appliance are ensured.

In this technical solution, the lifetime duration data mainly includes a lifetime of the entire household electrical appliance (i.e., the first lifetime duration), and the usage duration data mainly includes a specific usage duration of the entire household electrical appliance (i.e., the first usage duration).
Specifically, the process of analyzing the health condition of the household appliance by the second processing module according to the lifetime duration data and the service duration data is as follows: the second processing module firstly calculates the difference between the first service life duration and judges the size relation between the difference and a preset threshold value. Specifically, whether the complete household appliance is close to the service life or not can be known according to the size relation between the difference value between the first service life duration and a preset threshold.
Further, when the second processing module calculates that the difference between the first life duration and the first service duration is smaller than a preset threshold, the second processing module determines that the whole household appliance is in an unhealthy state, and sends a prompt message that the whole household appliance needs to be maintained to a user.
Specifically, if the difference between the first service life duration and the first service life duration is smaller than a preset threshold, it is indicated that the service life of the whole household appliance is close to the normal service life of the whole household appliance, and at this time, the second processing module may determine that the whole household appliance is in an unhealthy state, that is, may send a prompt message that the whole household appliance needs to be maintained to the user, so that the user can maintain the whole household appliance in time, and prolong the service life of the user.
It can be understood that, after the user maintains the whole household electrical appliance, the second processing module updates the service life of the whole household electrical appliance in the service life duration data and the service duration of the whole household electrical appliance in the service duration data according to the actual maintenance condition, that is, updates the first service life duration and the first service duration to ensure the accuracy of the second processing module in judging the health condition of the whole household electrical appliance after maintenance.
In the technical scheme, the second processing module can determine whether the service life of the whole household appliance is close to the normal service life of the whole household appliance according to the size relationship between the difference value of the first service life and a preset threshold, namely, whether the whole household appliance is in a healthy state is judged. When the whole household appliance is in an unhealthy state, a user can send out prompt information for maintaining the whole household appliance according to the second processing module, and the whole household appliance can be maintained in time, so that the stability and the reliability of the operation of the household appliance are ensured. In addition, after the user maintains the household electrical appliance, the second processing module can update the first service life duration and the first service life duration according to the actual maintenance condition, so that the accuracy of the second processing module in judging the health condition of the whole maintained household electrical appliance is ensured.
In the above technical solution, the lifetime duration data includes a second lifetime duration of the replaceable part of the household electrical appliance, and the usage duration data includes a second usage duration of the replaceable part of the household electrical appliance; the second processing module is further used for determining that the replaceable part of the household appliance is in the unhealthy state and sending prompt information for maintaining or replacing the replaceable part under the condition that the difference value between the second service life duration and the second service life duration is smaller than the preset threshold value.
In this embodiment, the lifetime duration data further includes a lifetime of a replaceable component of the household electrical appliance (i.e., the second lifetime duration), and the usage duration data further includes a specific usage duration of the replaceable component of the household electrical appliance (i.e., the second usage duration); the replaceable parts are used for indicating parts which can be replaced when the household appliance is maintained, such as a temperature and humidity sensor, a lighting lamp and the like on a household refrigerator.
Specifically, the process of analyzing the health status of the household electrical appliance by the second processing module according to the lifetime duration data and the usage duration data is as follows: the second processing module firstly calculates the difference between the second service life duration and judges the size relation between the difference and a preset threshold value. Specifically, it can be known whether the service life of the replaceable part of the household electrical appliance is close to the service life or not according to the magnitude relation between the difference between the second service life duration and the second service life and the preset threshold.
Further, when the second processing module calculates that the difference between the second life duration and the second service duration is smaller than a preset threshold, the second processing module determines that the replaceable parts of the household appliance are in an unhealthy state, and sends a prompt message that the replaceable parts of the household appliance need to be maintained or replaced to a user.
Specifically, if the difference between the second service life duration and the second service life duration is smaller than a preset threshold, it indicates that the service life duration of the replaceable part of the household appliance is close to the normal service life of the replaceable part of the household appliance, and at this time, the second processing module may determine that the replaceable part of the household appliance is in an unhealthy state, that is, may send a prompt message to a user that the replaceable part of the household appliance needs to be maintained or replaced, so that the user can maintain or replace the replaceable part in time, and prolong the service life of the replaceable part, so as to ensure the normal operation of the household appliance.
It can be understood that, after the user maintains or replaces the replaceable part of the household electrical appliance, the second processing module updates the service life of the replaceable part in the service life duration data and the service duration of the replaceable part in the service duration data according to the actual maintenance or replacement condition, that is, updates the second service life duration and the second service duration, so as to ensure the accuracy of the second processing module in determining the health condition of the replaceable part of the household electrical appliance after maintenance.
In this technical solution, the second processing module may determine whether the service life of the replaceable part is close to the normal service life of the replaceable part according to a size relationship between a difference between the second service life and a preset threshold, that is, determine whether the replaceable part is in a healthy state. When the replaceable parts are in an unhealthy state, a user can send prompt information for maintaining or replacing the replaceable parts according to the second processing module, and the replaceable parts are maintained in time, so that the stability and the reliability of the operation of the household appliance are ensured. In addition, after the user maintains or replaces the replaceable parts of the household electrical appliance, the second processing module can update the second service life duration and the second service life duration according to the actual maintenance or replacement condition, so that the accuracy of judging the health condition of the household electrical appliance after the second processing module maintains or replaces the replaceable parts is ensured.
In the above technical solution, the lifetime duration data includes a third lifetime duration of an accessory of the household appliance, and the usage duration data includes a third usage duration of the accessory of the household appliance; the second processing module is further used for determining that the accessory of the household appliance is in an unhealthy state and sending prompt information for exchanging the accessory when the difference value between the third service life duration and the third service life duration is smaller than a preset threshold value.
In this technical solution, the lifetime duration data further includes a lifetime of an accessory of the home appliance (i.e., the third lifetime duration), and the usage duration data further includes a specific usage duration of the accessory of the home appliance (i.e., the third usage duration); the accessory is used for indicating consumables in the household appliance, such as a filter element in a water purifier, toner in a printer and the like.
Specifically, the process of analyzing the health status of the household electrical appliance by the second processing module according to the lifetime duration data and the usage duration data is as follows: the second processing module firstly calculates the difference between the third service life duration and judges the size relation between the difference and a preset threshold value. Specifically, it can be known whether the service life of the accessory of the home appliance is close to the service life or not according to the magnitude relationship between the difference between the third service life and the preset threshold.
Further, when the second processing module calculates that the difference between the third life duration and the third duration is smaller than a preset threshold, the second processing module determines that the accessory of the household appliance is in an unhealthy state, and sends a prompt message that the accessory of the household appliance needs to be replaced to a user.
Specifically, if the difference between the third life duration and the third life duration is smaller than a preset threshold, it indicates that the service duration of the accessories of the household appliance is close to the normal service life of the accessories of the household appliance, at this time, the second processing module may determine that the accessories of the household appliance are in an unhealthy state, that is, prompt information that the accessories of the household appliance need to be maintained may be sent to the user, so that the user can replace the accessories of the household appliance in time, and the service life of the user is prolonged, so as to ensure normal operation of the household appliance.
It can be understood that, after the user replaces the accessory of the household electrical appliance, the second processing module updates the service life of the accessory in the service life duration data and the service duration of the accessory in the service duration data, that is, updates the third service life duration and the third service duration, so as to ensure the accuracy of the second processing module in determining the health condition of the replaced accessory of the household electrical appliance.
In this technical scheme, the second processing module may determine whether the service life of the accessory of the home appliance is close to the normal service life of the accessory of the home appliance according to a size relationship between the difference between the third service life duration and the third duration and a preset threshold, that is, determine whether the accessory of the home appliance is in a healthy state. When the accessories of the household appliance are in an unhealthy state, a user can send prompt information for replacing the accessories of the household appliance according to the second processing module, and the accessories are replaced in time, so that the stability and the reliability of the operation of the household appliance are ensured. In addition, after the user replaces the accessory of the household appliance, the second processing module updates the third service life duration and the third service life duration, so that the accuracy of the second processing module in judging the health condition of the household appliance after the accessory is replaced is ensured.

The method, the apparatus, the readable storage medium, and the home appliance for monitoring the home appliance according to the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 8.
The first embodiment is as follows:
fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a monitoring method of a home appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the monitoring method includes:
step S102, determining life duration data of the household appliance;
step S104, acquiring the service life data of the household appliance;
and S106, determining the health state of the household appliance according to the service life duration data and the service life duration data.
It should be noted that, the monitoring method for a home appliance according to the present invention is mainly used for monitoring the health condition of the home appliance, and the execution subject of the monitoring method for a home appliance may be a monitoring device for a home appliance.
In this embodiment, the lifetime data is used to indicate the lifetime of the entire home appliance, the replaceable parts of the home appliance, and the accessories. The service time data is used for indicating the service time of the complete machine of the household electrical appliance, the replaceable parts of the household electrical appliance and the accessories, which are recorded in the daily use process of the household electrical appliance.
Specifically, the monitoring device first determines the lifetime duration data, i.e., determines the service lives of the complete appliance, the replaceable parts, and the accessories of the appliance. Specifically, the production time and usable time data of the complete appliance, the replaceable parts of the appliance, and the accessories of the appliance can be determined according to the appliance information of the appliance or the usage manual of the appliance, so that the monitoring device can determine the life time data by acquiring the appliance information of the appliance or the usage manual of the appliance.
Further, after the monitoring device determines the life duration data, the monitoring device needs to acquire the usage duration data, specifically, in a daily use process, the household appliance records the usage durations of the complete machine of the household appliance, the replaceable parts of the household appliance and the accessories of the household appliance in the storage unit of the household appliance, and reports the usage durations to the cloud server in communication connection with the household appliance periodically, so that the monitoring device can acquire the usage duration data through the storage unit or the cloud server.
Further, the monitoring device analyzes the health condition of the household electrical appliance according to the service life duration data and the service life duration data, namely, whether the whole household electrical appliance and replaceable parts and accessories of the household electrical appliance are close to the service life or not is analyzed.
Specifically, if the monitoring device analyzes that the service life of any one of the complete appliance, the replaceable parts and accessories of the appliance is close to the service life, it can be determined that the appliance is in an unhealthy operation state, and at this time, the user can be prompted to maintain the appliance or replace the replaceable parts and accessories of the appliance.
In this embodiment, the monitoring device may analyze the health condition of the household appliance according to the determined lifetime data and the obtained usage duration data, that is, the monitoring device may analyze whether the complete machine of the household appliance, the replaceable parts and the accessories of the household appliance are close to their service lives according to the usage durations of the complete machine of the household appliance and the replaceable parts and accessories of the household appliance recorded in the daily usage process of the household appliance.
In the embodiment of the invention, a user can effectively know the current health state of the household appliance through the monitoring device, so that the whole household appliance can be maintained or replaceable parts and accessories of the household appliance can be replaced in time when the user knows that the household appliance is in the unhealthy state, and thus, the stability and the reliability of the operation of the household appliance are ensured.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a monitoring method of a home appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the monitoring method includes:
step S202, determining life duration data of the household appliance;
step S204, acquiring the service life data recorded by the household electrical appliance under the condition of networking the household electrical appliance;
and step S206, determining the health state of the household appliance according to the service life duration data and the service life duration data.
In this embodiment, the process of acquiring the service life data by the monitoring device is as follows: monitoring devices at first detects above-mentioned tame electric installation and whether is in the state of networking, particularly, is provided with the WIFI module in the tame electric installation, can be connected tame electric installation and network, and monitoring devices can confirm above-mentioned tame electric installation through the state of judging above-mentioned WIFI module and whether be in the networking state.
Further, when the monitoring device determines that the household electrical appliance is in the networking state, the monitoring device acquires the recorded use duration data, namely the recorded use duration of the whole household electrical appliance, replaceable parts and accessories in the daily use process.
Specifically, the monitoring device is in communication connection with the WIFI module of the household appliance, and therefore, only when the household appliance is in a networking state, the monitoring device can acquire the service duration data recorded in real time by the household appliance from the storage unit of the household appliance through the WIFI module.
Specifically, when the household electrical appliance is in a networking state, the obtained use duration data is recorded by the household electrical appliance in real time, so that the accuracy of analyzing the health condition of the household electrical appliance according to the use duration data in the subsequent steps is ensured.
In this embodiment, the monitoring device can obtain the service life data recorded in real time by the household electrical appliance when determining that the household electrical appliance is in the networking state. In the subsequent steps, the monitoring device can more accurately judge the health condition of the household appliance according to the using time length data, so that a user can maintain the household appliance in time or replace replaceable parts and accessories of the household appliance, and thus, the running stability and reliability of the household appliance are ensured.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a monitoring method of a home appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the monitoring method includes:
step S302, determining life duration data of the household appliance;
step S304, under the condition that the household appliances are not networked, acquiring service life data reported by the household appliances according to a preset time interval from a cloud server;
and S306, determining the health state of the household appliance according to the service life duration data and the service life duration data.
In this embodiment, the cloud server is configured to indicate a server capable of processing data uploaded by the household appliance.
Specifically, the process of acquiring the service life data by the monitoring device is as follows: monitoring devices at first detects above-mentioned tame electric installation and whether is in the state of networking, particularly, is provided with the WIFI module in the tame electric installation, can be connected tame electric installation and network, and monitoring devices can confirm above-mentioned tame electric installation through the state of judging above-mentioned WIFI module and whether be in the networking state.
Further, when the monitoring device determines that the household appliance is not in the networking state, the monitoring device acquires the service duration data uploaded by the household appliance in the cloud server last time.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the application, in order to prevent the occurrence of the condition that the household electrical appliances cannot be networked, the condition that the monitoring device cannot acquire the use time data recorded by the household electrical appliances in real time is caused, the household electrical appliances need to be preset at every interval, the recorded use time data are uploaded to the cloud server for storage, the household electrical appliances cannot be networked, namely, the monitoring device judges that the household electrical appliances are not in a networking state, the use time data can be acquired through the cloud server, and the monitoring device can also judge the health condition of the household electrical appliances under the condition that the household electrical appliances cannot be networked.
In this embodiment, the recorded usage duration data of the household appliance can be uploaded to the cloud server at preset time intervals, that is, the household appliance can report the usage duration data to the cloud server periodically, so that the monitoring device can acquire the usage duration data through the cloud server and can also judge the health condition of the household appliance under the condition that the household appliance cannot be networked. Therefore, when the household appliance is in an unhealthy state, a user can maintain or safeguard the household appliance in time, and the stability and the reliability of the operation of the household appliance are ensured.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a monitoring method for a household electrical appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the lifetime duration data includes a first lifetime duration of the whole household electrical appliance, and the usage duration data includes a first usage duration of the whole household electrical appliance, and the monitoring method includes:
step S402, determining the life duration data of the household appliance;
step S404, acquiring the service life data of the household appliance;
step S406, under the condition that the difference value between the first service life duration and the first service life duration is smaller than a preset threshold value, determining that the whole household appliance is in an unhealthy state, and sending prompt information for maintaining the whole household appliance.
In this embodiment, the lifetime duration data mainly includes the lifetime of the whole household electrical appliance (i.e., the first lifetime duration), and the usage duration data mainly includes the specific usage duration of the whole household electrical appliance (i.e., the first usage duration).
Specifically, the process of analyzing the health condition of the household electrical appliance by the monitoring device according to the lifetime duration data and the usage duration data is as follows: the monitoring device firstly calculates the difference between the first service life duration and the first service life duration, and judges the size relation between the difference and a preset threshold value. Specifically, whether the complete household appliance is close to the service life or not can be known according to the size relation between the difference value between the first service life duration and a preset threshold.
Further, when the monitoring device calculates that the difference between the first life duration and the first service duration is smaller than a preset threshold, the monitoring device determines that the whole household appliance is in an unhealthy state, and sends a prompt message that the whole household appliance needs to be maintained to a user.
Specifically, if the difference between the first service life duration and the first service life duration is smaller than a preset threshold, it indicates that the service life duration of the whole household appliance is close to the normal service life of the whole household appliance, and at this time, the monitoring device may determine that the whole household appliance is in an unhealthy state, that is, may send a prompt message that the whole household appliance needs to be maintained to the user, so that the user can maintain the whole household appliance in time, and prolong the service life of the user.
It can be understood that, after the user maintains the whole household electrical appliance, the monitoring device updates the service life of the whole household electrical appliance in the service life duration data and the service duration of the whole household electrical appliance in the service duration data according to the actual maintenance condition, that is, updates the first service life duration and the first service duration to ensure the accuracy of the monitoring device in judging the health condition of the whole household electrical appliance after maintenance.
In this embodiment, the monitoring device can determine whether the service life of the entire household appliance is close to the normal service life of the entire household appliance according to the size relationship between the difference between the first service life and a preset threshold, that is, determine whether the entire household appliance is in a healthy state. When the whole household appliance is in an unhealthy state, a user can send prompt information for maintaining the whole household appliance according to the monitoring device, and the whole household appliance can be maintained in time, so that the stability and the reliability of the operation of the household appliance are ensured. In addition, after the user maintains the household electrical appliance, the monitoring device can update the first service life duration and the first service life duration according to the actual maintenance condition, so that the accuracy of the monitoring device in judging the health condition of the whole maintained household electrical appliance is ensured.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a monitoring method of a home appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which the lifetime duration data includes a second lifetime duration of a replaceable part of the home appliance, and the usage duration data includes a second usage duration of the replaceable part of the home appliance, the monitoring method includes:
step S502, determining the life duration data of the household appliance;
step S504, obtaining the service life data of the household appliance;
step S506, when the difference between the second life duration and the second service duration is smaller than the preset threshold, determining that the replaceable part of the household appliance is in a non-healthy state, and sending a prompt message for maintaining or replacing the replaceable part.
In this embodiment, the service life data further includes the service life of the replaceable part (i.e., the second service life), and the service life data further includes a specific service life of the replaceable part (i.e., the second service life); the replaceable parts are used for indicating parts which can be replaced when the household appliance is maintained, such as a temperature and humidity sensor, a lighting lamp and the like on a household refrigerator.
Specifically, the process of analyzing the health status of the household electrical appliance by the monitoring device according to the lifetime duration data and the service duration data is as follows: the monitoring device firstly calculates the difference between the second service life duration and the second service life duration, and judges the size relation between the difference and a preset threshold value.
Specifically, it can be known whether the service life of the replaceable part is close to the service life according to the magnitude relationship between the difference between the second service life and a preset threshold.
Further, when the monitoring device calculates that the difference between the second service life duration and the second service life duration is smaller than a preset threshold, the monitoring device determines that the replaceable parts of the household appliance are in an unhealthy state, and sends a prompt message to a user that the replaceable parts of the household appliance need to be maintained or replaced.
Specifically, if the difference between the second life time length and the second service time length is smaller than a preset threshold, it indicates that the service time length of the replaceable part is close to the normal service life of the replaceable part. At this moment, monitoring devices can confirm that above-mentioned replaceable part is in unhealthy state, and monitoring devices can send the suggestion information that above-mentioned replaceable part needs maintenance or needs to be changed to the user promptly to remind the user in time to maintain or change above-mentioned replaceable part, prolong its life, in order to guarantee the normal operating of household electrical appliances.
For example, for maintenance or replacement of the replaceable part, a user may decide according to the actual situation of the replaceable part, for example, if the cost of the part is high and the part has a service life close to the service life, but does not have any fault, and in this case, only the part needs to be maintained for cost saving; if the cost of the part is low and the part is important in the operation process of the household appliance, at the moment, the part needs to be replaced in order to ensure the operation reliability of the household appliance.
It can be understood that, after the user maintains or replaces the replaceable part, the monitoring device may update the service life of the replaceable part in the service life duration data and the service duration of the replaceable part in the service duration data according to actual conditions of maintenance or replacement, that is, update the second service life duration and the second service duration, so as to ensure accuracy of the monitoring device in determining the health condition of the replaceable part of the maintained household appliance.
In this embodiment, the monitoring device can determine whether the service life of the replaceable part is close to the normal service life of the replaceable part according to the magnitude relationship between the difference between the second service life and a preset threshold, that is, determine whether the replaceable part is in a healthy state. When the replaceable parts are in the unhealthy state, the user can send prompt information for maintaining or replacing the replaceable parts according to the monitoring device, and the replaceable parts are maintained in time, so that the stability and the reliability of the operation of the household appliance are guaranteed. In addition, after the user maintains or replaces the replaceable parts of the household appliance, the monitoring device can update the second service life duration and the second service life duration according to the actual maintenance or replacement condition, so that the accuracy of the health condition judgment of the household appliance after the monitoring device maintains or replaces the replaceable parts is guaranteed.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a monitoring method of a home appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the lifetime duration data includes a third lifetime duration of an accessory of the home appliance, and the usage duration data includes a third usage duration of the accessory of the home appliance, the monitoring method includes:
step S602, determining life duration data of the household electrical appliance;
step S604, acquiring the service life data of the household appliance;
step S606, under the condition that the difference value between the third service life duration and the third service life duration is smaller than the preset threshold value, determining that the accessories of the household appliance are in a non-health state, and sending prompt information for replacing the accessories.
In this embodiment, the lifetime duration data further includes a lifetime of an accessory of the home appliance (i.e., the third lifetime duration), and the usage duration data further includes a specific usage duration of the accessory of the home appliance (i.e., the third usage duration); the accessories are used for indicating consumables in the household electrical appliance, such as a filter element in a water purifier, toner in a printer and the like.
Specifically, the process of analyzing the health status of the household electrical appliance by the monitoring device according to the lifetime duration data and the usage duration data is as follows: the monitoring device firstly calculates the difference between the third service life duration and the third service life duration, and judges the size relationship between the difference and a preset threshold value. Specifically, it can be known whether the service life of the accessory of the home appliance is close to the service life or not according to the magnitude relationship between the difference between the third service life and the preset threshold.
Further, when the monitoring device calculates that the difference between the third life duration and the third duration is smaller than a preset threshold, the monitoring device determines that the accessories of the household appliance are in an unhealthy state, and sends a prompt message that the accessories of the household appliance need to be replaced to a user.
In this embodiment, the monitoring device may determine whether the service life of the accessory of the household appliance is close to the normal service life of the accessory of the household appliance according to a size relationship between a difference between the third service life duration and the third duration and a preset threshold, that is, determine whether the accessory of the household appliance is in a healthy state. When the accessories of the household appliance are in an unhealthy state, a user can send prompt information for replacing the accessories of the household appliance according to the monitoring device and replace the accessories in time, so that the stability and the reliability of the operation of the household appliance are ensured. In addition, after the user replaces the accessory of the household appliance, the monitoring device updates the third service life duration and the third service life duration, so that the accuracy of the health condition judgment of the household appliance after the accessory is replaced by the monitoring device is ensured.
Example two:
fig. 7 shows a schematic block diagram of a monitoring apparatus 700 of a home device according to an embodiment of the present invention, the monitoring apparatus 700 of the home device is used for monitoring health status of the home device, and the monitoring apparatus 700 of the home device includes: a first processing module 702, configured to determine lifetime duration data of the home appliance; an obtaining module 704, configured to obtain usage duration data of the household appliance; and the second processing module 706 is configured to determine the health status of the household appliance according to the lifetime duration data and the usage duration data.
In this embodiment, the lifetime data is used to indicate the lifetime of the whole household appliance, the replaceable parts, and the accessories, and the usage duration data is used to indicate the usage duration of the whole household appliance, the replaceable parts, and the accessories, which is recorded in the daily usage process of the household appliance.
Specifically, the lifetime duration data of the household appliance is determined by the first processing module 702, that is, the service lives of the whole household appliance, the replaceable parts, and the accessories are determined by the first processing module 702. Specifically, the production time and usable time data of the complete machine, the replaceable parts and the accessories of the household appliance may be determined according to the device information of the household appliance or the instruction manual of the household appliance, so that the first processing module 702 may determine the lifetime data by obtaining the device information of the household appliance or the instruction manual of the household appliance.
Further, after the life duration data is determined by the first processing module 702, the use duration data of the household electrical appliance needs to be acquired by the acquiring module 704, specifically, in the daily use process, the use duration of the whole household electrical appliance, the replaceable parts and the accessories of the household electrical appliance may be recorded in the storage unit of the household electrical appliance, and may be periodically reported to the cloud server in communication connection with the household electrical appliance, so that the acquiring module 704 may acquire the use duration data through the storage unit or the cloud server.
Further, the second processing module 706 analyzes the health condition of the home appliance according to the lifetime duration data and the service duration data, that is, determines whether the entire device, the replaceable parts, and the accessories of the home appliance are close to the service life.
Specifically, if the second processing module 706 analyzes that any one of the overall device, the replaceable parts, and the accessories of the household appliance is close to the service life, it may be determined that the household appliance is in an unhealthy operation state, and at this time, the user may be prompted to maintain the household appliance or replace the replaceable parts and the accessories of the household appliance.
In this embodiment, the second processing module 706 can analyze the health condition of the household electrical appliance according to the determined life duration data and the obtained usage duration data, that is, the second processing module 706 can analyze whether the usage durations of the whole household electrical appliance, the replaceable parts, and the accessories of the household electrical appliance are close to the service life according to the usage durations of the whole household electrical appliance, the replaceable parts, and the accessories, which are recorded in the daily usage process.
In the foregoing embodiment, the obtaining module 704 is specifically configured to obtain the usage duration data recorded by the home appliance device in a case that the home appliance device is networked.
In this embodiment, the process of acquiring the usage duration data by the acquiring module 704 is as follows: whether above-mentioned tame electric installation is in the state of networking is detected at first to acquisition module 704, specifically, is provided with the WIFI module in the tame electric installation, can be connected tame electric installation and network, and whether above-mentioned tame electric installation is in the networking state can be confirmed through the state of judging above-mentioned WIFI module to acquisition module 704.
Further, when the obtaining module 704 determines that the household electrical appliance is in the networking state, the obtaining module 704 obtains the recorded use duration data, that is, the recorded use duration of the whole household electrical appliance, the replaceable parts and the accessories, in the daily use process.
Specifically, the acquisition module 704 is in communication connection with the WIFI module of the household appliance, and therefore, only when the household appliance is in a networking state, the acquisition module 704 can acquire the service life data recorded in real time by the household appliance from the storage unit of the household appliance through the WIFI module.
Specifically, when the household electrical appliance is in the networking state, the obtained use duration data is recorded by the household electrical appliance in real time by the obtaining module 704, so that the accuracy of analyzing the health condition of the household electrical appliance according to the use duration data in the subsequent steps is ensured.
In this embodiment, the obtaining module 704 can obtain the usage duration data recorded by the home appliance in real time when determining that the home appliance is in the networking state. In the subsequent steps, the second processing module 706 can more accurately judge the health condition of the household appliance according to the service time data, so that a user can timely maintain the household appliance or replace replaceable parts and accessories of the household appliance, and thus, the stability and the reliability of the operation of the household appliance are ensured.
In the foregoing embodiment, the obtaining module 704 is specifically configured to obtain, from the cloud server, the usage duration data reported by the home appliance according to the preset time interval when the home appliance is not networked.
In this embodiment, the cloud server is configured to indicate a server capable of processing data uploaded by the household appliance.
Specifically, the process of acquiring the usage duration data by the acquiring module 704 is as follows: the acquisition module 704 firstly detects whether the household electrical appliance is in a networking state, specifically, a WIFI module is arranged in the household electrical appliance, the household electrical appliance can be connected with a network, and the acquisition module 704 can determine whether the household electrical appliance is in the networking state by judging the state of the WIFI module.
Further, when the obtaining module 704 determines that the household electrical appliance is not in the networking state, the obtaining module 704 obtains the last uploaded usage duration data of the household electrical appliance in the cloud server.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the application, in order to prevent the occurrence of the situation that the household electrical appliance cannot be networked, which results in the situation that the obtaining module 704 cannot obtain the above-mentioned time-of-use data recorded by the household electrical appliance in real time, the household electrical appliance needs to preset time at every interval, and the recorded time-of-use data is uploaded to the cloud server for storage, so that the household electrical appliance cannot be networked, that is, under the situation that the obtaining module 704 determines that the household electrical appliance is not in a networked state, the above-mentioned time-of-use data can also be obtained through the cloud server, so that under the situation that the household electrical appliance cannot be networked, the obtaining module 704 can also determine the health condition of the household electrical appliance.
In this embodiment, the recorded usage duration data of the household appliance is uploaded to the cloud server at preset time intervals, that is, the household appliance periodically reports the usage duration data to the cloud server, so that the obtaining module 704 can also obtain the usage duration data through the cloud server under the condition that the household appliance cannot be networked, and the second processing module 706 can also determine the health status of the household appliance. Therefore, when the household appliance is in an unhealthy state, a user can maintain or safeguard the household appliance in time, and the stability and the reliability of the operation of the household appliance are ensured.
In the above embodiment, the lifetime duration data includes a first lifetime duration of the whole household appliance, and the usage duration data includes a first usage duration of the whole household appliance; the second processing module 706 is further configured to determine that the whole household appliance is in an unhealthy state and send a prompt message for maintaining the whole household appliance when a difference between the first life duration and the first usage duration is smaller than a preset threshold.
In this embodiment, the lifetime data mainly includes the lifetime of the whole household electrical appliance (i.e. the first lifetime), and the usage duration data mainly includes the specific usage duration of the whole household electrical appliance (i.e. the first usage duration).
Specifically, the process of analyzing the health condition of the household electrical appliance by the second processing module 706 according to the lifetime duration data and the usage duration data is as follows: the second processing module 706 first calculates a difference between the first lifetime duration and the first usage duration, and determines a size relationship between the difference and a preset threshold. Specifically, whether the complete household appliance is close to the service life or not can be known according to the size relation between the difference value between the first service life duration and a preset threshold.
Further, when the second processing module 706 calculates that the difference between the first life time and the first service time is smaller than the preset threshold, the second processing module 706 determines that the whole household appliance is in an unhealthy state, and sends a prompt message that the whole household appliance needs to be maintained to the user.
Specifically, if the difference between the first lifetime duration and the first lifetime duration is smaller than a preset threshold, it indicates that the lifetime of the entire household appliance is close to the normal lifetime of the entire household appliance, and at this time, the second processing module 706 may determine that the entire household appliance is in an unhealthy state, that is, may send a prompt message that the entire household appliance needs to be maintained to the user, so that the user can maintain the entire household appliance in time, and the lifetime of the user is prolonged.
It can be understood that, after the user maintains the whole household electrical appliance, the second processing module 706 updates the service life of the whole household electrical appliance in the service life duration data and the service duration of the whole household electrical appliance in the service duration data according to the actual maintenance condition, that is, updates the first service life duration and the first service duration, so as to ensure the accuracy of the second processing module 706 in determining the health condition of the whole household electrical appliance after maintenance.
In this embodiment, the second processing module 706 can determine whether the service life of the entire household electrical appliance is close to the normal service life of the entire household electrical appliance according to the size relationship between the difference between the first service life and a preset threshold, that is, determine whether the entire household electrical appliance is in a healthy state. When the whole household appliance is in an unhealthy state, a user can send out prompt information for maintaining the whole household appliance according to the second processing module 706, and the whole household appliance can be maintained in time, so that the stability and reliability of the operation of the household appliance are ensured. In addition, after the user maintains the household electrical appliance, the second processing module 706 updates the first life duration and the first service duration according to the actual maintenance condition, so that the accuracy of the second processing module 706 in judging the health condition of the entire maintained household electrical appliance is ensured.
In the above embodiment, the lifetime duration data includes a second lifetime duration of the replaceable part of the household appliance, and the usage duration data includes a second usage duration of the replaceable part of the household appliance; the second processing module 706 is further configured to determine that the replaceable part of the household electrical appliance is in a non-healthy state and send a prompt message for maintaining or replacing the replaceable part when a difference between the second life duration and the second usage duration is smaller than a preset threshold.
In this embodiment, the service life duration data further includes the service life of the replaceable part (i.e., the second service life duration), and the service duration data further includes a specific service duration of the replaceable part (i.e., the second service duration); the replaceable parts are used for indicating parts which can be replaced when the household appliance is maintained, such as a temperature and humidity sensor, a lighting lamp and the like on a household refrigerator.
Specifically, the process of analyzing the health status of the household electrical appliance by the second processing module 706 according to the lifetime duration data and the usage duration data is as follows: the second processing module 706 first calculates a difference between the second lifetime duration and the second usage duration, and determines a size relationship between the difference and a preset threshold.
Specifically, it can be known whether the service life of the replaceable part is close to the service life according to the magnitude relationship between the difference between the second service life and a preset threshold.
Further, when the second processing module 706 calculates that the difference between the second lifetime duration and the second usage duration is smaller than the preset threshold, the second processing module 706 determines that the replaceable component of the household appliance is in an unhealthy state, and sends a notification message that the replaceable component of the household appliance needs to be maintained or replaced to the user.
Specifically, if the difference between the second life time period and the second usage time period is smaller than a preset threshold, it indicates that the usage time period of the exchangeable part has approached the normal life of the exchangeable part. At this time, the second processing module 706 may determine that the replaceable part is in an unhealthy state, that is, the second processing module 706 may send a prompt message to the user that the replaceable part needs to be maintained or replaced, so as to prompt the user to maintain or replace the replaceable part in time, so as to prolong the service life of the replaceable part, and ensure normal operation of the household appliance.
It can be understood that, after the user maintains or replaces the replaceable part, the second processing module 706 may update the service life of the replaceable part in the service life duration data and the service duration of the replaceable part in the service duration data according to the actual condition of maintenance or replacement, that is, update the second service life duration and the second service duration, so as to ensure the accuracy of the second processing module 706 in determining the health condition of the replaceable part of the maintained home appliance.
