Claims (10)

A paper pulp filtration apparatus for making paper, characterized by: the paper pulp filter comprises a machine body (1), an accommodating pool (2) which is arranged on the machine body (1) and used for accommodating paper pulp, wherein a filter ring (3) which can filter impurities in the paper pulp is arranged on the inner wall of the accommodating pool (2), and a rotating shaft of the filter ring (3) is horizontal; a feeding pipe (4) for conveying paper pulp into the filtering ring (3) is arranged on the machine body (1), and a discharge port (5) for discharging the filtered paper pulp is formed in the accommodating pool (2); the inner wall of the filtering ring (3) is provided with a moving plate (6) used for cleaning impurities in the filtering ring (3), the side wall of the accommodating pool (2) is provided with a moving-out port (7) for discharging the impurities, and a moving device (8) which is arranged on the accommodating pool (2) and drives the moving plate (6) to move axially along the filtering ring (3) is arranged.

A paper making pulp filter apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: a moving shaft (9) parallel to the axis of the filter ring (3) is rotatably connected to the machine body (1); the moving plate (6) is arranged on the moving shaft (9); the moving device (8) comprises a plurality of rollers (10) which are rotatably connected to the machine body (1), and the rollers (10) are divided into two groups and are positioned at two ends of the filter ring (3); the moving device (8) further comprises a steel rope (11) wound on the roller (10), and the steel rope (11) is connected to the moving plate (6) and pulls the moving plate (6) to reciprocate along the length direction of the moving shaft (9); the moving device (8) also comprises a plurality of driving motors (12) which are fixed on the machine body (1) and used for driving the rollers (10) to rotate.

A paper making pulp filter apparatus according to claim 2, wherein: moving plate (6) threaded connection is in removal axle (9), is provided with a plurality of connecting rods (13) on removal axle (9), and connecting rod (13) are kept away from removal axle (9) one end and are connected in filtering ring (3) inner wall.

A paper making pulp filter apparatus according to claim 3, wherein: the number of the moving outlets (7) is two, the moving shafts (9) are arranged on two side walls of the accommodating pool in a penetrating mode, the moving shafts (9) are arranged in the moving outlets (7), and the moving outlets (7) extend in the vertical direction; a plurality of pushing cylinders (14) for realizing the movement of the accommodating pool (2) along the vertical direction are fixed on the machine body (1), and the piston cylinder end surfaces of the pushing cylinders (14) are fixed on the lower surface of the accommodating pool (2); the machine body (1) is provided with a collecting box (15) used for collecting impurities, and the moving outlet (7) moves downwards and then is communicated with the collecting box (15).

The pulp filtration apparatus for papermaking according to claim 4, wherein: when the moving plate (6) moves to one end of the filter ring (3), the connecting rod (13) is positioned above the moving shaft (9); an increasing block (16) used for compensating the interference distance of the connecting rod (13) is fixed on the end face of the moving plate (6), and the increasing block (16) is located below the moving shaft (9).
6. A paper making pulp filter apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the inside wall of holding pond (2) is provided with a plurality of shower nozzles (17) that are used for spraying filter ring (3), and shower nozzle (17) are located the outside of filter ring (3).
7. A paper making pulp filter apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the feed pipe (4) enters from the end of the filter ring (3); the connecting rod (13) is arranged obliquely so that the feeding pipe (4) can penetrate into the filtering ring (3).

A pulp filter apparatus for papermaking according to claim 1, characterized in that: a rotating motor (18) is arranged on the machine body (1), and the rotating motor (18) is positioned above the filter ring (3); an output shaft of the rotating motor (18) is detachably connected with a driving gear (19); a driven gear ring (20) is fixed on the outer side wall of the filter ring (3), and the driving gear (19) is meshed with the driven gear ring (20) and drives the filter ring (3) to rotate; the connecting rod (13) is detachably connected with the filter ring (3) and the moving shaft (9); and a plurality of rotating blocks (22) used for supporting the filtering ring (3) to rotate are fixed on the inner wall of the accommodating pool (2), and the rotating blocks (22) are rotatably connected to the filtering ring (3).

A pulp filter apparatus for papermaking according to claim 8, characterized in that: the output shaft of the rotating motor (18) is fixed with a fixed disc (23), a fixing bolt (24) penetrates through the driving gear (19), and the fixing bolt (24) penetrates through the fixed disc (23) and is in threaded connection with a fixing nut (25).
