(a) Preparation of stable phase liquid components:
mixing ethanol, isopropanol and dimethyl carbonate to obtain a first mixture, mixing span and span T-60 to obtain a second mixture, and uniformly mixing the first mixture and the second mixture to obtain fatty alcohol acid ester;
uniformly mixing fatty alcohol acid ester and fatty amine soap to obtain a stable phase liquid component;
(b) Preparation of acid-base balance components:
firstly mixing ethylene glycol, ethanol and isobutanol to obtain a third mixture, then mixing cyclohexane and calcium alkyl phenol sulfide to obtain a fourth mixture, and then uniformly mixing the third mixture and the fourth mixture to obtain an acid-base balance component;
(c) Preparation of the water-repellent component:
firstly, mixing ethyl acetate, isobutanol and N-butanol to obtain a fifth mixture, then mixing sec-butyl acetate, methyl acetate and N-methyl formamide to obtain a sixth mixture, and then uniformly mixing the fifth mixture and the sixth mixture to obtain a water-resistant and water-repellent component;
(d) According to the percentage content, the stable phase liquid component, the acid-base balance component and the water repellent component are added into a reaction kettle in sequence, and stirred for 2 hours at the normal temperature at 800r/min to obtain the stabilizer.

The stabilizer for the alcohol-based biological liquid dye comprises the following components in percentage by volume:
30% of stable phase liquid component, 40% of acid-base balance component and 30% of water-resistant and water-repellent component;
wherein the stable phase liquid component is prepared from fatty amine soap and fatty alkyd ester, and the volume ratio of the fatty amine soap to the fatty alkyd ester is 1:2; the fatty alkyd ester is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by volume:
2 parts of ethanol, 2 parts of isopropanol, 2 parts of dimethyl carbonate, 2 parts of span and 4 parts of span T-60;
the grease amine soap is prepared by saponifying grease and ethanolamine at 40 ℃ for 3 hours according to the volume ratio of 1:2, wherein the ethanolamine consists of monoethanolamine, diethanolamine and triethanolamine with equal volumes;
the acid-base balance component is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by volume:

(b) Preparation of acid-base balance components:
firstly mixing ethylene glycol, ethanol and isobutanol to obtain a third mixture, then mixing cyclohexane and calcium alkyl phenol sulfide to obtain a fourth mixture, and then uniformly mixing the third mixture and the fourth mixture to obtain an acid-base balance component;
(c) Preparation of the water-repellent component:
firstly, mixing ethyl acetate, isobutanol and N-butanol to obtain a fifth mixture, then mixing sec-butyl acetate, methyl acetate and N-methyl formamide to obtain a sixth mixture, and then uniformly mixing the fifth mixture and the sixth mixture to obtain a water-resistant and water-repellent component;
(d) According to the percentage content, the stable phase liquid component, the acid-base balance component and the water repellent component are added into a reaction kettle in sequence, and stirred for 2 hours at the normal temperature at 800r/min to obtain the stabilizer.

wherein the stable phase liquid component is prepared from fatty amine soap and fatty alkyd ester, and the volume ratio of the fatty amine soap to the fatty alkyd ester is 1:2; the fatty alkyd ester is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by volume:
2 parts of ethanol, 2 parts of isopropanol, 2 parts of dimethyl carbonate, 2 parts of span and 4 parts of span T-60;
the grease amine soap is prepared by saponifying grease and ethanolamine at 40 ℃ for 3 hours according to the volume ratio of 1:2, wherein the ethanolamine consists of monoethanolamine, diethanolamine and triethanolamine with equal volumes;

the grease amine soap is prepared by saponifying grease and ethanolamine at 50 ℃ for 2 hours according to the volume ratio of 2:5, wherein the ethanolamine consists of monoethanolamine, diethanolamine and triethanolamine with equal volumes;
the acid-base balance component is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by volume:
4 parts of ethylene glycol, 2 parts of ethanol, 5 parts of isobutanol, 10 parts of cyclohexane and 3 parts of calcium alkylphenol sulfide;
the water-resistant and water-repellent component is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by volume:
8 parts of ethyl acetate, 4 parts of isobutanol, 2 parts of N-butanol, 5 parts of sec-butyl acetate, 3 parts of methyl acetate and 5 parts of N-methyl formamide.

wherein the stable phase liquid component is prepared from fatty amine soap and fatty alkyd ester, and the volume ratio of the fatty amine soap to the fatty alkyd ester is 1:2.5; the fatty alkyd ester is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by volume:
1 part of ethanol, 3 parts of isopropanol, 3 parts of dimethyl carbonate, 1 part of span and 5 parts of span T-60;
the grease amine soap is prepared by saponifying grease and ethanolamine at 20 ℃ for 4 hours according to the volume ratio of 3:5, wherein the ethanolamine consists of monoethanolamine, diethanolamine and triethanolamine with equal volumes;
the acid-base balance component is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by volume:
2 parts of ethylene glycol, 4 parts of ethanol, 7 parts of isobutanol, 6 parts of cyclohexane and 5 parts of calcium alkylphenol sulfide;
the water-resistant and water-repellent component is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by volume:
4 parts of ethyl acetate, 2 parts of isobutanol, 4 parts of N-butanol, 3 parts of sec-butyl acetate, 5 parts of methyl acetate and 3 parts of N-methyl formamide.

firstly mixing ethylene glycol, ethanol and isobutanol to obtain a third mixture, then mixing cyclohexane and calcium alkyl phenol sulfide to obtain a fourth mixture, and then uniformly mixing the third mixture and the fourth mixture to obtain an acid-base balance component;
(c) Preparation of the water-repellent component:
firstly, mixing ethyl acetate, isobutanol and N-butanol to obtain a fifth mixture, then mixing sec-butyl acetate, methyl acetate and N-methyl formamide to obtain a sixth mixture, and then uniformly mixing the fifth mixture and the sixth mixture to obtain a water-resistant and water-repellent component;
(d) According to the percentage content, the stable phase liquid component, the acid-base balance component and the water repellent component are added into a reaction kettle in sequence, and stirred for 2 hours at the normal temperature and 600r/min to obtain the stabilizer.
Example 8
This example is an alcohol-based biofluid dye comprising the stabilizer of example 1 above; the content of the fixative is 0.03;
the alcohol-based liquid fuel was M50.
Experimental example
In order to verify the anti-layering and stabilizing effects of the stabilizer applied to the alcohol-based biological liquid fuel, three alcohol-based fuels M50 (A1), M75 (A2) and M100 (A3) are taken as A factors, common drinking water 5% (B1), 10% (B2) and 15% (B3) are added to the alcohol-based biological liquid fuel to be taken as B factors, and the addition amount of the anti-layering stabilizer embodiment 4 in the alcohol-based fuel is C factors, wherein the content of the stabilizer is 0.00 (C1), 0.03% (C2) and 0.06% (C3); performing water repellency and stability tests by adopting an L9 (34) orthogonal test, wherein the orthogonal test factors, the horizontal gauge head design and the orthogonal test scheme are shown in table 1;

As can be seen from table 1:
as the water content of the alcohol-based biological liquid fuel increases, emulsion turbidity and delamination occur in MD-3, MD-6, MD-8 and MD-9 samples to different degrees, the water content reaches 15%, the water content is most serious at minus 40 ℃ at room temperature, only slight emulsion and delamination occur in MD-3 and MD-9 after one week at minus 40 ℃ after adding the delamination prevention stabilizer, and no emulsion turbidity and delamination occur after 180 days at minus 20 ℃, which indicates that the water-resistant water-repellent capacity of the stabilizer reaches more than 10%, and 15% below minus 20 ℃ and the stability is maintained for 180 days.
In order to further verify the stabilizing effect of the delamination prevention stabilizer applied to the alcohol-based bio-liquid fuel, the PH value and specific gravity change before and after the addition and the PH value and specific gravity change after standing for 180 days are measured to carry out a comparison orthogonal test L9 (34), three alcohol-based bio-liquid fuels of M50 (A1), M75 (A2) and M100 (A3) are taken as A factors, and common drinking water 0 percent (B1), 7.5 percent (B2) and 15 percent (B3) are added to the alcohol-based bio-liquid fuel to be taken as B factors, wherein the adding amount of the stabilizer in the alcohol-based bio-liquid fuel in the embodiment 4 of the invention is C factor, and the content of the stabilizer is 0.03 percent (C1), 0.06 percent (C2) and 0.09 percent (C3); the orthogonal test factors, the horizontal header design and the orthogonal test scheme are shown in table 2;

As can be seen from table 2:
after the stabilizer is added, the acid-base value of the alcohol-based biological liquid fuel is more neutral, the specific gravity is increased along with the increase of the water content, the emulsification layering phenomenon appears, after the anti-layering stabilizer is added, the emulsification layering phenomenon disappears, the stabilizer is in a clear and transparent state, the liquid phase is kept stable for 180 days, the specific gravity is improved, meanwhile, the stabilizer has excellent effect when being added between 0.03 and 0.06, and the invention shows that the additive can generate good effects of resisting water and balancing acid and base by using a small amount.

1. A stabilizer for alcohol-based bio-liquid fuel, characterized in that the stabilizer is composed of the following components in percentage by volume:
20-40% of stable phase liquid component, 25-40% of acid-base balance component and 30-50% of water-resistant and water-repellent component;
the stable phase liquid component is prepared from fatty amine soap and fatty alkyd ester, wherein the volume ratio of the fatty amine soap to the fatty alkyd ester is 1:1.5-2.5;
the acid-base balance component is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by volume:
2-4 parts of ethylene glycol, 2-4 parts of ethanol, 5-7 parts of isobutanol, 6-10 parts of cyclohexane and 3-5 parts of calcium alkylphenol sulfide;
the water-resistant and water-repellent component is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by volume:
4-8 parts of ethyl acetate, 2-4 parts of isobutanol, 2-4 parts of N-butanol, 3-5 parts of sec-butyl acetate, 3-5 parts of methyl acetate and 3-5 parts of N-methyl formamide;
the grease amine soap is prepared by saponification reaction of grease and ethanolamine;
the volume ratio of the grease to the ethanolamine is (2-3) to 5;
the fatty alkyd ester is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by volume:
1-3 parts of ethanol, 1-3 parts of isopropanol, 1-3 parts of dimethyl carbonate, 1-3 parts of span and 1-5 parts of span T-603.
2. The stabilizer according to claim 1, wherein the saponification reaction temperature is 20 to 50 ℃; the time is 2-4 h.
3. The stabilizer according to claim 1, wherein the oil is soybean oil or corn oil;
the ethanolamine consists of equal volumes of monoethanolamine, diethanolamine and triethanolamine.
4. The stabilizer of claim 1, wherein the calcium alkyl phenol sulfide is TBN300 calcium alkyl phenol sulfate.
5. The method for preparing the stabilizer as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
(a) Preparation of stable phase liquid components:
mixing ethanol, isopropanol and dimethyl carbonate to obtain a first mixture, mixing span and span T-60 to obtain a second mixture, and uniformly mixing the first mixture and the second mixture to obtain fatty alkyd ester;
uniformly mixing fatty alcohol acid ester and fatty amine soap to obtain a stable phase liquid component;
(b) Preparation of acid-base balance components:
firstly mixing ethylene glycol, ethanol and isobutanol to obtain a third mixture, then mixing cyclohexane and calcium alkylphenol sulfide to obtain a fourth mixture, and then uniformly mixing the third mixture and the fourth mixture to obtain an acid-base balance component;
(c) Preparation of the water-repellent component:
