(3) A square billet continuous casting process: the superheat degree of the molten steel of the tundish is 15-25 ℃, the drawing speed of a continuous casting machine is controlled at 3.6m/min, the melting point of the casting powder used by the crystallizer is 1030 ℃, the alkalinity is 1.00, the viscosity is 0.20 P.S, and the secondary cooling adopts a weak cooling mode, and the specific water amount is 0.70L/kg of steel. (3) A square billet continuous casting process: the superheat degree of the molten steel of the tundish is 27-35 ℃, the drawing speed of a continuous casting machine is controlled at 4.0m/min, the melting point of the casting powder used by the crystallizer is 1150 ℃, the alkalinity is 0.80, the viscosity is 0.40 P.S, and the secondary cooling adopts a weak cooling mode, and the specific water amount is 1.00L/kg of steel.
