Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building curtain walls, and particularly relates to a multifunctional super-large and super-heavy outward-opening window.
Background
The traditional curtain wall outward-opening window can be divided into an upward-hung window, an outward-reversed window, a casement window and the like according to different opening positions; different opening positions correspond to different use functions, the top-hung window and the casement window are generally used for ventilation, and the outward-falling window mainly aims at fire control and smoke exhaust. The traditional construction process of the outward opening window is to bond glass and window sashes together through double-component structural adhesive, and the difference of functions of the outward opening window is realized through different window frame and window sash profiles and hardware. However, the traditional outward opening window structure is limited by factors such as structural adhesive bonding strength and hardware bearing capacity, and is also influenced by factors such as incapability of adapting the section of the aluminum profile to the keel of the curtain wall, so that the vertical surface effect, the opening angle, the safety and the use function of the outward opening window structure cannot be fully guaranteed.
In addition, according to the latest specifications, the allowable area of curtain wall glass is more strictly regulated than before, and laminated composite glass is required to be adopted as the outer sheet. In order to meet the requirement of building effect, the glass curtain wall is divided into large cells, and meanwhile, based on the requirement of ventilation and smoke exhaust, when the outward opening window has to be an oversized area, the weight of the outward opening window is heavier than that of the outward opening window used in the past; at the moment, factors such as structural adhesive bonding strength, hardware bearing, aluminum profiles and the like can seriously influence the safety and the use function of the outward opening window; even the weight of some outward opening window sashes far exceeds the maximum bearing range of the existing products of various hardware manufacturers. According to different use functions of the outward opening window, required hardware and aluminum profiles are different, and the hardware and the aluminum profiles which meet the conditions and are mutually suitable cannot be selected in the market; moreover, the traditional outward-opening window structure often has the conditions of hardware deformation, window frame and window sash deformation and the like in the actual use process, so that the outward-opening window cannot be normally opened, and some dangerous conditions that window sashes or glass fall off even occur, so that the potential safety hazard is large. Aiming at the traditional outward opening window, if the size of the opening window is reduced or divided, although the safety problem caused by heavy weight can be solved, the whole aesthetic property and permeability of the building facade effect can be influenced.

Furthermore, a plurality of clamping grooves B are formed in the periphery of the aluminum alloy window sash, an ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber strip B is clamped in the clamping grooves B, and the other end of the ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber strip B is pressed on the aluminum alloy window frame.
Furthermore, a foam rod and silicone sealant are arranged between the hollow laminated toughened glass and the aluminum alloy window sash.
Furthermore, the out-opening window is installed on the building curtain wall, an aluminum alloy cross beam on the building curtain wall is connected with the aluminum alloy upright post through an aluminum alloy cross beam angle code, the aluminum alloy cross beam and the aluminum alloy upright post form a hole for installing the out-opening window, and the aluminum alloy window frame is fixed on the aluminum alloy upright post and the aluminum alloy cross beam through stainless steel self-tapping screws.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the outward opening window structure provided by the invention is convenient to use, the shape and the use function of the outward opening window can be changed by changing the installation position of the combined steel hinge, no other matched hardware and section bars need to be found, when the combined steel hinge is arranged at the lower end of a window sash, the outward opening window can be used for smoke exhaust, when the combined steel hinge is arranged at the upper end of the window sash, the upward hanging window can be used for ventilation, and when the combined steel hinge is arranged at the side edge of the window sash, the side-hung window is a casement window, so that the ventilation and smoke exhaust effects are achieved.
Aiming at the problem that the existing oversized overweight outward-opening window cannot select proper hardware, the combined steel hinge has the advantages of high strength, high applicability, high precision and large opening angle, the size of the combined steel hinge is determined according to the size of a notch reserved for a window sash of a window frame and the weight of the window sash, the combined steel hinge is formed by separately casting a base movable blade and then is installed into a whole through a rotating shaft, the surface of the combined steel hinge can be sprayed into the same or different colors according to the color of a keel of a curtain wall, and the attractiveness of the whole curtain wall can be ensured.
The window sash and the window frame are made of aluminum alloy sections with thickened connecting parts, the size of the section of the aluminum section of the window sash of the window frame is determined through structural calculation, and notches for installing combined steel hinges are reserved on four sides under the condition of ensuring the strength, water tightness and air tightness, so that different use function requirements of an outward opening window can be met conveniently; meanwhile, the European standard notches are arranged, locking points can be arranged at various positions, and the outward opening window is ensured not to have the phenomena of rainwater leakage and air leakage when being closed; the glass pressing lines are arranged on the four sides of the glass box, so that the phenomenon that glass falls off is avoided, and safety is improved. The window frame and the window sash are assembled separately, are respectively connected with the base of the combined steel hinge and the movable hinge piece, and are assembled into a whole through the rotating shaft, so that the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
The window sash is convenient to mount and dismount in the whole structure, and when the glass is subjected to self-explosion and the like, the window sash can be dismounted by preparing the window sash in advance and dismounting the rotating shaft on site, so that the window sash is conveniently and quickly replaced, and the use of the outward opening window is not influenced.
The self weight of the hollow laminated toughened glass is more than 1.5 times that of the common hollow toughened glass, the allowable area of the glass is reduced, and the glass is thicker, the size of the section of a window sash of a window frame is determined by structural calculation of the outward opening window, and the specification of the outward opening window can reach 4m multiplied by 2m by the special design of the combined type steel hinge, and the weight of a single window sash can reach about 800 Kg.
