the rotatable air channel 3 is coaxially arranged with the rotatable high-pressure inlet pipeline 4, extends into the joint shell 13 and is communicated with the static air channel 7, and a rotary gray ring 8 for shaft is arranged between the rotatable air channel 3 and the joint shell 13;
the rotatable high-pressure inlet pipeline 4, the rotatable low-pressure outlet pipeline 5 and the rotatable gas circuit 3 are respectively communicated with three channels formed on the mandrel 14 in the connector housing 13, three independent channel spaces in the mandrel 14 are in coaxial design, so that the structural size can be effectively reduced, the friction moment is reduced, the service life of the rotatable high-pressure inlet pipeline is prolonged, the rotatable high-pressure outlet pipeline 4 is convenient to install, the rotatable low-pressure outlet pipeline 5 and the rotatable gas circuit 3 are connected through the connector adaptor 16 at one end far away from the connector housing 13, the rotatable high-pressure inlet pipeline 4 and the rotatable low-pressure outlet pipeline 5 are respectively communicated with respective external connectors through channels in the connector adaptor 16, and the rotatable gas circuit 3 is arranged on the connector adaptor 16 in a penetrating manner.
In some embodiments of the present application, the rotatable air path 3 and the stationary air path 7 are filled with circulated dry air, so as to further increase the dry air purging function of the incubator, and effectively improve the generation of condensed water in the incubator.
In addition, in some embodiments of the present application, since the lowest temperature of the rotary joint can reach-60 ℃ in the process of transferring the refrigerant, a large amount of condensed water will be generated on the outer side and the rotating shaft component of the rotary joint, and a great influence will be generated on the performance of the turntable, so that the rotatable air path 3 and the static air path 7 can be sealed and vacuumized to be in a vacuum state, thereby achieving the effect of low-temperature conduction of the vacuum isolation refrigerant channel on the shafting of the temperature control turntable 1, and ensuring the performance and reliability of the temperature control turntable 1.
In some embodiments of the present application, the bearing 6 is disposed on the outer side of the mandrel 14, and the base 15 is sleeved on the outer side of the bearing 6, and the base 15 rotates relative to the mandrel 14 through the bearing 6, that is, the base 15, the bearing 6 and the mandrel 14 together form an independent high-precision shaft system, so as to meet the rotation and support requirements.
According to the technical scheme, the three-channel rotary joint of the temperature control turntable 1 provided by the embodiment of the application has the advantages that the mandrel 14 adopts a three-channel coaxial design, the rotatable air channel 3 and the static air channel 7 can be used for supplying air dried by an air compressor to an incubator on the turntable, and also can be independently sealed into a vacuum pipeline, so that the shaft diameter can be effectively reduced, the structure is more compact, and condensate water possibly generated in the turntable shaft by a low-temperature pipeline is isolated.
The embodiment of the application also provides a temperature control turntable 1, as shown in fig. 2, comprising: three-way swivel 2 as provided in the above embodiments.
The three-way rotary joint 2 of the temperature control turntable 1 has the advantages that the mandrel 14 of the three-way rotary joint 2 is of three-way coaxial design, the rotatable air passage 3 and the static air passage 7 can be used for supplying dry air of an air compressor to an incubator on the turntable, and can also be independently sealed into a vacuum pipeline, so that the diameter of the shaft can be effectively reduced, the structure is more compact, and condensate water possibly generated in the turntable shaft by the low-temperature pipeline is isolated.
