The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In order to solve the technical problem that the conventional air inlet control valve repeatedly impacts the internal structure of the air inlet control valve by pressing the piston baffle plate through the cylinder, and the air inlet valve is easily abraded in the past, as shown in fig. 1-5, the following preferable technical scheme is provided:
a compressor air inlet control valve with a flow guide function comprises a valve cylinder shell 1 and an air inlet port 2 arranged at the upper end of the valve cylinder shell 1, wherein the lower end of the air inlet port 2 is provided with a joint groove 21, the lower end of the valve cylinder shell 1 is provided with a sealing joint part 3, the side surface of the sealing joint part 3 is provided with four groups of extending installation blocks 4, one side of each extending installation block 4 is provided with an auxiliary installation component 5, the auxiliary installation components 5 are arranged on the surface of a compressor, the surface of each extending installation block 4 is provided with a reinforcing part 6, the auxiliary installation components 5 and the reinforcing parts 6 are respectively provided with four groups, the inner side of the valve cylinder shell 1 is provided with an air flow cavity 11, the upper end of the air flow cavity 11 is provided with a piston baffle plate 12, the lower surface of the piston baffle plate 12 is provided with a joint arc-shaped ring body 13, the center in the valve cylinder shell 1 is provided with a jacking driving component 14, and the lower end of the air flow cavity 11 is provided with an installation substrate 15, the upper surface of the mounting substrate 15 is provided with a closing component 16, the outer side of the closing component 16 is provided with a flow guide component 17, the flow guide component 17 corresponds to the gas flow cavity 11, one end of the flow guide component 17 is provided with a telescopic adjusting rod 18, and one side of the telescopic adjusting rod 18 is provided with a lifting auxiliary part 19.
The top pressure driving assembly 14 includes a mounting housing 141 and a position-limiting surrounding sleeve 142 disposed on the upper surface of the mounting housing 141, a position-limiting sliding sleeve 143 is mounted on the inner bottom surface of the mounting housing 141, a lifting guide member 144 is disposed inside the mounting housing 141, a connecting spring 145 is disposed inside the position-limiting sliding sleeve 143, the lifting guide member 144 includes a rotary plate 1441 disposed inside the mounting housing 141 and an extrusion push block 1442 disposed on the side end surface of the rotary plate 1441, an elongated ring housing 1443 is disposed outside the extrusion push block 1442, the extrusion push block 1442 is matched with the inside of the elongated ring housing 1443, a first straight rod 1444 is disposed on one side of the elongated ring housing 1443, one end of the first straight rod 1444 passes through the position-limiting surrounding sleeve 142 and is connected to the center of the lower surface of the piston baffle 12, a second upright rod 1445 is mounted on the other side of the elongated ring housing 1443, one end of the second upright rod 1445 is provided with an upright rod 1446, one end of the upright rod 1446 is provided with a first position-limiting block 1447, the first limiting block 1447 is connected to the inner surface of the limiting sliding sleeve 143, and the connecting spring 145 is sleeved on the surface of the upright post 1446.
Specifically, when the air intake control valve is in an unloaded state, the rotary plate 1441 is started, the extrusion push block 1442 drives the long ring sleeve 1443 to move back and forth, the position-limiting surrounding sleeve 142 limits the first straight vertical rod 1444, the first limit block 1447 performs sliding position limitation on the inner side of the position-limiting sliding sleeve 143, the first limit block 1447 is pulled backwards by the elastic force of the connecting spring 145 to improve the smoothness of the movement of the lifting guide member 144, when the extrusion push block 1442 rotates to the uppermost end, the long ring sleeve 1443 drives the first straight vertical rod 1444 to press the piston baffle 12 upwards, meanwhile, the piston baffle 12 is attached to the attachment groove 21 to block the air intake end of the air flow cavity 11, the diameter of the circular motion of the extrusion push block 1442 is matched with the distance between the piston baffle 12 and the attachment groove 21, and the circular motion of reciprocation replaces the one-way linear motion, so that the acting force of the piston baffle 12 on the air intake control valve can be greatly reduced, the internal mechanism is prevented from being abraded, and the service life of the air inlet control valve is prolonged.
In order to solve the technical problems that when the compressor is in a loading state, a piston baffle of an air inlet control valve moves downwards inwards to directly feed air along a gap between the piston baffle and an air inlet, but the air inlet mode is easy to have a phenomenon of large air inlet resistance, when the air inlet control valve is disassembled from the surface of the compressor, an air outlet groove at the lower end is directly exposed, dust is easy to mix into the air outlet groove, and the cleanness inside the air inlet control valve is influenced, as shown in figures 5-8 and figures 13-17, the following preferable technical scheme is provided:
the flow guide assembly 17 comprises a funnel flow guide cover 171 and an air outlet groove 172 formed in the surface of the funnel flow guide cover 171, clamping grooves 173 are formed in two sides of the air outlet groove 172, long sliding grooves 174 are formed in two sides of the clamping grooves 173, a first mounting pair notch 175 is formed in the lower surface of the funnel flow guide cover 171, the first mounting pair notch 175 is formed in two sides of the clamping groove 173, a matching circular groove 151 is formed in the center of the upper surface of the mounting substrate 15, the matching circular groove 151 corresponds to the air outlet groove 172, a clamping square groove 152 is formed in the center of the inner bottom surface of the matching circular groove 151, mounting end blocks 153 are mounted at two ends of the inner part of the clamping square groove 152, second mounting pair notches 154 are formed in two sides of the matching circular groove 151, the first mounting pair notch 175 corresponds to the second mounting pair notch 154, the telescopic adjusting rod 18 comprises a vertical type butt rod 181 connected with the first mounting pair notch 175 and a butt rod 182 mounted on the inner side of the vertical type butt rod 181, the lower end of the vertical butt joint rod 181 is provided with a holding empty slot 183, the inner side of the holding empty slot 183 is provided with a limiting and fixing rod 184, the inner side of the holding empty slot 183 is provided with a positioning loop rod 185, the bottom end of the positioning loop rod 185 is connected with a second mounting butt notch 154, the surface of the positioning loop rod 185 is sleeved with a lifting loop slot 186, the lifting loop slot 186 is connected with the limiting and fixing rod 184, the closing component 16 comprises a long traction rod 161 arranged at the inner side of the clamping square slot 152 and a rotating disc 162 arranged at the center of the long traction rod 161, the center of the rotating disc 162 is provided with a connecting small rotating rod 163, the long traction rod 161 is provided with two groups, the long traction rod 161 is connected with the two side walls of the clamping square slot 152 through the rotating disc 162 and the connecting small rotating disc 163, the rotating disc 162 is arranged at the two side corners of the mounting end block 153, the two sides of one end of the long traction rod 161 are provided with sliding small blocks 164, the sliding small sliding blocks 164 are connected with the reserved long sliding slot 174, an auxiliary pushing plate 165 is installed at the other end of the long pulling rod 161, a movable pushing groove 1611 is formed in the surface of the long pulling rod 161, a through groove 1612 is formed in one end face of the movable pushing groove 1611, a butt-joint sliding groove 1613 is formed in the inner side wall of the movable pushing groove 1611, the auxiliary pushing plate 165 is connected with the movable pushing groove 1611 and the through groove 1612, the auxiliary pushing plate 165 comprises a plate body 1651 connected with the movable pushing groove 1611 and an arc-shaped pressure joint rod 1652 installed at one end of the plate body 1651, sliding joint blocks 1653 are installed on two sides of the other end of the plate body 1651, the sliding joint blocks 1653 are connected with the butt-joint sliding groove 1613, and a force receiving plate 1654 is installed on the upper surface of the plate body 1651.
The lifting auxiliary member 19 comprises fixed side opening blocks 191 arranged on the upper surface of the mounting base plate 15 and U-shaped engagement blocks 192 arranged on the upper ends of the fixed side opening blocks 191, two groups of fixed side opening blocks 191 are arranged, inclined engagement surfaces 193 are arranged on the upper surfaces of the U-shaped engagement blocks 192, the inclined engagement surfaces 193 are connected with the lower surface of the funnel fairwater 171, engagement pressing rods 194 are arranged on the upper surfaces of the U-shaped engagement blocks 192, limiting upright inserting rods 195 are arranged at two ends of each U-shaped engagement block 192, telescopic combined slats 196 are arranged inside the two groups of fixed side opening blocks 191, one ends of the engagement pressing rods 194 are connected with the centers of the upper surfaces of the telescopic combined slats 196, each telescopic combined slat 196 comprises a long slat member 1961 with two ends arranged inside the fixed side opening blocks 191 and a first return spring 1962 arranged between the long slat members 1961, a limiting bag insert 1911 is arranged inside the fixed side opening blocks 191, the retaining upright post 195 is connected to the retaining pocket insert 1911, and both ends of the elongated strip 1961 are fitted over the surface of the retaining pocket insert 1911.
Specifically, when the air inlet control valve is in a loading state, the fitting arc-shaped ring body 13 is fitted with the air flow cavity 11, the flow guide assembly 17 is arranged at the upper end of the matching circular groove 151, and then the air flow cavity 11 forms a round streamline structure to reduce air inlet resistance, the air flow of the air flow cavity 11 impacts the long traction rod 161, the long traction rod 161 swings with the connecting small rotating rod 163 as the axis, the closed contact ends at one ends of the two groups of long traction rods 161 are separated, the sliding small block 164 at the other end of the long traction rod 161 moves along the reserved long sliding groove 174, the limit fixed rod 184 and the lifting sleeve groove 186 slide mutually by utilizing the lever principle to push up the whole funnel flow guide cover 171, meanwhile, the impact force of the air flow not only directly promotes the long traction rod 161 to swing, but also the stressed plate 1654 is subjected to the impact force of the air flow to drive the two groups of plate 1651 to mutually extrude each other, the swing direction of the long traction rod 161 is changed by utilizing the arc surface of the arc-shaped pressure joint rod 1652, therefore, the auxiliary long traction rod 161 swings quickly, and air flow circulates along a notch formed between the movable push groove 1611 and the sheet body 1651, so that normal air inflow of the air flow is not influenced;
when the air inlet control valve is in the unloading state again, the groups of strip plates 1961 are close to each other by the elasticity of the first return spring 1962, the connecting pressing rod 194 drives the U-shaped connecting block 192 to move downwards integrally, the funnel diversion cover 171 moves downwards integrally, one end of the long pulling rod 161 is pressed downwards, the closed contact end at the other end of the long pulling rod 161 is tilted, the two groups of arc-shaped pressing rod 1652 are squeezed mutually again, the sheet body 1651 returns to the inner side of the movable pushing groove 1611, the groove formed by the movable pushing groove 1611 and the sheet body 1651 is sealed, the air flow cavity 11 is in a sealed state spontaneously, and when the subsequent air inlet control valve needs to be disassembled and maintained, dust can be prevented from being mixed into the air inlet control valve easily, and the cleanness of the interior of the air inlet control valve can be maintained.
In order to better solve the technical problem that the air inlet control valve is inconvenient to disassemble and maintain and install, as shown in figures 9-12, the following preferable technical solutions are provided:
the surface of the extension mounting block 4 is provided with a socket joint clamping groove 41, one side of the socket joint clamping groove 41 is provided with a swing mounting groove 42, the reinforcing member 6 comprises a U-shaped mounting block 61 arranged at the middle end in the swing mounting groove 42 and a swing small rod 62 arranged in the U-shaped mounting block 61, one end of the swing small rod 62 is provided with a locking socket ring 63, the inner side of the locking socket ring 63 is provided with a mounting screw cap 64, the center of the upper surface of the mounting screw cap 64 is provided with a pinching rotating block 66, the outer side of the pinching rotating block 66 is provided with a connecting through groove 65, the connecting through groove 65 is provided with three groups, the auxiliary mounting assembly 5 comprises a fixed rotating member 51 arranged on the surface of the compressor and a rotating ring body 52 sleeved on the surface of the fixed rotating member 51, one side of the rotating ring body 52 is provided with an engaging rod 53, one end of the engaging rod 53 is provided with a locking adhesive disc 54, the locking adhesive disc 54 is matched with the socket joint clamping groove 41, the upper surface of the locking adhesive disc 54 is provided with a matching disc member 55, the outer side surface of the matching sleeve disc piece 55 is provided with an external thread connecting surface 551, the upper surface of the matching sleeve disc piece 55 is provided with a reserved buffer pad 56, the matching sleeve disc piece 55 and the reserved buffer pad 56 are matched with the inner dimension of the locking sleeve joint ring 63, the surfaces of the matching sleeve disc piece 55 and the reserved buffer pad 56 are both provided with a thread connecting groove 57, the thread connecting groove 57 corresponds to the connecting through groove 65, the surface of the locking sleeve joint ring 63 is provided with a fixing bolt 58, the fixing bolt 58 passes through the connecting through groove 65 to be connected with the thread connecting groove 57, the inside of the locking sleeve joint ring 63 is provided with an annular side groove 631, the inner bottom surface of the annular side groove 631 is provided with a limiting annular side edge 632, the side surface of the mounting screw cover 64 is provided with a movable sleeve joint ring 641 which is connected with the inner side of the annular side groove 631, the lower end of the movable sleeve joint ring is provided with a second return spring 642, one end of the second return spring 642 is provided with a fixed attachment ring 643, and the fixed attachment ring 643 is disposed inside the limit ring side 632.
Specifically, when the air inlet control valve is installed, the rotating ring 52 moves along the fixed sleeve rotating member 51, the position of the locking pad 54 is adjusted, the four sets of sleeve slots 41 are clamped on the surface of the locking pad 54, the lower end of the swing installation groove 42 is clamped with the connecting rod 53, the swing small rod 62 rotates around the U-shaped installation block 61, the locking sleeve joint ring 63 and the installation screw cap 64 are covered on the outer sides of the matching sleeve disc member 55 and the reserved buffer pad 643, the adjusting and pinching block 66 is in threaded connection with the installation screw cap 64 by using the external thread connection surface 551, the distance between the movable sleeve joint ring 641 and the fixed sleeve joint ring 643 is adjusted by the elasticity of the second return spring 642, the installation screw cap 64 is further limited by the locking sleeve joint ring 63, the installation screw cap 64 is in threaded connection with the outer side of the matching sleeve disc member 55, the locking sleeve joint ring 63 is fixed with the matching sleeve disc member 55 and the reserved buffer pad 56 by the fixing bolt 58, and then accomplish the installation of air admission control valve, the installation is firm, difficult not hard up, and utilizes sealed piece 3 to promote the leakproofness of air admission control valve installation.
