When the repairing bin 1 is submerged, the winch 64 is started, the winch 64 releases the steel wire rope 65, the repairing bin 1 slides along the guide rod 61, and after the water supplementing tank 63 is immersed under water, the first water pump is started to supplement water for the water supplementing tank 63, so that the quality of the repairing bin 1 is improved, and the repairing bin 1 is continuously submerged to a required position.

then screwing the screw 51 to enable the screw 51 to rotate to enter the dam, and fixing the repair bin 1 in the dam; then the cabin cover 31 is rotated to open the operation opening 2, and then the related construction operation is carried out.
